Bornsinner7:LOVE IS LOVE! If it isn't true, then it isn't love. Movies and songs have ruined the lives of many so bad that they have come to believe there is 'love' and there is 'true love'. If it is tainted with lies, cheating or abuse, then it is no longer love. None of these ugly trends are attributes of love. That said, divorce favour marriage victims and not the offender (except Northern courts that Hisbah preside over). No way a court of law will rule in favour of a cheat, an abuser or an offender in marriage. Oftentimes, it is the men who spearhead these trends that often lead to collapse in their home. Ruling in favour has nothing to do with gender. Adele paid $171 million in court settlement to her ex-husband in January, I didn't see your handle or your post then to bemoan why it favoured the man. Guess what? Mel B, Jennifer Lopez, Kate Winslet, Mary J. Blige, and Anna Faris all paid heavily in spousal support TO THEIR EX-HUSBAND. These are tiny fraction of women who have paid spousal support to their ex-husbands and do you know why? Bulk of what led to the collapse of the marriage was their fault. If it was the men who messed up, they wouldn't gotten a pin from the marriage. It's the same if you reverse the genders. No cheating or abusive woman will profit from a marriage if their actions led to the collapse of the marriage. As per your last question, a married man who either sleeps around, disrespects his wife, abuse her physically, mentally and emotionally already show signs of a terrible parent. Leaving children in the custody of such is a disaster waiting to happen. Note that there are men almost every month who win custody after overwhelming evidences suggest the wives are irresponsible. If you have an insane level of libido and you're sure one woman can't cure it, you're better off with uneducated village women who believe it is normal for men to have a harem. Don't expect a woman to put up with the nonsense behaviour of her man just because she wants to stay married. |
This is a huge loss to Buhari and his kinsmen. Who will they threaten with a reprisal now? |
Monogamy:This is what happens when you don't read. The proposed sum asked by his two SANs lawyers on Igboho's behalf is N250,000 and I doubt that can pay a SAN. The mere fact that Malami is asked to pay Igboho is all you need to know that Malami is losing this and even paying for it. N50,000 is small and won't do anything but this is a psychological win for Igboho and his team. |
Nbotee:You are referring to the most marketable and bankable figure in the history of football as an attention seeker? Everything he does is blown up by the media. I sure as hell believe he doesn't even need to say a word before the world goes bananas over him. |
dammyco:There are always exceptions to every rule. And just because the aforementioned stood out does not mean every girl around that age will. Most aren't. |
wealthyhenry:I still find a ten-year range to be much. I personally wouldn't 'stoop' low to date an under 27. I consider mental balance and approach to life as a very serious of my interpersonal relationships and everyday affair. A 20-year old girl is at her peak and not really sold out to a firmer outlook on life. Her priorities at that time won't obviously be the same as that of a 30-year man who is serious about life. |
18 is an adult already. However, the gap is a whole lot. I personally wouldn't dream of it if I was 30 as I'd actually feel like a sugar daddy. In the end, it is all about the age of consent and whether or not 18 is considered an adult in that locality. 18 vs 30? It just doesn't sit right with me. |

Gbajure:True. However, it is called the ARABIC NUMBER SYSTEM and NOT the ISLAMIC NUMBER SYSTEM. It is extremely old and predates Islam's presence among Arabs. |
Pochettino:Unfortunately, they are. Counterfeit means something made in exact imitation of something valuable with the intention to deceive or defraud. Most replicas are produced in China albeit anonymously. You will never see any company in the world that would come out to state they produce replicas of a popular brand. They will get sued into oblivion. That said, counterfeit, clone, fake, knock off, replica, imitation all mean the same thing. They are synonyms and some of them are milder when used compared to others. It doesn't make them different. |
Iyajelili:It goes on to tell you the number of deranged individuals parading as business people. Criticisms to them are seen as attacks and you wonder why. As it is, Nigeria is a jungle, if you are not dealing with a fraudulent seller who wants to sell an inferior item as original, you'll likely jam one who is greedy and wants to make a 100% on something he/she bought for half the price. And worse, the ones selling fake or replicas will describe or refer to you as a thief for wanting the original for a cheap amount. Ask them if they disclosed that the item is fake from the outset and they will claim the buyer ought to know they can't get the original for the amount. Greedy mofos everywhere. |
