U.S. Special Forces Combat Footage in Afghanistan - Helmet Cam Live Action

lol, just saw a guy in that video , supposedly a special force, firing his rifle while laying down in dirt shirtless, imagine if that was a Nigeria soldiers, rumor will go around saying they no longer have uniforms lol, or some will just call it downright unprofessional .
Thought that sheet was funny how he was fighting the taliban with no shirt lol

Lol, corruption, no way in hell should any Government be giving cash to anyone.
And if at all that happens, that money should go straight into their banking accounts.
I doubt this is some abacha loot.
The idea of giving free money to one part of people in the country and not the rest is insane at best.
Invest that money into job training, give long term loans to people with very little interest etc.
But to give out cash? while people line up for it, lol, that's sad and backwards.

So you wanna blame the Chinese for this? Without even having all the info
Maintenance is also important, if every aspect of a machine isn't well maintained regularly, faults will happen.
Fact is, we don't know why ( If your claim is true) it didn't deploy

SuperSixOne:
RIP. The fact that some eyewitnesses report that the parachute of one pilot did not open is horrific. Chinese engineering at its best, again!

The last of the FT-7NI two-seater is down now and it is known that this model is not in production anymore. This could mean the end to the F7 era in the NAF. The aqusition of the F7 was an unlucky decision by the NAF, we should have better invested in Trainer Aircraft with modern avionics like Hawk or L-159 and then move on to advanced Figher-Jets. Resulting in a dead-end-failture we might be pushed back to square-one again. At least the A-29 Tucanos are on the horizont for the NAF to provide a solid layer for flight-training and strike missions.

Jets do crash, ask the USA , with it's more advanced toys, many still crash, anything that flies can end up being a flying coffin, regardless whether it's an old frame or new. It happens, and reason for it are plenty as wel

No worry Chief, I've been told cops in other countries don't wear street clothes lmao.
Heck I've seen them wear scrubs as if they work in some freaking hospital, or sometimes they drive yellow cabs, imagine driving on the road and see a yellow taxi with flashing lights behind you, those guys are hilarious lol

To those with issues with Nigeria, how about you start your own blog, have your own followers and continue your mind poisoning there?
Be mature enough to understand that our support for the military has to do with our love and prayers for those soldiers living and going through hell in the field , not military brass, not the President.
But i guess it takes a mature and stable mind to understand this.

Another slowpoke who wanna think for me, i know exactly where and what Nigeria is.
It's idiotic, if it's not in our culture to thank our troops for their service, is it too late to start? What the Fvk are some of these guys talking about?
I'm done here. damn, it's like having to reason with idiots
I mean, what's funny about losing troops or territory to the enemy, grow the F up
Each time the military have a set back or major loses, some fools will pop up here and gloat about it, like why does that make anyone happy?
The leadership of country might not care, but we have soldiers fighting and dying there, they do have loved ones, so even if you hate the President, show some gratitude to the soldiers for the hell they are going thru over there. Not a big ask
Foreign AffairsRe: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by Sizzorkay: 1:44am On Sep 10, 2018
It's sad how such thing seem to delight some people, our soldiers died, our soldiers, but that doesn't seem to matter to some.
Some sad person just posted comments on here with a laughing emoji, like really? next to comments about our troops being attacked or running from the enemy, this is sad.
I'm not sure what's so funny about it, i don't get that. Bad leadership or not, those boys fighting and dying there are doing it for our country, least we could do is show some respect and honor their sacrifice, not laugh about it.
How freaking pathetic

Do You have mental illness? Because the comments you posted about me today and before were full of insults, while i avoid doing the same. Read your old comments, the insults can still be seen.
"Now u can shove ur fake NewYork rag tag dressing Police up ur ass " I'm sure that wasn't nice, neither is calling me stupid.
And you think I'm the one passing insults? Smh
There must be something mentally wrong with you, i almost feel sad for you
Bye now kid, there was never a discussion, you started this by calling me stupid, when i never insulted you.
and as a note, living in NY wasn't mentioned to brag, nothing to it, only mentioned that to tell you that cops here wear street clothes too, but hey, your insecurity is showing, good luck to you

