Do you have access to these bills? If your answer is in the affirmative, could you provide links to them so some of us could get acquainted with some of the finer points of the bills; only then would we be able to have a robust discuss on the bills( are they Acts of the National Assembly already?) and their implications. Regards. |
OH MY GOD....... I get the feeling that some of you are almost 'happy' bout all this but if this is really true it is something we ought to be very sober about. It would be TERRIBLE that some politicians can influence the second highest judge in Nigeria( President of the Appeal Court and maybe some other lawyers) in order to secure favorable judgments; it would be terrible if found to be true. The troubling thing for me now is that it is likely to be true( or close to being true) cos the accusation is coming from Dr. Joe-Odumakin, one of the TRUE activists who I have the highest regards for AND cos there seem to evidence that Justice Salami actually had several communications with ACN men( what the hell is the President of the Court of Appeal talking over with politicians over whose cases you are presiding?).. Very very troubling in deed. As we try to find out the truth, lets be sort of careful and resist the urge to 'over' politicize this cos believe me it is not in anyone's interest to bring down the entire Judiciary for any reason. It is the one institution( apart from perhaps the military) that regardless of its small short-comings, is most responsible for any semblance f Sense in this society. |
MAYOWAAK: Was she really sick or she went abroad to sign some documents and seal some financial, investment and fund transfer deals?Na really was she really sick? Na the pesin wey sm ppl say she sick 9 diff sicknesses, and even die self( ala SaharaReporters and co) na im dey look fat and fresh so? Abi na my eyes dey deceive me?..i confuse o, lol |
@Jarus The 1st topic might be best for this 1st debate cos its about this nation's fundamentals and structure- its the Start, lets start this debate from there |
HNosegbe: I still have my reservations about this entire process. What I have long clamoured for is a LIBERALIZATION of the power sector, whereby investors with track record in power generation/distribution anywhere in the world are allowed to come and invest in areas of their choice. What I'm seeing instead is the PRIVATIZATION of a monopoly called PHCN and the distribution of its assets to selected friends of government. If PHCN was a national monopoly, I don't see this privatisation making any difference. All we are doing is to replace one government-owned national monopoly with regional monopolies indirectly owned by friends of government and other cronies. As long as we don't eliminate monopoly IN ALL FORMS by completely liberalizing the sector and giving the final consumer a WIDE RANGE OF CHOICES, I doubt that we'll get out of this morass.Dont know much bout yr 'frnds in the govt' theory, but just to say that the entire Power value chain( fuel-to-power, Generatn, Distributn- only Transmission for obvious strategic reasons wud be ownd by d govt ) has bn LIBERALIZED, the partial-privatisatn is only a part of the whole process . Additional private investors are already building generatn and distributn facilities in Lagos and Aba( there was a thread bout Nnaji's new plant in Aba yterday), state govts can now invests in power and some like Rivers are already doing that, while i heard dat sm international investors are already looking at opportunities in dis respect. Bottomline: d sector has bn Liberalised- Reforms already put in place like d reconstitutn of NERC, raising of tariff to investment levels, formatn of d Bulk trader, Guarantee of Private investments, formatn of Liability company, unbundling of PHCN into daughter companies and now the completn of partial privatisatn of same have are somewhat ensuring it. Plz look hard at policies properly so you re more informd. Cheers |
take dat: This bidding is fraught. One would have thought State govts would join in the bidding exercise partnering private firms. This is more like a monopoly or why should be a company take over 4 discos in two or three geo political zonesState govts, workers and much later d general public, would be part-owners of d companies as these core investors who won d bid only acquird 60% of d company...and by d rules set by d BPE since last yr even b4 d bidding process startd, no one investors can acquire more than 2 DISCOS and even these 2 cannot be close to each other so as to prevent monopolistic tendencies. So Integratd Company must choose either 1 or 2 of d 4 companies for which they had d highest bidding scores, and they must choose bw Eko and Ikeja as they cant acquire both since they are close to each other |
Wsdm: Oh sorry! If ha hadn't slow down the dredging of river Niger that late Yaradua started because of his epitome of i don't care attitude, at least the effect of this flood will have been reduced . If his house is affected , let him go and stay in his fellow victims camp for just a day and realise what his clueless attitude is doing to us.Come on SHUT UP there . The dregding of the lower river Niger HAS BEEN COMPLETED. The new dredged depth is 2.5m, and there is very little it can do in d face of waters that were 10-15m high in some places....very very ignorant persons making d loudest noise on-line. Thank God there is going to be a real debate soon on NL; i wud see hw a lot of u and yr tales wud fare on dat day. |
