TonyeBarcanista:
Excuse me gentleman, my problem with Amaexhi has nothing to do with his beef with PEJ/GEJ. It has nothing to do with his defection to APC nor his support for Buhari. It is his fundamental right to align with anyone politically. Don't forget that I was once pro-APC/Buhari.

My problem with Amaechi stem from the fact that he allowed his success of his first term to override his brain. In his second term Amaechi stopped carrying out sensible projects but instead diverted Rivers money to fund APC, he embarked on elephant projects and brought to zero the same reserve that he initiated and got hailed in 2008. Amaechi owed pensioners and shut the judiciary for TWO years. The worse is he still wanted to impose a prefect, Dakuku on Rivers people.

Honestly, No governor has governed Rivers better than Amaechi(2007-2011) and we(Okrikans) will always credit him for his deeds in our land despite the water front issue.
How is Wike better?

Is it the people like Chidi Lyod the man who should've been in gaol in a saner climate? The man who ought to be facing charge of attempted murder? Amaechi the guy who developed his state in education, health, security, infrastructure, Jobs, is the enemy while Jonathan who did nothing and wike who embezzled state funds as local government chairman are their heroes. This generation is the cursed generation. Even if a goat contested under the pdp, rivers people would vote that goat.
That is what I can't just comprehend even tonyebarcanista with his wealth of knowledge fall into the same category. I believe people should vote for their development not on hatred of two man/party affairs.
I challenge tonyebarcanista to write an epistle of how
1. PDP rule in Rivers state is far better than Ameachi 8 years rules.
2. How Jonathan influence has developed the state?
3. How did Amaechi betray Jonathan and PDP?

In fact, the constitution says there must be aminister from every state."So, anybody that is still preaching that the problem ofNigeria is Yoruba or Hausa or Fulani, he does not loveNigeria . The problem with Nigeria is that a group of people from each and every ethnic tribe is very selfish.
Every community has traditional rulers, every traditional rulers knows and can influence their councilors. Every council has a local government, every local government has a state Represented by Representatives, Senators, Minister, Governor, etc.
Why will any community complain of neglect if their rulers and representatives are selfless and ready to serve?
Is just like blaming the Government when ones parents can not take responsibility of feeding and financing one's education/apprenticeship. Even God before creating man have created ALL that needs to be, imagine a petty trader wife and brick layer husband giving birth to up to six children with less than two years spacing.
No government at whatever level can marginalized us if majority of us do not marginalized ourselves. That power belongs to Nigerians is a fact when majority of Nigerian use it, remember the Save Nigeria Group rally during Yar'adua sickness and Petroleum subsidy removal under Jonathan.

“One of them indeed declared that she is one of the Chibok hostages. She is around 15. We are now verifying, because on the Nigerian side they have the names and photos of these girls,” said local government administrator Raymond Roksdo.
The above summarize it all
1. The Cameroonian LGA not Nigerian local government chairman says the girl is around 15 judging from the look. At least we have 20, 21 years corpers.
2. The girl declared, but they will verify with Nigerian army that has the photos and names of abducted girls.

Is there anything too hard to comprehend that names of APC and Buhari has to be mentioned expect that they should take steps to get in touch with Cameroon govt ASAP and verified the authenticity of this news, gather intelligence and take actions.
PoliticsRe: Presidency 2019: There Is Vacancy In Aso Rock by TGM2015: 7:12pm On Mar 25, 2016
TonyeBarcanista:
I read the communiqué of the APC National caucus in laughter where they declared there support for a second term in office for President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo. In the said communiqué, the APC declared the non-vacancy of Aso Rock, the seat of power in 2019, insinuating that President Buhari's mandate would be renewed for another four years.

Sometimes I wonder whether the men in power and their associates are living in a different world from the rest of the country. I wonder whether the APC is yet to get the message of Nigerians that they are tired of the pains that the ruling party has been making them go through since assuming power in May 29, 2015. In fact, I will be very direct in this subject.

Where does the APC think they can win in any part of Nigeria? Is it the North Central that the government watch while their people are being killed and made to bury communities due to the menace of marauding terrorists masquerading as Fulani herdsmen that the APC expected to get votes from? Is the President and APC expecting to get votes from the talakawas and the majority people of North West after dashing their hopes of getting unemployment benefit? Do they expect to get votes from the people of Kaduna state and Zaria after the massacre of their shittes brothers by the army?

