Some people will just sit back and write rubbish and say (President Buhari) said this and that.

When you read he's Twitter posts, you will think he's related to Wole Soyinka or Chimamanda

Meanwhile, we all know the man is dumb as fck.
I am sure they have already written his may 27(children's day speech),just waiting to be publicized by saying buhari said this and that an individual that can barely express himself,it is shameful he has the highest office.

there is nothing wrong in you trying to reach out to an old friend, he is not asking for money or any entitlement, if kelechi sees this and decides that he doesn't want to be friends with him anymore then he has to move on.a lot of Nigerians think you trying to reachout to a wealthy friend/family is just for personal benefits, which is not always true

dasparrow:
Move back to Nigeria when I know I am not insane? Actually, I did move back to Nigeria from the States during Goodluck Jonathan's era but it became clear to me that I just can't live in Nigeria again so couple years back, I left Nigeria again.

Culturally, I just don't fit into the Nigerian society. My mindset and ideologies are quite different from your typical Nigerian mindset and ideology.

I don't miss the mosquitoes, malaria, typhoid, dust, heat, overpopulation, haggling prices when one wants to purchase something, tribalism, bigotry, lack of constant power supply and water supply, rising cost of living but low wages, employers in the habit of owing employees salary for months, insecurity, Nigerians not knowing how to respect personal boundaries and/or mind their business. Nigeria is just not conducive for me.
I talked to my sister sometime ago that I don't feel comfortable in nigeria, as she was like"its because you don't have money" for me, leaving naija is more than just to make money I need sanity.

Misplaced priorities.

Of what purpose will approving these new Colleges when the old ones in existence are totally nothing to write home about.

It's not about the amount of these Campus in a country that matter, rather, it's the amount of academic impact they make in the country that really matters.

Stupíd leaders with stupíd followers.
same thought it seems nigeria has already decided to settle in mediocrity of what use approving more when even your so called federal universities are up to standard.

Nigerians are ingrates

Major donor agency would produce HIV/AIDS drugs for free (sometimes free condoms too) and ship it to Nigeria with their own money as charity, and immediately it gets to Nigeria Customs Port of Entry, the Drugs giving to help Nigerians would still be heavily taxed by Nigerian custom, with serious custom duty, and when such drugs still get to Ministry and Agency part of it would still be diverted

Now Bill Gates paid his own money to W.H.O and many Universities with Virology research centers like Oxford, Havard, Stanford and other Ivy league universities, so as to help find a lasting Vaccine as they did with Polio, Small pox and Chicken Pox, yet Nigerians are out again spreading lies that they know isn't true just to score cheap gains while millions risk infection

This is why Billionaire Moguls like Donald Trump would never invest or donate one kobo to Africa or Nigeria, he sees all of us as criminals, doesn't hire us in his conglomerate, and never wants us in his country so as not to polute America with shiitehole virus the hate bill gate has been getting from folks just reflect our level of intelligence as a people,he has contributed to solving our problems even more than the govt yet he gets this much hate.

what is so difficult in addressing a nation people everyday interact and give updates even primary school kids can eloquently express their selves, but here we have a man who sits on the highest office but can't even deliver a common speech, like it is rocket science,we aren't even talking about a question and answer section now like his counterpart in the rest of the world, how shameless and unqualified can a leader be.

Please tell me angry who directed the pilot from the control tower? Who authorised it's landing at all? Who were the immigration officers who attended to the new arrivals? Who were the FAAN staff who were on "duty" at the airport

Which kain wahala be this with Nigeria

Insults have been forgiven and have been re-routed back to sender so they can have a feel of their comments, speak well so if you have to eat back your words they won't be gravel in your mouth

1 Timothy 5:1 Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brethren;
1 Timothy 5:2 The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity.

Enuff said, I read the thread and even the other thread that was also opened on the same issue that one of the mods closed.

The change of purpose of the landing and take off was also supervised.
Those who supervised the landing of the plane for humanitarian grounds were invariably the ones who would have supervised it's take off with passengers for commercial purposes.

The commercial purposes for which it "attempted" to carryout, where were the passengers to come from, board from and get checked at?

For example if they've closed GIGM, ABC or The Young, will you still see passengers hanging around with luggage at their terminals? What for? Why were they even passengers ready to go where ever in the airport in the first place? It's like seeing students wearing uniform walking into a school compound for what? Sight seeing?

As I blame Nigeria, I blame all those involved whether the British carrier or the British airport from whence it came from.

Mind you many people are using and have used humanitarian reasons to perpetuate crimes and do flaunt laws. I heard of a woman in my neighbourhood who was able to travel interstate because an FRSC official took her to cross the state border himself! So who should we blame here, just the woman?

Happy Sunday Nlders
Meanwhile who can tell me the movie this picture comes from? It's a trivia

The same way southern nigerians don't want fulanis in their region, the same way south Africa don't want nigerians in their country.

The better region don't want parasites and pests in their region, it's human survival instinct.

Instead of nigerians to hold their leaders accountable and see how south Africa and Ghana are now better than nigeria in all human development but they decide to play the victim mentality and cry up and down.

If nigeria was developed, what would nigerians be doing in other countries except tourism?
we are our biggest problem what we call racism is just the fact that they see us inferior because of our lack of development, its not something that can be erased through diplomacy, today China tomorrow India it will always continue, 2moro we will still be saying APC vs pdp, afonja vs ipob the Chinese don't know this things the only thing they know is that you are black or Nigerian, despite all this hate we get from the outside world, our internal hatred is even worse, coupled with clueless and corrupt government.

2020 instead took us several years back with the likes of Bubu n Femiafonja Adesina. Stagnancy, retrogression, hunger n strife.. Covid19- killing and cleansing, deaths upon deaths .Hmm we leave all to God. Otunba,if true, R.I.P.
a vision less vision 2020,I remember the promise too, this is where we are as per vision 2020, we are now the poverty capital of the entire universe.

Why do we keep playing victim? Is it only churches that have been closed? What of mosques?

Any Christian who suffers spiritually or, in your words, is damaged spiritually because they haven't gone to a building they call church needs to question His or Her faith in Christ. For God's sake, it's not like Christianity has been banned or something. Aren't there online services? Don't churches have platforms where their members communicate? Don't churches have hotlines for prayers or counselling?
let this fools be thinking that they should be given a special status the closure is a general thing for me according to the order of importance for the easing of the lockdown I would say markets first, then business centres, then schools, then industrial outlets before anything else, for most pastors the church is a business outlet too.