Great Great...dis the way to go. Private cops and State govts can get involvd in any of d Power value chain, localise supply within a region and providing permanent solutns to same. Rivers, Lagos, Akwa-ibom, Bayelsa are already doing this, which wud force oda state govts to do same- 9jarian needs every additional power it can get. When this integratd project( Generatn and Distributn) by a Private company comes on stream, Aba and environs shld hv 24/7 Power. One can only imagine what this wud mean for the shrewd businessmen and manufacturers in Aba 'the Japan of Africa'. God BLESS you Prof Barth Nnaji......by d way, the Distribution companies wud be partially privatisd TODAY. These are Exciting times |
1025: if any nigerian believes these bunch of confused lying criminal minded sambos, that one can believe anything. 100 plans at a time yet u are spending well over N600m on generators in 2013. who is deceiving who.Plz leave yr beautiful 1 yr old daughter out of it plz so we cud talk about yr foo.lish self... Sm govt agencies got as low as #2million for generators FOR A YEAR, d lowest sum in many yrs. Hv u eva ran a business b4 to appreciate wot how relatively little this amount is? |
This was how sm Islamic madmen shot a beautiful 14-yr old girl just cos the brave girl campaignd that girls shld be allowd to go to school in Pakistan. The child is now fighting for he life, and if she survives might suffer 4rm d dilapidating effect of brain damage...the sane Muslims amongst these ppl shld do everything to save their religion which hv obviously bn hijacked by a tiny group of madmen, and stop d silly tales of 'Islam is the religion of Allah and He wud protect' Or ' every oda group is fighting against Islam d true religion'. These 2 statements hv bn so manipulatd by these Islamic extremists as a strong mindgame on d majority of Muslims that they continue to get away wit atrocities committd in d name of islam, and actuali get sm level of sympathy at times from ordinary Muslims who bliv in d 'victim card' playd by these extrements. |
Great Great Great.....Nice job guy, u rep big time. See a lot possibilities ahead I swear. I'd suggest that some of your upcoming storylines should be unique- aka African centric. But shoud be tighter than Nollywood sha o. Great Job again. Plz take a well-deserved bow.....claaaaapppsssss |
subterfuge: If anything else, this Goodluck administration has really succeeded in creating much more Unemployment than it came to meet.A few years ago there was the talk of consolidation of the banking sector. This was an exercise that has seen several hundreds of thousands of well educated Nigerians Just loosing their jobs for no fault of theirs and the so called goodluck clapped for the CBN governor SANUSI for for increasing the number of Jobless Nigerians not caring about the implications, as increasing crime rates , rise in Prostitution, etc.'Now God is openly disgracing the goodluck administration with floodings here and there '?. You mean that God brought flood that has affected hundreds of thousands of people cos he wanted to 'Disgrace' GEJ?? Some of you paid agents are so STU.PID it is actually painful that some of us have to respond to you for the sake of the country. smh. That was the thing that caught my attention. Not inteested in your other rants. |
Ramcie: Source plzThe source is Agro Nigeria. hahahahahahaha..... |
nagoma: You have not contributed to this topic. Jonathan became President by emptying the treasury , use of the subsidy cabal, the churches, the police, the media and INEC among other crooked ways and he has shown zero capacity in managing a democracy. No wonder the country is disintegrating before his eyes and he doesn't give a damn! Let him supervise the division of the country Jare ! That should be easy for him as he loves forming committees.Exactly. Keep saying this repeatedly to yourself, maybe you would finally believe it. Goodluck on that. |
Dignitary: Rather than spice up the PDP candidate's ambition, the presence of GEJ at the rally is no doubt a BIG MINUS to Oke..lHahaha.....you confuse what you ACN Goons say and what the ordinary Southwesterner say. It is really a thing of pity to believe one's own propaganda, real pity. I dont have the time for politics, including Ondo politics. I can only say: May the best man win. The people of Ondo would decide, not people whose agents can make the loudest noise on different on-line fora |
The way ACN and CPC peeps whip up emotions in the polity is quite very childish. This one posits that the President engages in so many unnecessary travels, without providing a clear-cut analysis of the travels, the targets it aimed to achieve and how it has failed. But even beyond this, as mature political parties, what are they recommending to be Nigeria's foreign policy at this time. Do they have a draft we can review. We need to see how that draft manages to achieve more effective foreign policy targets and better goodwill for Nigeria in the international community with less Presidential visits. They should be giving us alternative views, not emotionally charged, red-eyed complaints. I fully support a Nigeria that works hard to live up to her role as a regional power in Africa, whose voice is also respected in the world. I also support a Nigeria where or foreign policy strategy will be geared towards advancing the place of Nigeria in the global scheme of things, promoting our comparative trade advantage and adopting a clear cut 50 year foreign policy target, reviewable every 10 years. Nigeria have many of her citizens in almost every country on the world, hence the need for more aggressive citizen driven diplomacy. This administration should sustain this reciprocity strategy, it makes the world to listen to us. I reject a North Korea/Iran/Somalia/Zimbabwe(before recently) kind of foreign policy. I reject foreign policy driven by charity than by interests. Now what do you believe? How can what you believe be achieved if your President behaves like North Korean or Zimbabwean or Iranian or Somalian leader. Answer this question for yourself and don't let the politicians answer it for you.