TimeArena:I thought I was referring to a sane individual. It didn't occur to me that your madness is fresh. You post your clone watches under the original name and assume everyone knows that you sell clones. Did you state them as clones or replicas? How do you attend to your customers with your agbero/cultist attitude? An unsuspecting buyer will buy a "Richard Mille" from you for 40k because you marketed it as Richard Mille. Apparently, you are fraudulent person and the mere fact that you admitted that you can't disclose that you are selling a knock off of the original thing means you are well aware that some 'mugu' will fall prey, correct? Where things work, you will be arrested for brand squatting and branded a criminal on arrest. Going by your gutter rebuttal, it isn't so difficult to see. I'd blame anyone unfortunate enough to fall prey to your clones thinking they are real. Since most of you brand squat to sell cloned or fake items to unsuspecting buyers, I will take my time to call you people out one after the other until you learn to market your knock offs as replicas, fake or clones, since you don't want to have sense. |
Match day one of FPL! This season will be good!!! ![]()

This seems to be a trend with corporate organisations. I understand that greed is often the factor but then liable companies need to pay up. It brings to mind a creative agency that claimed First Bank intellectually stole from them. IP theft needs to be taken seriously in Nigeria. |
TimeArena:I didn't want to quote your old posts the day anuoreang.el got called out for selling clone. Regardless, it won't be bad to hint that the watches are clones. The Ferrari rubber strap alone is the exact amount roughly N25k. Not everyone can afford the original. I personally have a handful of Hublot clones and 'Invecta' (a clone of Invicta) and I wear them with pride. I bought them and didn't steal them. It won't be bad to state that that they are clones. Not soiling your business but you have better leverage that way. Don't wait before someone ruins your hustle with just one purchase. ![]() |

Mynd44:Simon Ekpa has no sense—we know. Is he in Nigeria? How does Twitter ban prevent Simon Ekpa from tweeting something foolish? Why not use the same Buhari tweet as an example or that of El Rufai's open Fulani revenge? Why not any Northerner's or Southerner's living in Nigeria whose tweet threatens the corporate existence of the Nigerian people, whatever that means. |
Newton85:No. Obama's administration never liked Jonathan for many reasons. Which was the US blocked several arms deals and Nigeria under Jonathan adopted some black market deals using Oritsejafor's private to move heavy sums to buy weapons. Buhari's campaign strategists were the same people who worked as strategists under Obama. Unfounded claims suggest Obama provided them but there was denying Tinubu paid them. The pressure pushed Jonathan to hire democrat strategists but it was easier to lose at the point as the US government were clearly partisan. There are so many 2015 political journals online that detail the whole thing. |
semitunde:That's the irony of the whole thing! I am not sorry to say—the average Nigerian is a very greedy being! Almost like they are cursed to be insensitive and exploit people. Baby girl was telling me recently that someone made a post on Instagram, asking that they advertise household items they would want to dispose at cheaper prices but guess what? People truly responded detailing items they want to sell and for the amount but the declutter people flooded and replied under almost every comment that the sellers should send them a DM. Why do people need to go through you as a middle man to buy when the objective is to buy cheaper? I don't need to endorse anyone but deargally is just one of the very few persons who constantly sell according to the objective of the thread. I see her posts every time and can't help but admit they are truly at giveaway prices. And then there are sellers who genuinely sell their stuff at fair prices only for someone who consider themselves to be smart to buy them all off and then return to sell them at over 100% of the original amount. It actually makes the original sellers look like a fool in the end. It's really bad. |
abouzaid:There are bastards/black sheep in very tribe, almost every family and every ethnic group. Tricia is Igbo herself but she referred to her own ethnic group as a minority. The level of sponsored contents I have seen in this APC government is second to none. I sincerely wouldn't be surprised if word gets out tomorrow that she got compensated or paid for this opinion article. |