Do they expect to get the votes of the South West after doing nothing while some herdsmen terrorists kill them in their own ancestral land? Are they expecting the votes of the people of Lagos after the Mile 12 incident or those of the people of Ondo state after the kidnap of Falae? Are they expecting the votes of the good people of Osun state after disgracing them through the governor? Is the APC expecting the votes of the South East after openly marginalising them with the infamous 5% or the South South?

Is the APC expecting the votes of the poor masses despite punishing them with fuel scarcity and high cost of commodities? Are they expecting the votes of the poor middle class that have their wards schooling abroad but unable to pay their fees due to non availability of the dollar? Will they ever forgive the president mocking them that they should withdraw their wards if they can cope?

Will men of patriotic zeal vote the same government that not only justified the nepotistic employment exercise by the CBN but are unwilling to reverse it? Are they expecting the votes of the intellectuals after openly disregarding court verdicts? Who will return Mr President to office in 2019 even from among his family members?

By 2019 the government will understand the verdict of the masses when they send them to permanent retirement and bring them to face justice for their crimes while in power.

Though 2019 is a whole three years away, it is instructive to inform the President and his party that they should not bother campaigning when the time comes because it will amount to waste of time, energy and resources.

Finally, there is vacancy in Aso Rock, her new tenant shall move in on May 29, 2019 along with the Umbrella.

May God Bless Us All and Bless Nigeria
You know 2019 is very far, let me just keep this for record purpose. I hope your support will still be for the umbrella by election day with your moniker being the same, active and all posts not modified.
I really doubt if Buhari will run for second term expect.... let wait till that time.
PoliticsBuhari Says Power Crisis No Laughing Matter, Targets 10,000MW by TGM2015(op): 9:11am On Mar 22, 2016
President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday admitted that the poor power situation in the country was no laughing matter.

He, however, pledged his administration’s readiness to tackle the situation within the remaining three years available to him to be in the saddle.

Specifically, he promised that his government would target 10,000MW generation in three years.

Buhari made the disclosure in a keynote address he delivered at the opening of the National Economic Council’s economic retreat held in the old Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The two-day event has “Nigerian states: Multiple centres of prosperity” as its theme.

Buhari observed that the poor state of power supply in the country had remained a butt of jokes among Nigerians, promising to change the story.

He regretted that although the power sector had been privatised, it had yet to show any improvement in the quality of service.

He said, “Nigerians’ favourite talking point and butt of jokes is the power situation in our country. But ladies and gentlemen, it is no (longer) laughing matter. We must, and by the grace of God, we will put things right.

“In the three years left for this administration, we have given ourselves the target of 10,000MW distributable power. In 2016 alone, we intend to add 2,000MW to the national grid.

“This sector has been privatised but has yet to show any improvement in the quality of service.”

The President listed some of the common public complaints in the power situation to include constant power cuts destroying economic activities and affecting quality of life; high electricity bills despite power cuts; and low supply of gas to power plants due to vandalism by terrorists.

He noted that while the problems defied successive governments, his administration in its determination to change, would put a stop to power shortages.

Buhari said his administration was facing a dilemma in the privatisation programme initiated by the past administration.

This notwithstanding, he said his government would complete the process.

He added, “We are facing the classic dilemma of privatisation: Public interest vs profit motive.

“Having started, we must complete the process. But the National Electricity Regulatory Commission, the regulatory authority, has a vital job to ensure consumers get value for money and overall public interest is safeguarded; government to fast-track completion of pipelines from gas points to power stations and provide more security to protect gas and oil pipelines.

“Power companies should be encouraged to replace obsolete equipment and improve the quality of service and technicians.”

Buhari noted that if urgent steps were not taken, the electoral promise of the All Progressives Congress to build one million housing units in a year would turn out to be a tall order.

To be able to fulfil the promise, the President said the Federal Government must be able to build 250,000 units while the 22 states, being governed by the party, must also build 250,000 units.

He added that foreign investors, together with big construction companies, would then be encouraged to provide the balance.

He stated, “Some estimates put Nigeria’s housing deficit at about 16 milliom units.

“We invite foreign investors together with local, domiciled big construction companies to enter into commercial housing building to pick up the rest.”

Buhari listed the three most frequent public concerns brought to his attention in the housing sector to include severe shortage of housing; high rents and unaffordable prices for prospective buyers, especially middle and low-income earners.

He added that he was aware that red tape, corruption and plain public service inefficiency led to long delays in obtaining ownership of title documents while there were no long-term funding sources for mortgage purposes.