Now, God bless you. |
duffman: if d north secede frm nigeria dey wil islamize d north.it wil become islamic republic of arewa.d islamic symbol(d cresent moon and star) wil be on dier flag.i pity d christians in d north cos wen muslim fanatics(d fulanis) kill dem and burn churches notin wil hapen.christians will be seen as 2nd class citizens because dey wont be given equal treatment as d muslims.i tink christians in d north shuld be given an area to seperate dem frm muslim-northIf the country breaks( and for the far-sightd ones like us we say: God 4bid), there wud be nothing like a 'Northern Nigeria' country any more than there wud be a ' Southern Nigeria' one; d country wud just disintegrate into bits, d no of which no person can tell presently. There is NO 'One North' any more even today; most Middlebelters hv since releasd that that was just an empty mantra dat sm few Fulani-Hausa( and there is a reason 4 dis order) and dier Kulani collaborators, usd 4rm b4 independence to control the resources and power of d country( and dier lives). There has since bn 'an opening of d eyes'; hwever, allow ppl like Nagoma to be deceiving themselves ad continua....... By d way, Nigeria wud NOT divide. We wud defeat the thieving elites and build a strong nation able to protect the interests of d vast majority of her ppl and serve as a bacon 4 Africa |
nagoma: Bello Kirfi has said the truth. Its always difficult to know what southerners want. If you call northerners parasites then allow them to go, Whether they survive or not its not your problem. one can see the cynicysm and ever present hypocrisy wheever they write about the North;Yea, but he was the one who took the 'turn' of d born-to-rules and won his election inspite of them, unlike Obasanjo who they made d president and now hate generously afta he 'dared' to go 4 a 3rd term( without their 'approval') and then had d guts to foist a sick person from amongst them on d nation. All 'hell' hv since broken lose in order to mk d country 'ungovernable' as their spokesmen promisd openly, only that this 'hell' is breaking in dier own backyard(MU.mu people)...oh by d way, these born-to-rules are not d majority of d ordinary ppl in d north( many of whom are their main victims anyways and unfortunately very ignorant). Tk a look at d ordinary folks in d north from any human development index conceivable( and u wont need to look hard) and see hw well these power mongers hv fared; imagine wot damage they hv done to Nigeria and dier own ppl. The battle for Nigeria is against these ppl and their hanger-ons, including those on NL |
afam4eva: It will be lovely to see Cape-Verde at the nations cup. I've never seen them play before.Yea. It wud be quite exciting |
@OP d problem wit this kind of criticism is that they are too general and meant to be loud, wit little specifics to go wit - the purpose is just to criticize, which on its own is usually not very helpful. For an article this long, no analysis of d travels and why they are unnecessary, hence wasteful was made. The general theme running tru is that the amount of money spent by d president was too high( according to the writer) without giving us d critical info on whether the travels( or at least sm of them) are necessary.. Anyways, since the article seem to be suggesting that d president tk cognizance of the monies spent on these travels, I want to agree wit d writer only to dat extent since am a very very big advocate of cuts in d costs of governance ( ie a Lean govt) AS LONG AS IT IS NECESSARY. Already, one notes that sm cuts hv startd with reductn of Overhead from about #500billion to a little above #200 this yr; and of course stopping d rising thrend of an increasing Recurrent budget before 2010 and then reducing it from 77.5% in 2010 to 68.7% projectd nx year. Much still needs to be done though( and am thinking particularly of d Oronsaye Committee and odas) |