And there is another one. See those badges around their necks? They usually put it inside of the shirt when not actively communicating with suspect or stopping people on the street, but once they are approaching you for whatever reason, they move their badges into plain view to identify themselves as cops. Stop arguing over something you do not know. go out more , kid
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 5:39pm On Aug 25, 2018
Bro, i tire oo, i don't understand this kid. Cops here sometimes drive taxis, all of a sudden you see a flashing light behind you, it's a yellow cab, except it's owned by cops and those inside are cops.
They drive unmarked cars all the time, and wear plain clothes.
Not every cop is a simple cops, some are narcotics officers, some are intelligence unit, some are gang units, most of these guys don't wear uniforms, why is that so hard for this slowpoke to get?
I'm not saying Nigeria should copy these guys, what i said was, it's not a new thing and cops all over the world wear street clothes, these aren't your everyday patrol cops, they have specialized units and divisions.
And detectives in some units don't wear uniforms either, unless there is an official event they are attending.
I've tried avoiding this dude, he just won't let sheet go
Lord
persius555:
Bros, Abeg let this issue rest now. Dress code is not an issue as far as the police in Nigeria and other clime. There seems to be some level of freedom that is generally allowed.
I saw a video on YouTube where tens of Chicago policemen ina mix of mufti and uniform cornered an armed criminal. Most of them had bullet proof vests on them.
Plainclothes is a usual practice among the detectives I believe.

When did i ever said they should dress without identification? Are you really this stupid? I've put up a simple link for you to view, if you aren't too stupid to do that.
Cops carry badges around their necks, most of the time it's tucked inside their shirts and doesn't show, unless they want to talk to a suspect or whatever, then they wear it around their neck but outside of their clothes, so everyone can see it, but when they are on the subway, you only see the chain, not the badges. I live here a$$ hole, i know what am talking about.
Jeez. The F is your problem

abiodunalasa:
Sizzorkay
You said it is okay for a civilized Police to dress any how without identification.
Well, our NPF think otherwise. wink

Now u can shove ur fake NewYork rag tag dressing Police up ur ass grin grin

And you called me a guy from some 3rd world village, If anyone is clueless here, it's you.
First of all, i never glorified foreign cops by saying they are better or that we should copy them
All i said was, police officers do wear street clothes, that must be hard for you to understand
A simple google search will help you out, since i won't waste my time trying to post images here.
So here is one link for you.

This is your 2nd time insulting me without cause, grow the F up kid. The above link show cops literally dress like gangbangers we see here everyday, except these ones carry badges.

Where is that lying son of man who said Police in New York wears rag tag uniform and have sex in public on Police Patrol vehicles !

[b]The Inspector-General of Police, Mr .Ibrahim Idris, has ordered members of the Special Anti-Robbery. Squad to wear police uniforms with full identification, pending the launch of new FSARS uniform. The force Spokesman, Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jimoh Moshood, who indicated this in a statement in Abuja on Friday, said Idris gave the order at a meeting with critical stakeholders, News Agency of Nigeria reported. Moshood said that Idris was represented by the Deputy Inspector-General of police in Charge of Operations, Mr. Habila Joshak. He said that the meeting was convened to brief the stakeholders on the progress made so far in the overhaul of the SARS, now known as Federal SARS. The Police boss said that the overhaul of SARS was beyond rhetoric as strategic reforms were being implemented. He said that the FSARS operatives had been ordered to desist from attending to civil or commercial matters henceforth and focus strictly on armed robbery and kidnapping cases only. According to Moshood, the Commissioner of Police in charge of FSARS, Mr. Habiru Gwandu, informed the meeting that a human rights desk had been created in the 36 states of the federation and FCT. He said that the desks would address cases of infractions against members of the public by FSARS personnel across the nation. Gwandu added that the Police had engaged the services of psychologists and counsellors in the ongoing screening of FSARS operatives. On his part, the DCP in charge of the I-G’s X-Squad, Amaechi Elumelu, said in the statement that the screening and mobilisation of FSARS oeratives would not be business as usual again. He said that FSARS operatives would undergo thorough rigorous orientation including human rights training among other screening processes. Elumelu said that the IG would soon unveil the Custody Records Management System. He explained that this system would contain the records of arrests, detentions and welfare details of suspects.

Are you a kid?
I sit down in one 3rd world village? That alone tells me how inferior you must be feeling inside.
yes i live in NY, that was never a secret since beeagle days, been here 17yrs, so what? Unlike some people, i won't throw my country under the bus, no matter how bad. call it a 3rd world country all you want, again, go out more, come to Brooklyn and i will show you poverty, or try the Bronx, have you been to Trump Tower on 5th ave and 57th street in Manhattan? Come here and see whites, blacks Asians etc, sleeping on the sidewalk inside cardboard boxes, or by the stairs to the Churches on the block. No country is perfect, the West just knows how to hide their own imperfections, while fools like yourself think they are god and we should emulate them.
And yes, NY is full of plain clothe officers, i know a few, and been harassed by a few, ain't nothing new.
And to think i will lie to you about where i live? That's idiotic, since you are irrelevant to me.
And as for the officer caught having sex on the hood of his vehicle, this was in the news, google it, so i didn't make that up.
I bet if those were white guys, you'd call them badass wouldn't ya? lol, this kid.
Judging people by looking at a simple pic that doesn't even show much, all cos he was smoking and wearing street clothes? that's sad
So we are done here dude.

abiodunalasa:
Guy so you're living in NYC... and NYPD guys always dress like ruffians, smoke indiscriminately in public... and also have sex on top of Patrol car in broad day light !!!

