RomanceRe: Please Advice, What Do I Do- Because I Love Her. by TheSeeker(m): 7:03pm On Oct 25, 2009
In the first instance you chose to go into the relationship without properly understanding what's going on between them both. This is not tricky, it's very direct, all you have to do is knowing what you want and how to go about it. You can't tell her to tell the guy off because she's got no choice - I won't say you've got no money to give her for her rent because that's not your responsibility yet unless, of course, you want to engage yourself in her problems (which is quite normal considering her status: orphan).

On the ex-boyfriend's part, I think he's just getting services for the rent he's paid otherwise I don't see why he should spend the night there even after you've met him in person and he knows you're the current boyfriend; I think it's very low of him to descend to that point of spending the night with her because he ought to know how exactly he's going to feel, but you have to understand that no matter how stale or extinct a relationship may have gone, in such instances, they still got flames for each other but are victims of tribal circumstances and that in no way can never oust the feelings and love they have for each other -- you didn't exactly put this into consideration. There is a difference between breaking up by consent and breaking up circumstantially.

As for the girl, I don't know what exactly to say of her but in my opinion, she doesn't respect you in the least. Saying there's nothing going on between them is pure lie and a blatant one at that. Putting up such bogus lies in your face is playing up on your intelligence and maybe possibly, manhood. There's no way she can prove there's nothing going on between them all through the night and gosh!! did you expect her to tell you they were having hot sex? Come on!!! Think!!!!  In my opinion, I think you're in this relationship because you pity on her condition not because you necessarily love her and that is a big problem for you if you don't curtail, shuffle and differentiate your feelings and know what's right to do.

Why does the guy come there to spend the night? Because he paid the rent or because he doesn't have a place to sleep?
If she was in another apartment you paid for, will the guy still have access to sleep there? If no, why?

If you put together responses to this questions together, you'll figure two things out: Disrespect and Infidelity!  If she has to answer this question honestly, ask her: If her ex's parents are to allow their son to marry her and get on with their lives, will she accept him back? The answer I see here is yes and if she's honest enough, she'll tell you.

RomanceRe: Foolish Things Black Men Do To Date White Women by TheSeeker(m): 6:38pm On Oct 25, 2009
I don't see anything compelling about white women that will trigger off a black man to go the extra mile just to date them. A woman is a woman, most times, irrespective of their races or creed. If a black man, thus far, has gone down really well with some of these white women in a relationship then such man will wish never to come across dating them in their wildest dreams.

You don't think so? If some men recount what they have gone through in the hands and life of some women, your jaws will remain open for eternity. I'm not taking them back, it is what it is.
RomanceRe: What Exactly Is A Woman's Worth? by TheSeeker(m): 5:31pm On Oct 25, 2009
Some are worth pain, agony, regret, misfortune; when some are worth so much happiness, success, fortune, blessing - name it. No matter what you say some women will forever remain nasty and some will remain blissful as they've been wired to be.