He suggested that the retreat could start by looking at the laws.

The President said relevant laws should be reviewed to make the process of acquiring statutory right of occupancy shorter, less cumbersome and less costly.

He also said court procedures for mortgages cases should make enforcement more efficient while the Ministry of Works and Housing should upgrade its computerisation of title registration system for greater efficiency.

On agriculture, Buhari said both the peasant and the mechanised farmers agreed with the general public that food production and self-sufficiency required urgent government action.

He regretted that for too long, government policies on agriculture had been half-hearted and inconsistent.

He said, “Yet, our real wealth is in farming, livestock, hatcheries, fishery, horticulture and forestry.

“From the information available to me, the issues worrying the public today are rising food prices, such as maize, corn, rice and garri; lack of visible impact of government presence on agriculture; and lack of agricultural inputs at affordable prices.

“Cost of fertilisers, pesticide and labour compound the problems of farming. Extension services are virtually absent in several states.

“Imports of subsidised food products such as rice and poultry discourage the growth of domestic agriculture.

“Wastage of locally-grown foods, notably fruit and vegetables, which go bad due to lack of even moderate scale agro-processing factories and lack of feeder roads.

“These problems I have enumerated are by no means exhaustive and some of the solutions I am putting forward are not necessarily the final word on our agricultural reform objectives.”

Buhari said the Ministry of Agriculture, in collaboration with the states, should convene early meetings of stakeholders and identify issues with a view to addressing them as well as inform the public in all print and electronic media on government efforts to increase local food production to dampen escalating food prices.

He added that banks should be leaned upon to substantially increase their lending to the agricultural sector while the Central Bank of Nigeria should bear part of the risk of such loans as a matter of national policy.

He added, “When I was a schoolboy in the 1950’s, the country produced one million tons of groundnuts in two successive years. The country’s main foreign exchange earners were groundnut, cotton, cocoa, palm kernel, rubber and all agro/forest resources.

“Regional Banks and Development Corporations in all the three regions were financed from farm surpluses.

“In other words, our capital formation rode on the backs of our farmers. Why was farming so successful 60 years ago? The answers are simple: access to small scale credits, inputs (fertilisers, herbicides etc) and extension services.

“Now we have better tools, better agricultural science and technology, and greater ability to process. With determination, we can succeed.”

Meanwhile, journalists were shut out of the retreat which Buhari said was designed to generate immediate, medium and long-term viable policy solutions to the economic challenges facing both the federal and state governments.

Immediately the President ended his keynote address, journalists were asked to leave the venue.

They were told that the sessions of the retreat would be held behind closed doors.

Also, the two main gladiators in the weekend’s bloody Rivers State reruns, Governor Nyesom Wike and the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, were absent at the retreat.

Ministers, who attended included Solid Minerals; Finance; Budget and National Planning; Agriculture; State for Petroleum Resources as well as the Federal Capital Territory.

Wike was represented by his deputy.

Governors, who attended or were represented, included those of Delta, Edo, Ekiti, Anambra, Osun, Kano, Kaduna, Gombe, Benue, Kebbi, Oyo, Bauchi, Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Yobe, Enugu, Imo and Zamfara states, among others.

The above was PDP and Jonathan led administration position on Sanusi, who was illegally forced out of CBN, as the Senate under the Leadership of David Mark ignored the illegal acts of the Executive and proceed to confirm a replacement without investigation of an answered memo of two years back that was renewed and put to public domain as fresh allegations.
I am amazed with how fool our youths and students are, who can not logically comprehend happenings around them and make independent unbias research and opinion of the political history of this country. Imagine PDP and their supporters panting INEC black for inconclusive and violent election. When they have the Nigeria Army/force, Treasury and INEC under them, election were peaceful and in their favour but immediately Buhari was declared winner we start witnessing the PDP of 1999, 2003 and 2007 where elections are marred with ballot boxes snatching, mass thumb printing, killings, etc. Why will APC led government engaged in violence when they can make the Nigeria Army/force, INEC and NYSC their errand boy and influence the courts....

Checking the political history of Fayose and Wike from 2007 elections will give a clearer view of who they are; most especially Wike as a LGA Chairman.

“Talking about infrastructure, there is no federal presence in Igbo land. There are no good roads there and there are no viable industry owned or facilitated to the zone by the federal government that can cater for the employment of the teeming youths.”