tamdun:Jonathan was removed through the help of America, specifically Obama. The APC and Buhari won on the back of social media because the relic was presented as a refurbished democrat. Social media platforms are not strong or powerful as people assume. Crowwe is a social media platform, isn't it? How powerful is it? Why is not seen as a threat to Nigeria? That is because humans give it power! Crowwe, today, is worthless that I doubt it has 500 daily visitors. And this is a government-sponsored social medium o. And just because a despot as Buhari got its Tweet removed does not mean Jack has power. Nigerians do. They reported it enmasse and it was removed. Trump used social media to rile up his followers until they got violent and attacked the capitol. It wasn't until he got banned that questions started flying around. Politicians should be accountable and sensible in the way they talk and address their people. Using a platform to cause chaos and turn people against themselves is a greater threat than natural disasters. The same social media that BMCs, the APC and Lai are crying over today was instrumental to their win. The government only wants less of Fulani Herdsmen reportage and almost everyone can get the story out through social media without having to write a media house. If Nigerians were treated fairly and equally, and Buhari was true to his campaign promises, most Nigerians won't be bitter and feel excluded as they are now. Election is coming. The APC will need Twitter again. |
This is disappointing to read and quite hard to believe it was featured on BBC. Twitter didn't ban the genocidal threat tweet of Buhari. It was Nigerian Tweeps that reported it enmasse for violation. Trump was banned on the same platform for using it to instigate violence after his loss. And note, the official POTUS handle was never banned, it was that of Trump that was banned, just as that of the Nigerian government wasn't banned. Buhari wasn't even banned, the particular tweet was only deleted when he should have been banned. But some misfits in their usual 'noli me tangere' attitude saw it as a slap on Nigeria that Twitter removed a President’s tweet. A foreigner visiting Nigeria is subject to the laws of Nigeria, not his country of origin. Twitter has policies that every user submits to consciously or unconsciously. Buhari threatened a people directly and others reported it on a platform where policies work. Shameful that the government-sponsored with the intention that Nigerians would embrace it after Twitter's predicted ban. But of course, it is not Twitter that is desperate. It is the APC and the Nigerian government. Twitter played an active role in their win against Jonathan and Buhari. Elections are getting closer and campaigns will start soon. They need Twitter to run their lies and $1 to N1 again. Failed country. |
africo13610:There is no sin in actually selling the same on the same thread, to be sincere. Where the sin lies is in buying it cheaper then shoot up the price by 100% and sell on a CLEARANCE SALES THREAD AS A CLEARANCE SALE. That's some demonic greed. Some sellers genuinely sell these items cheaper but you might not understand the systemic rot and how deep it runs. It is the same way rents will cost N400,000 and agents will add up to N250,000 as commission and other charges, making it difficult for people. In the end, middlemen are a big problem, especially the ones with factory fitted greed. |
yehmy:You should @ me dude, with your full chest. Besides, save yourself of the stress, ask for her butthole and shamelessly lick it off. It is more noble than this moronic show of shame you're putting up. Modified It just occurred to me that you are the clown who claimed his defrauded friend got refunded after the bank asked the fraud to sign an undertaking. You still haven't gotten over that yet? ![]() |
Jasam19:Perhaps she bought it from you and tried to resell? Well, I can't rule out the possibility of you being a 'hater' right now. You cannot bring us down and this 'bullying' won't work. Wait for it. ![]() |
Iyajelili:LMAO. A quite sensitive and unapologetic individual with market woman vibes. ![]() |