take dat: I have no problem with him going on foreign trips if it will be beneficial to Nigeria but most of these trips are outright waste of tax payers money. If the travels of 2012 has brought nothing substantial to Nigeria, why then increase the budgetary allocation from 1.69billion to 2.6billion.Is this where they want to recoup hospital bills and shopping spree of Dame Patience from? The FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) flows to the country is not only by far d highest in d history of Nigeria but also significantly d highest in Africa( i think for the 1st time if am not mistaken) last yr at almost $9billion. From what I gather from sm reports recently, this thread wud continue this yr. Many of these business deals are struck, consumatd or reviewd at d highest levels during these Presidential visits( that is probably why he goes on these visit wit sm Nigerian businessmen and relevant ministers and heads of agencies). The many bi-national commissions set-up and/or revivd by dis admin( which is d highest so far) might also be relevant here |
Two questions: could this be the start of the much desird though neglectd Move to diversify Nigerian economy? |
franchizy: 40% of the Total revenue of the Federal Govt is generated from the North East, why r we then Marginalised and been cheated, if d Federal Govt does not reverse the Proposed 50million allocated to d North East, there wil b a great problem in d coming months. We r realy unhappyYou are joking right on d 40% figure? I mean this must be scarcasm, though u seem not to be very good at it |
You all can see what sm of us hv bn saying. Buka, while giving poverty and injustice as the 'cause' of BH usd d word 'We'( meaning that himself and oda persons in d NE are in cohorts wit BH directly and/or indirectly). While threatening d rest of us with even more insurgency 'worst than BH' he concluded for effect by saying 'Insha Allah'( meaning himself and oda elites in d north are ready to continue d insurgency by d 'Grace of God'). By d way, this same Buka Ibrahim was gov of Yobe for 8yrs and did almost nothing and increasing d poverty there. Just as d US govt said recently BH is an extreme religious group that hv bn hijackd by sm politicians( politics and religion are one and same thing for these ppl anyway) to discredit d govt of GEJ and mk d country 'ungovernable' as sm of them openly promisd, period. They are nw using sm part of d media and unfortunately few politicians in d National Assembly- all of which are part of same game plan. The foolish thing that these Mu.mu elites fail to realise is that one does not open a warfront in his backyard in oda to spite smone else......by d way, i support the appropiatn of Special Intervention fund for the innocent poor non-elites of d NE, who are in d majority, when these BH thing hv bn finally taken and by God's grace it wud be very soon |
With an average annual growth of 20 percent in the last five years, non-oil export will hit $3billion (N465billion) by the end of this year and well over $4billionn (N620bilion) by 2015. In this report our correspondent looks at how recent reforms in Nigerian Export-Import Bank (NEXIM Bank) are adding value to Nigeria's rising non-oil exports. Oil still accounts for over 90 percent of total export in Nigeria. This has largely made Nigeria a mono economic country, with little or no competitive edge on the comity of nations. Experts have repeatedly called for the diversification of Nigeria's economy to include robust non-oil export earnings with strong emphasis on agro-allied products and other manufactured products. Though the non oil export earnings have been slow, surely it's growing. The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) had said in April 2012 that Nigeria exported 1.186 million metric tonnes of non-oil products valued at $2.765 billion (N428.57 billion) in 2011 from over 117 products being exported to different countries. The non-oil export figure, according to the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer, NEPC, Mr. David Adulugba, represents an increase of 19.15 percent over the $2.32 billion (N359.6 billion) recorded in 2010, and 61.97 percent over that of 2009. Adulugba, indicated that the 2011 figure was "a far cry from what it should have been for the high incidence of unrecorded exports and other challenges. Some include: challenges inhibiting optimal performance of the sector, inadequate funding, restricted access to credit facilities, infrastructural deficiency, weak logistics to support supply chain, dominance of primary commodities and low productive capacity. He expressed optimism that with an average annual growth of 20 percent in the last five years, non-oil exports