Well, some muslims also quote something similar. Imagine a world with foolish adherents that choose to interprete God's words as such. tipscogreen: So because of hunger, you are ready and willing to sell your birthday as Esua. I understand it hunger and the aroma of the coming moslem festival that inspired you writeup. Before you exchange your soul with 2pieces of meat and a plate of amala or rice, please kindly read 2Cornth 6:14-18 "
"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. When religion A says you shouldn't do this with Religion B and religion b says the same, how then do we bond together? How do we live in love, peace, and light?
We live in a world with each other. We are going to be here for a very long time. Our descendants are going to continue in this same world, so if yall desire don't be friends with your neighbour. I hope we are all ready for the consequences. |

These actions are not enough for her to have opt out of the race. naturefellow: "She was young". Certainly didn't prove a good defence.
"Should have remained in thought." Social Media makes us thoughtless stupid
At the end of the day, we must account for all our actions in youth or in old age. |

Lmao. I am not stupid or ignorant. You are all fishing and you should be happy, she has already left the race. grandstar: In America, young blacks use the word N word amongst themselves.
Those in the 60s and 70s or older don't. They actually lived during segregation or Jim crow laws when they had little or no rights. Oprah Winfrey can't stand the word.
For a white South African, it is a big issue. |

Who told you I don't know about or has not experienced racism? Her choice of word was insensitive but in this context, she meant NO HARM. This was years ago when she was young. grandstar: It may not sound sickening to you but for anyone who understood what apartheid was and experienced it, it takes on a whole new meaning.
When I was in Unilag in the early 90s, there were black South African students. These guys looked wretched and they drank a lot. Nigerian students looked down on them.
They showed traits common to long oppressed and disillusioned people.
My nephew who is half Turkish and schools in England was called the N word by a white South African boy. Where do you think he learnt it from? |

What did she do that is sickening? I don't think we read the same tweets. grandstar: If you know the history of South Africa, you'd know how sickening what she did was.
In Apartheid South Africa, there were up to 13 passes for blacks.
A black man needed a pass to get to his place of work. He needed a pass from his Oga to leave his place of work. He was not allowed to move to the city with his family. He must leave them in the village.
A white will have his dog sit in front with him in his pickup while his black farm hand will be in the open back boot.
In the UK, it was noticed white south African students were developing allergies on their hands. It was only unique to the South Africans. Why? It was later discovered that they had never touched detergents in their lives. They had black female servants doing all the work in the house! |

She was young. The second one, it is a tweet that should have remained a thought. The third one, it was used as an expression. Yes, there term is derogatory but the context is not. naturefellow: I forgave her for the first tweet, which is hilariously racist but a fact still. But for subsequent tweets, found her guilty as charged! |

Women live longer than men TruthDefender: Most people keep commenting : ' When he dies, you and the kids won't get anything from his family" etc or something to that effect .
I notice even misguided men without much life experience are echoing these sentiment.
Question : What makes y'all so sure the husband will die first ? Why not give your advice with an open mind ,one way or the other without mentioning his imminent death. You are not God. The female may end up dying first. What the happens to the man and his kids, that she claims he's neglecting.

Very good advice! Ejenavi18: He should be readmitted to a psychiatric hospital. I think he's suffering from a relapse since he has already been on admission before. Afterwards he should be made to undergo rehabilitation at the Drug Abuse Treatment Education and Research(DATER) unit of the hospital. If it's possible to change his environment after rehabilitation, do that as well. Also, who are his close friends? Are they into drugs as well? If that's the case he has to stop being around such persons. It takes a lot of effort for most people to overcome Mental and Behavioural Disorder (MBD) due to psychoactive substance abuse. I have a friend who's into substance abuse just like your brother. Currently he's been readmitted again for the 3rd time since he suffered a relapse just last year, a promising young guy like that. |

They don't need to sell any property because of him. It is the buyer's fault if they don't carry out due diligence frozen70: If you guys can take him to psychiatric hospital, there is a drug they will give him that will calm his mental state down
Take your mum away from the house because of fear of killing her

Lastly, if he continues, he will definitely commit a crime that will take him to jail |

Culture › Re: What Is The Mystery Behind Dreadlocks 'Dada'? by Sterope(f): 12:50pm On May 14, 2020 |
Dreadlock Matted hair = dreadlock So if I let my hair run free without combing it for a while like a month or two- it would start the locking process. Some hair are easily matted than others. Or I could decide to lock it myself. There are two ways to achieve that. So don't be a paranoid liar. There is nothing marine or spiritual about dreadlocks. IT IS A HAIRSTYLE. It is made hair, the hair in the head, natural oil God created from the body and maybe a bit of ingredients like shea butter, oil or even cream. MistarT: The best and surest adviser is the Holy Spirit, however with little knowledge about dreadlocks, there's a comma somewhere, if you have a child with dreads, prayerfully cut it, that is why most believers cut their children's hair before dedication, the words I write are not comprehendable with a carnal mind, they're spiritually discerned. God bless you. |