You guys must really enjoy dragging your own kind in the mud.
What's wrong with their dressing? Bro, go out a little more, if you don't, here in New York cops do this regularly, and I'm sure it's done in other developed countries.
So he's wearing street clothes, smoking cigs, and that's new or bad because? Perhaps i should show you a vid of an American cop in uniform having sex on top of his patrol car in broad day light.
Moving on

abiodunalasa:
Don't sweat it sir. We are operating a Militia not a professional Military.

Look at a supposed "law enforcement agents" below
Look at their dressing and their public countenance undecided

Our entire Armed Forces is a glorified Militia.

No disrespect to the honorable personnels tho
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 8:03am On Aug 18, 2018
You are comparing two issues with different reality.
The US troops died on foreign soil, so yea, it will be investigated, we are fighting a war in our own country, how many countries carry out thorough investigations when fighting wars in on their own land? It's largely a waste of time, it's called war, and soldiers will die, all they can do is learn from whatever mistake was made and move on.
Soldiers are expendable, whether people wanna hear it or not, i don't think they are, i meant those at the top.
If leaders of today have their own kids on the front lines, you will see we won't have that many wars lol, who wanna lose their kid. But other people's kids? why not. I'm sure Nigerian lawmakers and the President wouldn't send their kids out there in a war zone in a light skin pickup truck.
So that's the reality.
And as for the US investigations, if you rarely have soldiers die in such situation, then investigating what went wrong is not new, but if you are engaged in a bloody war? Please, they don't investigate sheet. Imagine US and Russia fighting a war against one another ( Hypothetical), is America going to investigate the death of over 80,000 potential deaths of their troops? With what resources? But it's only 4, so yea, nothing new there.
Doesn't mean we can't do better, we surely can.

komekn:
Please please and please forgive me, I AM BEWILDERED beyond reason.

We have decided too buy $500 million dollars worth of over priced and over stated turbo prop planes. That will not be ready until 2020.

Meanwhile we are going around like a militia in soft skinned pick up trucks. Does that make any sense.

I know that we will be procuring pick up trucks for about $40k+.

Why do you think our casualty rate is so highhuh Then look at the number of officers who we have lost.

Where is the over sight function of the NAS to review, query and even indict, or are they devoid of capacity and knowledge to appraise the situation. How can people be corrupt knowing that the direct consequence is lives are lost.

It is Treason.

Were do we loose most of our combatants in ambushes and attacks on supposed fortified army forward bases.

The USA lost 4 NCO they were 4 S.sargeants and they issue went all the way too the top. Look at the depth of investigation and reprimand over the loss of just 4 soldiers. Below is a YouTube clip of the investigation that has been made largely public. There is a full one hour video with 4 star general explaining the issues.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFmN-1N0SWg

First issue for the US was the vehicles they were using if they had thier normal oshkosh JLTV. It would have been a different story. Irrespective of the other operational failings.

Look at what happened a few weeks ago in the NE what we are saying. From the positioning of the smoldering vehicles all soft skinned the camp lay out and defences. It's quite obvious what happened.

What are you ashamed of? The man has a point, one thing is to have an idea, another thing is to have the resources to turn that idea into reality.
That's where collaboration comes in, if he has the idea, and the military has the tools and resources to work with him and bring that idea to life, what's wrong with that?
Many people do have ideas, but without that financial support, among other things, that idea remains just that, an idea.
So without that critical support, it will be hard to turn that idea into reality

giles14:

No such thing as illegal, Even the USA that harps on these things carry out torture, not saying we should use them as yardstick, my point is, what you do in secret is for you to know, if it's illegal, well you don't announce it to the world that you are doing it.

wow!! But to be honest.... How many of us military enthusiasts are there in our countries?? Not a lot is the answer.

What's the capacity of the producers? All they have to do is secure loans and expand their production facilities, thereby produce more vehicles, but of course getting a loan from Nigerian banks is like strapping grenade to your body, high interest rate with very short time to pay back.
So perhaps it's about their capacity, i don't know

joshingjosh:
And still the DHQ and the commanders don't see any reason to buy them in large quantity to support indigienous production.

Do you have a picture of them??...I would like to see them
