Absuchat:
Most of those bruises came from when she was pushed out of a moving vehicle. Unless they enjoy rough fvck
Or struck with an object, causing the skull fractures.
Somebody rightfully observed there was no report of pathological findings of her external female organs. This is important to prove the additional charge of rape.I expect to hear things like bruises or lacerations in her privates and evidence of restraint.
Also seminal evidence on her vagina should also be found to further drive home the evidence because I doubt he had time to use a condom.
How this man,a BRT bus driver, even thought he could rape and murder the girl and get away with it still beats me till date, unless he was either on drugs that beclouded his senses at that point or he has a psychiatric problem that alters his reasoning.

Unfortunately,that's what some Nigerians deserve.
You were buying something from a petty trader and owed her up to 12k!
You may have practically closed her business, ruining her own life.
To make issues worse, you still went ahead to be having girlfriend, that I guess you were sleeping with.
I always wonder how can someone that is not only hungry, but depressed still have the emotional fortitude to be thinking of a relationship and sex,it makes no sense to me.
In Nigeria you would pay a workman for a job,the person absconds with your money and doesn't do the job.
The only reason cases like yours, where creditors take drastic action,is not so rampant is that many people in such shoes just don't like taking that risk of using external forces with physical approach,to recoup funds, because it may backfire.

Now e Don clear.

This is unacceptable.
Are they closed permanently?
Has Ladipo not been reopened.Has Alaba not been reopened?
Oyingbo market and other markets that have been closed,is it dominated by non Yorubas?
Some of you people just wake up and type anything that makes a total nonsense of any sort of education you have.

Christianity Etc › Re: Going To Church Prolongs Your Life By 14 Years - Experts by seborrhic: 10:29am On Oct 22, 2023
Piece of pure unadulterated garbage.
No single piece of even health orr medical lifestyle change or activity can have even a 20% life expectancy change, talkless of a church attendance.
So why doez the average Caucasian that have steadily been dwindling in church attendance at an astronomical rate still have higher life expectancy than the black American?
Why do Nigerians that one of the highest church attendance in the world still have across board shorter lifespans than the whites and other tribes in the developed world?
Why do our ancestors that mainly practiced non Christian religion lived longer than the average Nigerian of today!

Convenient excuse that she learnt the money to a lover.
It's likely she either invested it in all these Ponzi schemes or there was never such money entrusted to her care, she just went a borrowing for reasons she only knows best now.
So a mother would entrust ₦1m to her daughter in school. For what exactly?
Politics › Re: I Am Envious Of How Abia Managed To Get It Right. by seborrhic: 7:54pm On Oct 17, 2023
He seems to be doing well, though I still think it's too early to pass judgement.
But if Otti continues on this right trajectory and turns around Abia,it would be a seismic change in leadership in that state.
From Orji Uzor to Theodore to ikpeazu, Abia has been cursed by horrible, massively corrupt governors that at a point I time I believed the state was cursed due to a collective sin in the past.
May Otti turn it around because if there is one state that needs even just an averagely effective governor,it's Abia.

£3k/month anywhere in Europe and America is a good income.

Watch this one decamp to APC tomorrow, under one useless excuse.
This is the reason their victory especially amongst PDP members don't exite me.
You took the words right out of my keyboard!
Anyone excited over court ruling in favour of PDP,LP or any other party at the National or State assembly level is just deluded because the likelihood of the winner decamping to the APC is very, very high.
I think a law should be enacted that says, yes you can decamp, but if you do so you vacate your seat ,or the law can also state you can only decamp at the next electoral cycle.
That's the only way to put a stop to all these decamping rubbish and also preserve a multi party democracy that is crucial.
It will also strengthen the assemblies and make opposition parties more vibrant and function as the checks they should on the ruling party because once you are elected under a party you know you have to serve under that party till you either step down or the next election.

hardon1:
This junta will not leave power again, after tasting how sweet it is
That's why I laugh when citizens jubilate down the streets in African countries, even this 2023 when a military man takes over power from a supposedly failed civilian leadership.
The only difference between the civilian and African leader in those countries where military has taken power is that one is in uniform, the other in native African ware or suit. Both have common cloak of lacking capacity, being incompetent and common interest in wanting to amass as much of the respective country's wealth as possible and perpetuation in power until another set of interest get fed up of the exclusion.
Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia To Build A Nuclear Power Plant In Burkina Faso (Photos) by seborrhic: 6:41pm On Oct 13, 2023
planetx:
What do you mean by Russia cannot build a nuclear power plant for itself?
The cost of a nuclear power plant can reach up to $10b.
Russia cannot afford to build one now in Russia even if it wants to,it will enter recession.
What more spending such humongous amount to build one in Burkina Faso.
How will they recoup $8-10b.Definitely not by exporting energy to neighbouring poor African countries.
Wish God keeps us alive and this forum is still in existence by then, but I can tell you with 110% certainty,in 30years time,no single kilowatt of energy would have been produced from this phantom nuclear project in Burkina Faso.