He therefore urged the federal government, to as a matter of urgency, put necessary machinery in motion to repair all major roads in the zone, and start construction of the second Niger Bridge, in order to create enabling environment for the establishment of industries.
These are the two most important paragraph I love.

When the SW join forces and throw their weight against the past administration, they are called slaves of the North. Are Igbo not slaves of themselves? Till tomorrow, they still rally support and determined to fight anyone including their own who dare say the last administration was incompetent and did nothing. Now they are acknowledging it even their so call hero acknowledged same in Rivers campaign. The major linking road, Sagamu - Benin expressway was not done by FG, only that the FG reimbursed Ondo and Benin the cost of rehabilitation towards campaign time, the Ogun State portion still remains same because the Governor due to political bitterness vow not to rehabilitate any Federal roads in the state.

The Igbo in past six years has all it takes to develop their region, Secretary General, President, Finance Minister, NDDC with Governors of same political aims but yet unit together with all regions to loot the oil money for their political and personal agenda yet till tomorrow this political party is been celebrated by them.

On the second paragraph, that is a joke of the century. How will you be happy and celebrating the downfall of a man and his party to the extent of making it public and still publicly be demanding and mandating same man and political party to rehabilitate and develop you. This I see as the most foolish things to ask, apology to rational and right thinking Ndigbos and Ohaneze.

Is "high" time the Ndigbos come together and tell ourselves the honest truth, define what we want, how we want it and means of achieving it together without selfish interest.

Hello TGM2015

Both results are not impressive. Especially the woman's.

The man's SFA reports low motility and morphology. On the brightside, he's already toeing the right path. His case might be remedied by addyzoa.

I would like to know what day the woman had her HP done. That result is unimpressive for both phases of the menstrual cycle, coupled with clomid support.

Fibroid removal surgery does not confer life long coverage against fibroid. It only mitigates the discomfort and complications associated with fibroids.

Sadly, the surgery affects fertility. Plus her age also gives an uncertain prognosis.

What can be done? She can start over. Lets query treatment failure. She should do a day 3 HP, off her any meds, show it to her doctor and they can start from there.
Thank you, I will get in touch with her and give feedback.

The most cause of divorce and unhappy marriage in the world statistics is compatibility issues. Sex and money does not guarantee happy marriage though it can keep it going but will never MAKE A MARRIAGE A HAPPY ONE .

Compatibility is state of understanding each other and able to manage each other weakness and strengths. When couples understands each, they tends to make a cautious efforts to help each other improve or cover-up their weakness including sex and financial issues.

PTF is one of the greatest thing that happens to Nigeria. On education, many building and classrooms use today in most public schools are PTF initiative. On educational and instructional materials/tools, it makes a great impact at least in the community I grew up in. PTF force the public secondary school in the community to build a library, intro tech laboratory and upgrade the Physics and Chemistry lab as the store cannot contain them again. I remember that PTF subsided textbook flood many bookshop mostly recommended textbooks.

I want inform those of us who think the budget is just a size of a pamphlet to understand that, the budget is a voluminous document of over 2000 pages and that is why it's tasks are assigned to a whole ministry .Hence, contrary to what many of us think that the president should have studied the budget himself and should know all its details. This is not the case because it is not his job, and his tight schedule would not allow, even if he wants to. The only thing he could do is to see the summary of the budget attached behind the budget, which is expected to equate to all what is in the main document.
I just explain this to someone this morning. One thing I like Buhari for is that he took responsibility according to the Presidency press statement (not that of FG ministry of budget). Also presidency allow the budget details to be made public for scrutiny if not we will not we will not have any knowledge of budget details except the detail summaries. If not for Mama Patience will we not know how much was budgeted for Jonathan feeding. Also will need to give kudos to the NASS for do their job to some extent this time around and the social medias for blowing the trumpet.

Another thing I'm happy about was the Presidency promise to investigate and bring to book the perpetrators - I hope this promise is fulfilled. Above all, Nigerians should note that PDP is still in full charge of the administration and management of Nigeria ranging from NASS to Ministries/parastatals to Civil servants. We should recalled that most high ranked senior civil servants and permanent secretaries are installed by PDP government.

No one would cry fowl now, Satan reportcard will not investigate the judge, but if the Supreme Court annuls this judgement that is when propaganda investigation and stories will begin.
If you know how Nyako was impeached you will agreed with the judge that his right to fair hearing was breach and moreover the panel do not do any investigation before making their recommendations. If I can remember vividly, the panel sat one day and declare Nyako guilty of all allegation next day/sitting, I think the time is not up to five days. Though Nyako may be guilty, its suppose to be done appropriately and legally.

