Can you please do your findings and speak factually instead of making your opinion fact? Investigate the veracity or otherwise. There is a place for discretion and if the professor is seen as very valuable to Canada, and his mum was indeed wrongly denies a visa thrice, then based on discretionary powers, I don't see this as an impossibility.

Not all Professors are smart. Believe me! Not all your lecturers had common sense. Both phenomenom (smart and common sense)is open to both the poor and rich, schooled and non schooled, professors and artisans. It is never given freely from school as a degree. It is inert but also learned.

Unfortunately for PDP, even if INEC chooses to cancel the entire votes cast for APC in Yobe, Borno, and Zamfara, add them to those of PDP, and even restore the said nos of valid cancelled votes from Plateau, FCT, Kogi and Nasarawa states APC will still be leading with over a 100,000 votes, so what's their deal?

The problem is AMAC and Bwari Council area. These council areas are the most populated, about 65% igbos. They came out in Mass and gave Atiku 100% of their votes. So, until those areas are announced, it's not yet uhuru for PMB.