Steeze, haven't you learn there's a difference between hospitality and hospitable? There's also a difference between fullish and foolish. Take that into cognizance and put it behind your mind that silence, they say, is golden and on the harsh side, is the best answer to a fool! However, response is for the fullish, silence is for the foolish. Take note!
Hahaha. . . . I can't do that sweety . . . you don't know who's reading . . .
However, I have to say, most women that I've heard of who do this kind of thing are very tactful in their approach and there is a higher chance she has feelings for both the men she is playing along, hence making it easier not to display some 'differences' in her normal behaviour, therefore not allowing room for suspicion of 'foul play' to arise . . .
This is very frightening.
None of this is any good. You clearly did not love your first husband. He got the worst. I think you 'protected' him for your own reasons not his. Thats just rubbish about women being nice. Lies aren't nice. Your husband should have had a chance to get out if he wanted, it made him look stupid. Affairs are never good and reflect badly on the the people that carry them out. I was reading a sad web page about men and women that had been cheated on. My advice was never to forgive and always to leave the relationship. In effect the cheater has ended it by their actions and are just keeping it secret for their own selfish reasons, eg finances etc, never love. A relationship should always end after an affair. If someone is thinking of having one then they should always end it with their current partner before they start it, it means the relationship is wrong. You are actively damaging your partner otherwise, hurting someone that may love you. Even if they don't you are lowering yourself by lying and cheating. Which is what any affair is. On this sad web site men were saying how they had been cheated on and were trying to forgive. I got angry and said to wake up and not be idiots. There are plenty of fish in the sea and a lot of women who are faithful and will try to please. Don't chase let them chase you and try harder themselves. Don't let your self esteem be dragged through the mud. Cheaters are damaged and will cheat even if with Brad Pitt. Remember it's them not you. See that and go.
RomanceMen Cheat Than Women? You Need To Seriously Think Again! by TheSeeker(op): 1:58pm On Oct 25, 2009
Excerpt:
The august actress Dame Eileen Atkins, in an interview this week, put it bluntly: 'Women are more successful at infidelity than men - they're better liars.'
None of this, of course, comes as a surprise to me. After all, I successfully hid an affair of my own for almost 20 years.
Today, it is common knowledge - I'll explain later why I decided to break my long vow of silence - that, during my Parliamentary career, I enjoyed a passionate four-year liaison with John Major, who later went on to become Conservative Prime Minister.
John was then a whip in Margaret Thatcher's government - a man perceived publicly as dependable, if not rather staid - and apparently happily married to his wife Norma.
I was a forthright back-bench MP, a mum of two young daughters and wife to my first husband, Ray.
Yet between the years of 1984 and 1988, John and I would meet regularly for fulfilling, fiery - yet utterly discreet - sex.
No one knew of the liaison. We evaded the sharp-eyed attention of the Westminster village gossips.

No one has nailed the point yet. Nigeria has an undertone to all their intentions. Who doesn't know this is a trick to get money from corporate bodies and embezzle it? At the end of the day you'll hear controversies streaming all over everywhere about prizes owed to the contestants. What ever happened to public awareness programs? What ever happened to providing of free drugs for the sustenance of these victims?

FamilyRe: Who Knows Better, the Mother Or The Wife by TheSeeker(m): 10:51am On Oct 25, 2009
Depending on the situation. I think a mother knows more about her son for the most time he's spent with her, but there are other differences a man shows to the wife. If you mean how a man reacts to certain issues, I think his wife got to know more about that than his mom because they live together and must have noticed a lot of other things that the mom doesn't know.

A mom only knows what food he likes, how he acts, what he likes to wear and other routines which any girl can know in a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship but the deepest part to a man? I think his wife ought to know better than the mom.
FamilyRe: Andy Needs Advice by TheSeeker(m): 10:43am On Oct 25, 2009
I don't want to be an advocate of failure but in situations like this there are other things to put into consideration. The problem I think you have is that you're a perfectionist. I once had problems like that and until those things were the way I wanted them to be, I was always restless. There's no harm in wanting to be perfect in everything you do or at least close to it, but when you're obsessed with it nothing else you do will ever seem right.

Another thing you need to note is you SHOULD NEVER try to satisfy people. No matter what you do, not everyone will be satisfied with what you do. You see in cases where someone's done one thing right and very exclusively scintillating, someone runs along to criticize it -- that's the way life works and you've got to accept it that way and move on with it.

Furthermore, your outlook on what life is about matters a lot in your day in and day out living. For instance, you've got to believe there's a brighter tomorrow if today fails to bring the required results; there's always a chance to do better and if you believe that, failure won't bother you. Lots of people have failed many times but the strength you are composed of has to be manifested by the magnitude of your rise from failure; I have to say though that there's always an encouragement from every failure and crushing disappointment but most times with the way human psyche works, we've always want success at everything and when we don't get it, we lose hope.

Your case can be handled simply. If you have the chance to correct the wrong, go ahead and do it and pay more attention to areas you have failed earlier, but if you can't fix it, find another avenue to win and be a champion. Life isn't about winning all the time, it's about knowing the tactics to win. Do you know not everyone that wins a game knows how to play it? That's the way it is.
