acounter2:So we have 6 meanings according to your post, though there might be more meaning but not the cancelled ones. |
Seem the defense lawyers for Onnoghen and Atiku source their defence argument from the same source. |
Why not wait till May 1st. Most employer of Labour unveiled enhancement in compensation package including promotion around May 1st. |
Incorrect headline. Nothing in that post state that APC has taken a position, they are just opinions of some members of National officers of APC. |
NaijaFutbol:Sorry, you are to answer the question. What date did GEJ left office? What date is the thread you are referring to? Maybe I should add another question, what date was the design/prototype of the bridge inaugurated by GEJ? Just write up those dates, and consider the fact that GEJ administration was borrowing to pay salary six months to the end of his tenure. It will be good to also consider that no amount of money can be released for capital expenditure until the signing of the year budget. Therefore, another question will now be when was the budget passed and signed into law? And technically, budget spending for capital expenditure start after two month's of budget signing. Putting aside fact and counter-fact of whether GEJ has started the project or not, let go on a common sense and logical reasoning path. Answer to the questions will show us how possible it can be for GEJ to have start spending a Kobo on the bridge between the inauguration of the prototype/design of the bridge and when he left office. Least I forget, the year he left office was an election year where all government activities were grounded for at least two months of the five months before handover for the year, ignoring the fact that government attention was drawn to combating Boko Haram for nearly 6 six weeks of the remaining three months. |
All these are sewed geles, I mean ready made ones, except for 1 or 2 styles that can be tied. |
NaijaFutbol:The thread date is September 2015, please when was the date GEJ left office? |
For those doubting this post. Check yourself and search for Atiku using their official link. https://efile.fara.gov/pls/apex/f?p=181:130:0::NO:RP,130:P130_DATERANGE:N Modified Document obtained from the site shows that the 6637 is a contract to facilitate Atiku Visa and entry to US while the second (6657) is to secure presidential seat and delayed inauguration until the Supreme Court gives final judgment. My problem here is not the contract but the consistent public denial by Atiku, PDP, and his Campaign team that such contracts exist. To access the public document on the contracts, click on VIEW from the link provided above, and then click on the link under VIEW DOCUMENT in the second column.

This is why Ambode was not returned, you don't abandon the project path of your predecessor when you know they are part of the bigger picture set by the party on which you subscribe to while accepting the offer of becoming the governor. He make the matter worse by destroying some legacy. |
double0seven:To the extent of my knowledge, there is currently no court of law, even the regulatory bodies for judges (NJC) including Onnoghen himself, that have absolve him of the charges to which saw him being suspended and shamefully resigned. That is, the case of not declaration of active domiciliary accounts, which he himself has publicly acknowledged in written without being under duress. But on the criminal charges of misuse of power, money laundering and bribery allegations, which I assumed you are referring to here, I have no much comments on that but for NJC to have recommended compulsory retirement pleading for full benefits for him and Onnoghen himself to have rescue himself by resigning voluntary (an option he vowed with heaven and earth not to take), I doubt if he is not guilty of the charges he is accused of. More evidently, I don't doubt the Joe Agi bribery part. On a personal note, I have been suspecting the man, since his judgement on 2015 River State gubernatorial case. Wike has celebrated his victory at Supreme Court the Sunday before the judgement, though the judgment is technically right but literally is it a wrong judgment. Even if the constitution is Supreme (use of voter register), the same constitution empowered INEC to give guidelines to make elections fair. If INEC based on his constitutional power gave out guidelines to make elections credible by electronic accreditation, the law should not be blind to that by pronouncing that the total number of votes cannot be invalidated by reasons of being more than the total number of votes accredited by the use of card reader but only when it is more than total registered voters. May I tell you that, that same judgement is what give rise to the problem we faced in 2019 General elections that was considered not credible because politicians has been given the confidence that the use of Card Readers is not known to current any recognised Nigeria laws, unlike in 2015 where there are fear that, it is only votes by accredited voters using the card readers that will count. This man destroyed our democracy and has given succor to corrupt politicians and public servants. |
Racoon:One thing you forgot to add is that Adeosun resigned immediately it was established that the issued certificate was illegally issued to her. So no one defended her after the truth was revealed. But Onnoghen even after admitting to not complying with the law, he still shamelessly hold on to his post and frustrate every avenue that can be legally used against him until he was suspended by order of a competent court. The salient point was that he is the architect of all shame he is facing and impending embarrassment that may follow because the executive gave him the honor to resign based on the damming evidence but he was confident in the corrupt judiciary that he is leading and that the executive cannot legally remove him based on the power attached to the position he is holding, that is, Chief Justice of Nigeria. |
My question is Should he enjoy such benefits, knowing fully well that he has enriched himself over and above the sum benefits using the same office. They should advice him to resign and forfeit the benefits if found wanting on the allegations. That is the only reasonable soft landing they should be seeking. Promoting judiciary misconducts in any way is injustice to the nation. |
Ndonu101:Not when the Judiciary is looking for favour of soft landing for their colleagues from the Executive. Judiciary looking for political solutions for their most senior colleague. |
God surely favour them with age, good health and fortune. |
, the country may have spent about N10 trillion in the provision of pump price subsidy on imported petroleum products from 2006 to 2018.The 10 trillions is for 12 years. |
That is what our judiciary has turned into. Protecting the corrupt elements among themselves and playing politics with justice. Why has NJC not fast track their decision on the CJN and acting CJN knowing fully well that their actions will put the country into constitutional crises. The same way they play the politics until the CCT order immediate suspension of the CJN. When judiciary and legal professionals practice esprit de corps for their members, most especially their executives and senior colleagues, there cannot be independent judiciary and fair judgement in land. |