And mind you the so called propaganda investigation and stories you are referring to have genuine underlying logical reasons and iota of truth in them. I remember that Wike publicly assures his supporters few days he filed an appeal to supreme court that he is confident that the Supreme Court judgement will favour him and if not is supporters should be calm. The major critics of supreme court judgement was how the supreme court invalid the use of card readers result which was the major and substantial evidence on which the lower courts based their judgement, stating that card reader result as contain in the 2015 INEC guideline cannot replace the voters' register as recognized by Nigeria 1999 constitution as amended.

The supreme court judgement is about voting against or in favour of argument before them and the highest votes becomes the final decision and judgement (I believe this is correct as far as I know). I think there are seven people in the panel, it will of good interest to get the details of the connection of these people with PDP especially that of Akwa Ibom and Rivers. Mind you SR that reported this news is also busy exposing Buhari budget being full of fraudulent items.

When I was much younger, precisely 6years, I had this quickie with a neighbour. He was around that Age too, we just did for the fun of it, I don't realy know what led to it, I just saw that this boy and I had some kisses and sex, twice.
I grew older and I blamed myself for doing that trash then, there hasnt been much exposure as it is these days, I had been a bad girl for doing the 'mummy and daddy's game'.
This year, I will be 24 years. I have never had any sexual intercourse after the one I had 18 years ago though I have had some boyfriends But sex was out of it.
To the Best of my knowledge then, there was nothing like pain or blood. Now, I wonder, wasnt the hymen torn then? How come girls even below 6 years (who were taken advantage of) now have blood stains and experience pains?
This hymen, do they vary in flexibility?
I wonder if I have been deflowered back then?
Now I experience mighty pains if anything comes around the V area, as tiny as a finger.
I am just curious..

Please guys, where can one get that Notory Public/Commissioner for Oaths donehuh
Don't worry much about that, is either you will get somebody to do it for you that day with a fee or will submit it later. If you have to submit it later, you will definitely find someone who has done it and get it contact.

Note, you always have opportunity to submit pending documents at later date but before end of TS else you wouldn't be paid your Training stipend and posted to any branch.

Congratulations.

I think the NLC should join hands with the govt to identify and shut down those greedy filling stations selling above approved price. The number of staff that the regulatory agencies have, are not adequate to effectively enforced it in all filling stations in Nigeria most especially those in rural areas and unpopular streets.

I don't know what's happening or if it is just me. I have not gotten any message from Union Bank, whether success or regret. I just want to know where I stand.

Am I the only one here who has not gotten a feedback after the assessment center?

I've been calling them everyweek, they keep posting me to the next week.

I don't understand what's happening.
Sometimes, some people are put on waiting list. You might have been successful then, if you are sure you haven't received any mail after the interview having check your spam/junk folder and Inbox.

Keep hope alive.

Really appreciate your valiant efforts in explaining the lenghthy process of this documentation stage. Your advice really has been eye-opening, invaluable and critical. God bless you sir. Thanx for replying my pms and for the sake of we, the prospective trainees, I'll ask the same questions again hoping you'll shed more light or any other former trainee provide infos for us.
1. Is the FSLC compulsorily required? I don't have it and I'd imagine most of us don't as well
2. Can we use the NIMC slip in lieu of the plastic Identity card? We've not been given the plastic despite constant visitation to their office and that's my only reasonable source of identity for now.

I'd appreciate responses and if any of us have any burgeoning question as regards this process, please do not hesitate to ask.

Let's keep hope (and the thread) alive!
1. FSLC is compulsory. But I don't if it is mandatory requirements as many staff has such issues, only that I don't know how it was resolved. There will be a way around as the issue is not new to people in charge.
2. NIMC slip can be liken to temporary voters' card, it should be acceptable as most Nigerians are yet to be issued plastic ID.

much thanks sir. My concern is the birth certificate. My was issued to me by the hospital ( fed. Government) where I was born not National population commission. Will it be accepted?
Sure it should be accepted as long as the date issue is not recent even birth certificate issue by local government is also accepted only Affidavit is not generally acceptable is many company believe that some people use it in bad faith to reduce their age.

For documentation purposes, please let all information you presented be correct e.g your age, degree class, etc. Please any information you know might implicate you and was not asked for, kindly withhold it, like your previous employment details, for your category (entry level) it is not compulsory.
You have the last opportunity to give right and correct information/details as requested.