will hit $3b billion (N465bilion) by the end of this year and well over $4 billion (N620 billion) by 2015. Located in this subtle and steady rise in non-oil export is NEXIM Bank's intervention under the management of Mr. Roberts Orya, the MD/CEO in the last three years. In financing non-oil export, "NEXIM Bank supported Nigerian exporters mainly the small and medium enterprises (SME's) with some engaged in Greenfield projects, to the tune of N23.33 billion and issued guarantees valued at $27.3 million between 2009 and August 2012. These interventions were in our target sectors with high growth potentials of Manufacturing, Agro - Processing, Solid Minerals and Services [MASS Agenda]," Orya has said while presenting his three-year score card. The bank as at August 2009, as recounted Orya, had an "alarming decline in the quality of risk assets as the bank's total loan portfolio as at 20th August 2009 was N14.6 billion out of which 72 percent was non performing and within that category N10.03 billion or 69.05 was declared completely lost. This resulted in the "decline in the bank's income; paucity of funds with the outstanding call up/unpaid capital standing at N32.74 billion leading to decline in creation of risk assets; depletion of the bank's shareholders funds as a result of accumulated losses; significant decrease in income and tolerance of excess & escalating overheads; worsening assets quality and poor record keeping; lack of strategic focus and distraction from core mandate; ineffective Risk Management Framework; non- adherence to corporate governance tenets; and over bloated staff strength with significant skill gaps." The Corporate Transformation Project , the Project Spring four sectors, as it was tagged focused on manufacturing, agro-processing, solid minerals & services which have several employment slots and foreign exchange earning potentials in the non-oil sector of the Nigerian economy. Strategic objective as announced was to be a relevant player in the export market and significantly influence government trade policies. A five-year strategic plan with clearly defined market penetration action plans with responsibilities and timelines was evolved. The bank also defined its business posture to that of complementing the role of the commercial banks and other Development Financial Institutions (DFI's) by focusing on the unreserved markets especially ECOWAS, Africa, Asia and the rest of the world. These reforms saw improved shareholders support and saw them inject, fresh capital injection into the bank but with strong supervisory and regulatory oversight and guidance from the CBN and federal ministry of finance. With the turnaround of the bank's performance, management ensured an appreciable return on the equity investment of the shareholders. Accordingly a dividend for the 2010 financial year performance was declared and paid, which was the first time since year 2003 when dividend was last paid, he said. The MD also indicated that the bank's growth is impacting on the unemployment rate in Nigeria. "The bank through its various operational interventions generated/sustained direct jobs for over 14,358 as at August 31, 2012," Orya said. NEXIM is also funding the creative arts and entertainment industry from the $200 million intervention bank. Orya explained that in funding intervention, the bank extends loans to eligible companies in all the value-chain within the creative arts and entertainment industry under the Nigerian Creative Arts & Entertainment Industry Facility Scheme. The bank disclosed that the total funding support to the Industry by NEXIM so far comprised N700 million and N536 million disbursed amounts to six beneficiary clients. He explained that the bank's funding interventions thus far were for various entertainment value chains like distribution and exhibition, infrastructure, digital studios and digital equipment as well as film production. http://allafrica.com/stories/201210140133.html |
In an ideal society, this call to arms won't even be given a second thought. . .people woulda already given but Nigeria? You have to take a second, third, fourth and fifth thought. Who do you send it to? How do you go about it? Is there an agency in charge? How can we be certain this won't be another way for some people to line their pockets?
