You made some point, but I want to explain the asset and liability issue.

You have read in books, cars are liability, land is asset, well in Nigeria, having a car can be an asset, let me just put it straight, having a car is an asset, there are places you will go, especially if you are an experienced professional, they see you walk into the compound, they are afraid to hand a 5million naira contract to you, they feel, that might be your first.

Many people bought land and the land was sold under them, case in court, money can't be refunded, investing in Land in Nigeria is a big risk, if you are just starting, I won't advice you to start with it. I have attended many of my company land case judgement, the loses are just too much, don't tell me, you didn't check properly, as far as there's no C-of-O, anything can happen.

So instead of throwing your money to some omonile, learn a skill, get a car and run your business like a professional, not all instance of buying a car is it considered a liability.

This is not to criticize you, but a 15k job is not a job, even in 2016 when I finished serving 30k wasn't enough, that was then oh!
Break it down,
1. transport - 100 per day
2. feeding 500 per day
3. electricity, water, accessories - 100
4. house rent - 250 per day (which is 90k per year, I don't want to know where you will find that but lets say for argument sake)
This alone is 1k per day = 30,000 per month which is impossible for anyone to try for even 3 month, 2 years! come on, just go and learn a trade, this is not reasonable at all