[s] Uniquewise:[/s] Won't bother to read this as I consider this irrelevant to my time. I have no interest in your air cooler. I have exactly the same brand and the same size. I only pointed out your ridiculous pricing while someone else pointed out the fact that you stole the image you used. Whether or not it's yours or something you are getting commission for is your cup of coffee, not mine. Nowhere did I mention 'unique' let alone 'wise' in my post but since you caught your sub, you are not the only seller on here. You have practically picked a fight with everyone who has had a contrary opinion about what you are hawking. Yesterday, it was someone you claimed you refused to sell an item to and then you deviated to talk about the personal life of probably the same person not being able to handle rejection. Classic market woman bickering for someone who relies on customers to sell. Know this, it has been pointed out severally that your items are priced beyond market prices for new ones and someone advised you opened a thread to list them there which you did. I don't have a problem with you or your items. However, if the ridiculousness is obvious, I will point them out. After all, the thread states 'clearance', innit? Part of what I do on a daily basis see that I write reviews. If you are getting demotivated as a result of being called out for errors, greed or common oversights, then good for you. Take it as part of your learning process. However, the market-woman bickering pattern you've been exhibiting since yesterday will only ruin the tiny reputation you have amassed over time. And please, stop sounding like someone who is depressed. If you are so sensitive in real life, then work on becoming a better person, apologise swiftly and move on. The moment you start showing emotions in the manner you do, it unconsciously reinforces your errors rather than correct them. You haven't even been half criticised as Anu.oreangel as far as I know but you have cried the most. I honestly wonder how you don't have a thick skin, can't stomach criticisms but won't stop responding to everyone who comes at you to 'destroy your business'. |
Why would Anonymous want to assassinate Ekpa? I doubt they know of his existence as a matter of fact. Anonymous is dedicated to exposing and antagonizing governments and not individuals. I used to think Kanu was deranged but this Simon has shown he'll overtake Kanu stupidity-wise within a short period of time. |
We are a representation of people in government, which is why Nigeria can't better anytime soon. You have been outed more than once for attaching ridiculous prices to used items and current prices of the products (new ones) are posted in other to strengthen and back up the claim that your pricing is ridiculous. But you think people are after your business, that's one. You got called out for posting an item and lifting the supposed picture of the item from someone's thread they created in 2017. The proper thing to do should be to apologise for being sloppy and keep quiet. Instead, you have never stopped ranting about how haters can't kill your business and demotivate you while at it. Typically, you would soon go to church and ask God to strike down anyone antagonizing your business, supposedly by fire. The same way people in government get criticised and instead of working on those areas, they brand critics haters of democracy and good governance. I often believe there is no witch anywhere seeking to destroy anyone's business. Rotten attitude, being unapologetic in the face of wrong doing and being unnecessarily defensive is enough to knock off anyone out of business for good. While you are bothered about your e-enemies, don't forget to work on your personality which isn't difficult to see. If you are rude, greedy, unwise and uncultured, you can't stay in business for long. It isn't rocket science and not even prayer from the highest mountains can save you. |
Juliearth:This might be a bit difficult. The way out would be to own a credit card and not a debit card. Nigerian banks offer credit cards and everyone won't be safe until they all put debit cards behind them. |
Nozino:I hate to say but air coolers are way better than air conditioners. Although the one I have is in my bedroom but reading up on it just now made me realize air coolers are actually better than air conditioners, air quality-wise. An air conditioner circulates the internal air of the room over and over again, whereas an air cooler pulls fresh air from outside and then cools it down. Also, air cooler doesn't make the air overly dry like an air conditioner. Because of the way it operates, an air cooler offers better quality of air for your room.https://www.bajajelectricals.com/blog/tech-talk/why-you-should-go-for-an-air-cooler-over-an-air-conditioner/#:~:text=An%20air%20conditioner%20circulates%20the,of%20air%20for%20your%20room. One thing is that they don't cool or drop room temperatures compared to ACs but they work just fine. If by 'effective', you mean 'chilling', then the answer is no. At the most, air coolers can only reduce room temperatures by 3 degrees Fahrenheit. They cool better than fans but not on the same level as ACs. It is recommended you buy a mobile AC. It works just as your regular AC and you can move it from one room to another. |