I believed that was why the Dangote/Agbakoba Committee was set up. When they come out with their account nos and modalities, people can pay something into the accounts. In the mean time, those people close to any of these relief camps should visit and see what they can provide in Kind; while those people staying far-off can route their Assistance in Kind through any local Red Cross unit. Bottom line: these people need help today and in the long term. |
chucky234: In 2007 Nigeria has installed capacity of 5,900MW with about 3000MW of electricity generated due to poor maintenance of the power facilities, between 2008 and 2012 we have about 4200MW with about 3500MW in distribution.Chuki provide the links for the claims( as per Brazil and others ) you made that he asked for and stop beating about the bush. You have made these claims many time before, demands were made of you to demonstrate these but yu have failed everytime. I have told you previously that this admin is actually spending much of the monies that Obasanjo agreed with the States govts to spend from the Excess Crude Fund( bw $6-$7billion), and this amount was meant to build about 10 medium-size gas power stations, the associated gas infrastructures and the required Transmission and Distribution Line(more than 1000) to accompany it- the whole project was meant to produce and distribute about 4900MW to the national grid. This is apart from the budgeted monies of course and the $1billion( I think) spent on gas pipelines. The problem was that MOST of these had not even really taken off properly before Obasanjo's term ended( the few that was completed didnt even have any gas facilities connected to it) while Yar'adua stall the project for more than 2 years cos of the 'probe' thing then . President GEJ revived these projects and have completed some with their gas infrastructure laid while most of the other plants are either at advanced states of completion or have been completed but awaiting the completion of the associated gas facilities. The more than a thousand Transmission and Distribution Lines that were virtually untouched are now been done and if you watch your TV, some of them are been commissioned every other month and have started to serve its purpose. All these is why we CAN now produce and distribute more than 4000MW of electricity and are now able to transmit it without having a Total Systems failure( recall few years ago what happened when we produced 3800MW and tried transmitting all of it and the entire system collapsed within 2 days and we went back to less than 1500MW ). Now we are doing more than 4000MW and have held that for about 2 months without having any real systems collapsed. You think it it just happening by chance, eh? Chuki provide evidences for your claims Or stop repeating same 'lies' every time. |
acidtalk: ^^^What are you blabbling about? People collect loans from banks all over the world and dont pay back for many reasons sm of which are dubious( i mean think of the 2008 World economic crisis in d US). In dis case, a company was set up by govt to tk over the bad loans and d debtors are now bn forcd to pay back and sm are doing so- so wot is d problem here? Why are u ranting? |
And sm ppl were complaining that the floods were 'not serious enuf' for the president to give a national broadcast on, cos they must criticize...when d Dangote/Agbakoba Fund raising committee releases their accounts, plz contribute yr own quota cos for many of d victims is not just about wot they need today but in d long run( sm of them hv lost everything). I will heading to the relief camp near me here in Asaba to see wot i can do. |
Ogahtech: I have been forced to comment on this issue. I always wonder when will Nigerian citizens stop supporting our most corrupt politicians. how could a Nigerian who is educated be supporting lavishing of N654M by the same government who have promised stable power supply twice in 3 years and failed. some Nigerians should be ashamed of their selfish comments in this forum. we should be aware that south Africa is generating about 40000magawatts. Dubai with a population of 1.6 million equivalent to jigawa state is generating about 16000magawatts. but Jonathan could not increased even more than 2000magawatts for the over 170million Nigerians in the past 3 years. and someone will be telling us to live the presideny alone. in Egypt when the situation became worse even die hard supporters of Mubarak realized it is time for change. let's learn from them. may God help Nigeria. And you were 'forced' to make this kind of comment? There was a time in dis country b4 GEJ came dat we didnt expect power 4 days but today there has bn significant improvements in d no of hrs we hv light in a day. GEJ met a fluctuating 2800MW supply and hv stabilized it at more than 4000MW, and still improving it: new transmission and distributn lines are bn commissiond every oda month, new power plants and units as well as gas pipelines are bn constructd\repaird, and even more significantly d the entire power chain is bn finally solvd by d ongoing partial privatisatn/liberalisatn. While many posters hv noted a significant reductn in d amounts of money that these govt agencies spend in their generators ff d small improvements in power supply, none of us are happy dat our govt shld even be spending any money at all on generators at this point in our history BUT we are also not naive enuf to think that any person has a magic wand to provide uninterruptd power supply in 2yrs from a very messy situatn he inheritd. The real questn is has there bn improvements in d entire power value chain and a real move to permanently solve d problem? The answer is YES. It now behoves on all of us to make sure that this improvements continues at an even faster and surer way, as well as that we finally get it right this time around |
emmysenior: Hw did he manage to get his Phd sef? This presido is as good as an illitrate. By disclosing this, the fate we have in him to deliver at MOST on the power sector is gone. He aint a polititian at all, and his advisers are clueless as well. Happy sunday to Nigeria jare. You are so wrong my frnd. A govt that wants to be transparent discloses everything that has to do wit govt business whether d info is perceivd as good or bad. I know we are not usd to this kind of disclosures in govt cos previous govts didnt do it but it shows an increasingly open govt this time around not a 'clueless' one as u ignorantly and naively think |