TonyeBarcanista:I remember your epistle on Makarfi and I told you that PDP will not give him the ticket but you are over confidence that Makarfi will win, only to be left with a choice that you have in your past year wrote against just like Obasanjo. In your political wisdom, you should know that the political environment of APC in 2015 is different from 2019. In 2015, APC won with over 3 blocks of political powers who are struggling to hold substantial power/influence in the party, most especially the PDP/Atiku block. But in 2019 they won as a single block APC (Buhari/Oshiomole/Tinubu) block. Also, time was not on their side to solve their differences in 2015 as they were still battling with post elections crisis before the resumption of the NASS... Seems your political analysing skills is fast declining in this recent time. But until after the NASS presiding officers are elected, I have no more comments. |
Sponsored case. |
Purej:The problem here is none of them conducted elections in Nigeria. |
davimus:First, what is your mode of payment? Through cash? If yes, just forget about the whole thing and move on and if you desperately need the money, just go spiritual. If the payment is through bank transfer, whether online or through the branch, you have 95% of getting back your money through legal means but you will surely lose nothing less than 35% of the money using government agencies like EFCC or Lawyers from a reputable law chamber or firm (rotary lawyers). Please do not involve Nigeria Police or SARS, they can make your matter worse. You may spent over N300,000 and still will not be sure of the recovery status. Don't also use anyhow lawyers, they may waste your time and still fail in court. If you are to go the legal way, you have to present the case as a case of seeking for official means of getting your certificate claiming that your friend claim the procedure is an official one. And if your school tuition fee is on high side and the years is above 3 years, then you can claim you pay such amount because your friend told you must paid for the past and current tuition fees, clearance and graduation fees, exceptional academic waivers application fee, departmental and general clearance fees,... Other fees as maybe applicable to your. The baseline is that your assumption, according to the convincing assurance from your friend never make you suspect is an illegal transaction until you discovered you have been scammed as no payment was paid to the school and your friend's reactions after payment. The above is when you go through government agencies like EFCC but if you choose the option of rotary lawyer, please tell the lawyers the whole truth including your motives. But the EFCC own is better as the publicity of the recovery process will be less public or exclusively private; and may restrict friends and family interventions when compared to the option of opting for lawyer. Now to your actions, you actually deserve the loss because you knew that the only way to get that certificate is only through illegal and fraudulent means. Reasons why you agreed to pay such huge amount of money. |
Buhari won, the decisions will not favour the suspended CJN. But on a serious note, our judiciary is not independent because majority of the judges are corrupt. This is the main reason why the decision on the acting and suspended CJN were tactically delayed till after election. |
That N63k price is not realistic for Nigeria market. You may end up not enjoying the 4G capabilities of the phone using some of the Nigerian telecom SIM. |
TGM2015: lexy2014:The very day you understand the first line of my post, you can come back to read my post and review your comment. Thank you. |
Obi replied: “Father, what I said is straightforward. You will come and show me the project so that the two of us will talk. That is what I said.”If Obi truly said this to Mbaka... then, if we are to talk in spirituality, then the curse of the man of God will hold on him. First, you don't trust the word of the man of God. You believe is lieing about the project, the status and the cost. So you need to verify and confirm the project and extent of financial need before committing. Surely, Obi is just a believer and not representing the true definition of a Christian. Secondly, so after confirmation and verification, the man of God should leave his place and come unto you to now discuss. That is high level of arrogance and disrespect to "spiritually constituted and anointed authority". Seriously, you cannot disgrace a TRUE man of God in such a way a expect not to be disgraced. A case study of Ambode is still fresh in memory. I am still in dilemma on Bishop Oyedepo after the declaration of 2019 Presidential Results. 2015 and 2019 Presidential Results can also be said to be between Oyedepo and Adeboye in terms of General Overseer of Churches in Nigeria. |
But they say Buhari's administration reduced the global networth of Dangote. They forget to realise that increase/decrease in global networth in not a result of one year activities. The same way their Mismanagement led Nigeria into recession, the same way it has affect real and honest firm growth in Nigeria. Now that Dangote is seeing the effect of Buhari administration in positive way so will Nigeria and honest Nigerians shall start seeing the effect by end of this year and early next year. |
@ correctguy2010 Our sincere appreciation for your well analysed Excel. Thank you. |
correctguy2010:Well done Correct Guy. Unfortunately, we do not take to account cancel votes for each state. But we are only very hopeful that the total cancelled will not be more than the difference. Please just update, immediately PDP vote is announced. Thank you. |
This is really the aftermath effect of the K's results.
|
djbuky400001:Simple thing, all these results has been earlier announced in each states. They only come to Abuja to declare the result. |
DanielsParker:Two things. One, the winner must secure at least 25% of the votes cast. From the looks of things both candidates will pass this criteria. Two, the winner must secure a simple majority votes of the valid votes. Even if any of the candidates leads by one vote, he will be declare winner. So by now you should be able to decode the winner. |
obyback:The can't cancel an election based on rejected or invalid votes. It is only when the total number of registered voters in polling units where elections were not conducted or elections cancel is greater than the margin/difference that the election can be declared inconclusive. |
I support this, 1. Let give our female opportunity to excel, that's one thing I dislike in the political strategy that saw the exist of Adeosun. 2. If the position is being rotated between South and North, why not give her a chance as she was acknowledged to be qualify. 3. It gives the youth the sense of belonging and will inspires a lot of young one, most especially the female folks. Dora and Ngozi come to mind. 4. Her appointment may solidify Nigeria goodwill among committees of nation. I would have love to know if she is a positive economist like Emefele or normative economist like Sanusi. |

A man that shamelessly defended Madam Kemi Adeosun's NYSC certificate forgery?