For your training school, there is no cause for alarm, your will do both classroom training and online trainings, please respect the young man even the cleaners at the training school, I mean be accommodating to all because some senior staff may also be scheduled for training within your training period. Remember to postrate for a short man dies not make him taller than you. You will also this in any unit you are posted to, don't underate anyone even contract staff.

For classroom trainings, you just need to be attentive as no vendor wish that you fail, you will write test after each session of trainings (Let me say daily) and you must pass above 70%. I think the online training is 80% pass mark, good thing about the new online training is that is accessible using smartphones. Takes important notes during the lessons for all trainings, it will help you in future most especially the online test.

The training period will be VERY stressful but it worth the stress as it prepared you for your job most especially those that will be posted to head office.
Remember if you are focused, you can't fail training school, MANAGERS DONT FAIL.

Sorry for not replying all those who PM me, I don't regularly use the email, please consider this post as reply as I hope it might answer any possible questions you might have.
Congratulations again to all who had done thier medicals, the TS might be up to seven weeks and may start latest mid February if not January. Before you will proceed to TS you probably will be invited to Documentation process where you will be expected to submit some documents, most important of it are
1. Guarantor with an international passport that will expired in next two years.
2. Three references who must be clergymen, senior civil servants or businessmen, you will need to get their business card and passport photographs.
3. signed a two years bond on N2m or thereabouts with rotary seal. Sometimes you can get someone at the documentation venue.
4. Corporate photographs, which maybe up to 12 copies for your documentation and official ID card, etc

The good news is that, you don't necessarily need to have all this complete before TS but you must provide ALL before the completion of your TS.
IT IS BEST TO COMPLETE YOUR DOCUMENTATION BEFORE TS.

You will also be lucky to get first hand information on the Bank and how it operates as some converted contract staff will join the training school.

Check the below picture for the last set for guide and there may not be much difference, the pays lip is not mandatory even the letter for you guys.

Season greetings and best of luck.

baralatie:
You mean the borrowed is #1.84trillion less than the #2.2trillion deficient?
TonyeBarcanista:
The budget for capital project is N1.8 trillion. Proposed borrowing is N1.84 trillion.
N1.84 trn was quoted to be capital expenditures as widely reported, I will not dispute that. But I knew the last time I scanned through the pdf format of the presented budget I saw two columns with capital related heading, the sum of which is more than 3 trn.
I just check my one drive space now found out that I am yet to upload it there, I will possibly make a second check on it and confirm my assertion, if otherwise I will confirm by Tuesday and if not will attached it pdf.
I just pray my downloading folder is not yet cleared as the PC has the company IT policy applied on the it.

TonyeBarcanista:
Now you are asking the right question. If you really check, we spend so much on recurrent expenditure, inflated budgets by government ministries and agencies, multiple award of contracts and direct embezzling. Of the recurrent expenditure, the bulk of them goes to political officeholders, DGs and CEOs of government parastatals as well as benefits accrued to former leaders and their family. If we can cut the benefits of political officeholders by 60%, curb the menace of fraud and contract inflation as well as going after yams eaters, Nigeria will have lots of monies freed up for capital project. We could borrow say 500 billion or less to suplement whatever we have. Invest in capital project and forget about social benefit for now ever . Also removing subdidy(its a must) will help free hundreds of billions for projects. I don't think accruing more burden will be of long term good. Think
The only problem I had with the 2016 budget was with the bolded, Nigeria as at now don't need to spend her scare resources on welfarism of whatever form. APC and Presidency should understand that most of those who voted for Buhari voted not because they are promised N5,000 but that they will get Nigeria out of her impunity and high level corruption. Paying N5,000 even N500,000 to every Nigerian will not guarantee their reelection if insecurity, unemployment and power issues and most recently fuel scarcity are not addressed. Good road network, heath centers, sound education administration that will curb the high exam malpractice level in our educational institutions so that our students graduate as an educated literate with sound independent mind of reasoning.
Above all, I don't see, for now, economically, anything wrong with the borrowing as the total money to be borrowed is less than the budget amount for capital expenditures.

We await 2017 when we fairly judge this administration on his budget of change, until then I keep observing.

Please if anyone has any means to contact Ibe our Minister of petroleum, Kindly inform him that investing in establishing more NNPC mega stations across the country can help to some extent curb the excesses of these greedy oil marketer and filling station managers who as at today still sell at 120 and above. Thank God our refineries are reported to now be working.
