I don't know why Nigerians are making a bit of a fuss about this matter. It is left to the CJN to search his conscience, if he believes he has done something wrong then he should resign immediately. On the other hand if his conscience is clear he should appear before the code of conduct tribunal to clear his name.

The entire preliminary objection appears anchored upon an underlying premise that the CCT process is to “remove” the CJN from office, when there is absolutely no mention thereof in the reported charge sheet. Obviously, it is NOT within the purview of the CCT (or the CCB) to remove the CJN from office, but it is certainly within its authority (and thus its substantive jurisdiction) to hear and rule on petitions brought against any officer listed in the Constitution for failure to properly declare his/her assets.

The contention of the preliminary objection is essentially akin to arguing that because only the Senate (and Senators voting in the chamber) can impeach and remove the Senate President under the Constitution, a sitting Senate President cannot be tried by the CCT for improper asset declaration. Obviously, such an argument did not prevail for Saraki at the same CCT (and even the Supreme Court upheld the CCT’s jurisdiction in the Saraki case), so why would anyone think it would in this instance?

The context really matters to me; what I heard Amaechi reflecting in that audio is that, buhari doesn't listen to all these nonsense people like reno say about him which should be the good thing to do as a dutiful person / leader.
So how can 'eran-o' present that as evidence that Amaechi said buhari doesn't listen nor read. Disgraceful.
I'm planning to throw away my vote to one of the unpopular presidential candidates before but if PDP continues this way, I might be forced to add one more vote to the auto-rigged votes of the ruling party.