Foreign Affairs › Re: Russia To Build A Nuclear Power Plant In Burkina Faso (Photos) by seborrhic: 5:01pm On Oct 13, 2023
Trust this African military ruler to believe this and sell it to his equally gullible countrymen,if at all the story is true.
So Russia that is not even in a position to build one for itself now will leave many Arab countries of the same ilk with money to spare, leave Belarus and its core neighbours and go site a nuclear power plant in poor Burkina Faso?
The next logical question any person with commonsense would then ask is this:assuming the story itself is true, assuming Russia has the resources to build one and Burkina Faso can maintain one without disastrous consequences,to what purpose?
Will Burkina Faso immediate neighbours and distant ones in West Africa even accept to have such risky facility sited in a poor country without the means, resources and technical know-how to run one, knowing the disaster that awaits not only Burkina Faso but the subregion if anything goes wrong?
Russia be deceiving gullible African rulers since the days of Mobutu Sese Seko.
Which African country that Russia has imprints in is doing well?Zilch!!
If there is any element of truth in the story,I can only assume is a sweet proposal Russia has put before the not so intellectually sound burkinabe ruler to not only allow Russia to have another footprint in another African country, but to mine it's reach resources at almost free in the guise of building a nuclear plant they neither have the resources or actual plan to build.
By the time they tell them that the "nuclear plant is still under construction and will be ready soon",over 20 years,Russia would have effectively carved out a state out of Burkina Faso and mined out majority of its resources.
Politics › Re: Tinubu Appoints New Heads, Ceos For Semdan, Itf, Son, Cac, 10 Others by seborrhic: 12:51pm On Oct 13, 2023
We are an unserious people with almost zero governance skills.
Every goverment in power and goverment position comes with thanksgiving in churches and mosques with celebration by family and friends because it's felt and known God has buttered you and you have a share of the national cake.
How else can anyone explain the fact that Tafawa Balewa square that is now just a space with about 2O shops and few small office spaces that is less than the size and structure of the National stadium, has a management board!
It's just like appointing a board to oversee just the football pitch of the national stadium with its offices sited at the spectators entry points!!
Unless this Tafawa Balewa square is a different one from that in Lagos.
Tinubu just turning out to be another man propped up by propaganda and lies.
By the way,I don't think Obi would have done better, the way he talks just puts him,to me,in the same shoe as Tinubu, people whose abilities and capacities are overblown and get exposed soon as they entered office and are faced with real time decision making on crucial issues.
I think Atiku is the best of them, again I maybe wrong.Atiiku would have or may have given us the same performance that Obasanjo did, with the advantage of having learnt some mistakes from obj's term. But a Northerner taking over from another northerner, the most disastrous one for that matter, Buhari, just was not a palatable and acceptable choice, especially with someone like Okowa as his deputy.
Again maybe wrong in my opinions and certainly hope Tinubu comes good afterall and surprises us all,but his 6 months have been a disaster

fool, those items have been banned for 9yrs, instead local market Decides to choke nigerians making the price skyrockets everymarket days.
How can imported rice and cement be cheaper than local ones.
It's a paradox of the Nigerian economy that that monumental disaster,Buhari unleashed with Emefiele,a willing fo ol of a tool.
With cost of shipping from long distances, custom tax to be paid in exporting countries and Nigeria, yet local rice and other products that didn't pay these costs and with even lower labour cost, was getting costlier than imported items!

Unless you are not being affected by the economic situation, meaning you are a politician, yahoo yahoo or goverment employee getting money through fraudulent means;even if you detest Tinubu and feel he is another mistake, you just have to wish and pray things improve.
So anyone that just wishes that every policy fails and things continue getting horrible just to prove Tinubu is a failure has a big life problem.

Clowns.
They should state the year they were rusticated and proof to that effect.
Any student that is rusticated or even has a disciplinary issue has that in his or her file, even when records were kept in physical file.
So if they can quickly come out to say they were rusticated after going through their file, they could easily have seen the year that occurred and even the exact day and month.

Politics › Re: LG Pension: Obaseki Approves Payment Of 28 Years Gratuity Backlog by seborrhic: 6:33pm On Oct 09, 2023
Believe this at your peril.
The first question to ask is why after spending 7 years and counting obaseki is just remembering these pensioners and even at that, there is also going to be their usual verification?
Don't be surprised that the verification alone would run into the next election for Edo.
It's like what some governors do:when they are about ending their tenures, thats when they employ thousands of people into the civil service and all other manner of agencies, trying to curry cheap popularity while burdening the incoming goverment with a wage bill they can't take care of.
Health › Re: We Need Medical Volunteers by seborrhic: 1:54pm On Oct 09, 2023
Why don't u state what each cadre u want would receive for the 2days.
That is what will determine if you will get the volunteers u need. Some nairalanders may know one or 2 cadre of the kinds of volunteers you need, but if they are contacted the first thing they would ask is how much will they be paid for the outreach.
You don't expect someone for eg that spent 3k-5k each day for transport alone to now go for the outreach and at the end is given 20k for the 2 days.
