Rwshd:Congrats on the sale! It's a good name that I could register myself if I found it - two, decent words. You probably benefitted from budosky's "grace" on that one. That bro can sell domain names for high prices sha. ![]() |
avalon7:Yeah, which banks and what was the excuse? I don't think they can simply say you can't make a withdrawal. My only bad experience is that they would want to pay you in lower denominations. |
First sale of the month Name: Weatherford//Roofers (king) SP: $125 (Columbus Day) Type: Outbound HT: About seven months Venue: DAN Almost left another 26 bucks on the table with this one. Got a $99 offer after reaching out to announce the discount and I accepted. The lead didn't pay. Thank God that DAN at least allows listings to be marked as for sale or sold. I always tweaked that after accepting offers since I learnt about the feature here about two years or so ago. Otherwise, the eventual buyer would have been told the domain had been sold when it wasn't. Glory to God! ![]() |
Alexxien:Most, if not all, of those words are also nouns! |
ikhalyfah:Congrats, bro. Been a while. Website design? I have yet to make a single sale in that niche. ![]() |
Harllaby:Massive congrats! I tap. ![]() |
Na wa for this country o. Pesin go hustle open domiciliary account only for banks to want to honour withdrawals with just $10 or $20 notes. Mallams sef go wan pay you a significantly lower price for these notes. ![]() Please who knows the typical price margin between $100 and $20 notes? I'd like to know if I am being taken advantage of. |
dizney07:Thank you, boss! Your response was just what I needed, especially with the No. 2 angle. I was also considering the Sagamu office! Please, how much did you end up paying for your renewal and was it DIY or official? |
Please I wish to have someone guide me on the passport renewal process. My old passport expired last year without a single use. Now, I need to renew it. A few questions:1. I got the old passport via the "express" method because I urgently needed the document to unblock an account and I was "threatened" at the office that it could take six months if I wanted to follow the official/DIY process. Will it be possible to request for renewal via the DIY way this time despite using the express method when I first applied? 2. Must a renewal be done at the same office where the passport was originally obtained? 3. How much does renewal cost now, both official and express? Thank you! |
I wonder what with all the complaints about Nairaland not innovating. This is a forum, not a strictly social media site. It does its work for me. My major displeasure is the bot Seun has set in place. It bans for replying or just even liking a post! |
One shouldn't care about all that. But that's a problem with social media - we desire the applause. But know that people won't relate much with you, unless they see signs of what they could get from you (especially financially). Try to not think too much about it. |
Em222:I am a guy. I only wanted to ask if you found one out of curiosity. ![]() |
Babalakin:Yes, sir. |
Sale report! Name: Mode//Design//Schule (in king) BIN: €750 SP: €500 Venue: DAN Type: Outbound HT: About two months? Glory and thanks to God for this sale!!! I am grateful. Sold on Wednesday but was at the time still serving a ban imposed on me by Seun's bot since Sunday for trying to respond to schullten. If it's not working, keep studying and putting your learning into practice while praying to God for his favour. Good luck and more sales for everyone in Jesus's name. PS: If it makes any difference, this sold the next day after outbound. I got a price enquiry while still sending the emails. Later, I got an offer of the sale price and I countered until the following day while the buyer kept declining. ![]() |
Omo, this SAV guys are rather stealthy o. I can't remember getting a single email from them in advance of the recent price hikes from the registries, unlike other registrars. Their new reg price first increased to 7.95 and now 8.88. Yes, they still offer one of the best prices. But one needs to be careful with these folks. My two cents. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:You are not alone on this table. But one needs to have significant amount set aside for future renewals. Brandable/non-Geo sales don't come that often for many - I have read from someone who didn't sell anything in four years! |
Gpexchange:Congrats, bro. Wow, this is massive! ![]() As you wrote, I may not register this myself except something stirs within me, maybe based on what I see. God is indeed wonderful! Shey I even get any domain name priced this high sha? Yet, portfolio is in hundreds. |
HIScraziness: I actually responded him that I didn't understand the connection, succinctly. He would later respond with "Extortionists." ![]() |
Some of these end-users sha. When did "buy domain name" become terrorism? By the way, I use my English first name for outbound. Whatever they were thinking, though. ![]()

vengertime:Regarding the bold, I don't understand how that is possible. If true, it means all these agencies in charge of identity information in the country are grossly inept! Does it mean they don't even verify if the information in databases matches what's being presented? For example, I know that a person fills out their details and have their image taken, in addition to presenting NIN, for their SIM card to be activated. So how could agents manage to register and activate SIM cards for others using another person's NIN? Things just don't work as they ought in this country. And I dare say agencies such as NIMC are complicit in all of this. |
Una go just dey put unnecessary fear for people's mind. Won't the people/organisations that usually request for the NIN check if the image and information on an ID card or slip match those on the central server and also apply to the person presenting them? Abeg, try explain the kind fraud wey dem fit do without access to your phone again. ![]() |
damienwayne: Niom:Please did you eventually managed to get the premium slip after the initial failure? Thanks in anticipation. |
Sale report! Name: Santa//Barbara//Bookkeeping PP: $499 (BIN) HT: Exactly 3 months Type: Outbound This is the type of sale that one wishes to have every time! The domain name sold hours after outbound. Sold first day of the month. Glory and thanks to God! |
Ludakay:It's the BIN. I have dozens of Meta/NFT/crypto xyz domains priced in the 200-299 range, I think. |
Sold Meta/Anchor (xyz) for $200 yesterday HT: 8+ months CP: $0.99 (those times!) ![]() SV: DAN Type: Inbound Glory to God for this sale in this Buhari economy. Chop money don land! ![]() |
YoobaNesan:Confirmed one. ![]() |
oprah007:Congratulations! I remember this man very well! Your sales (including the amounts) used to amaze me and still do.You have really achieved something significant. I pray make me sef achieve something like this and more from this biz in Jesus's name. ![]() |
Spiritualizt:Good luck, bro! I had lost interest in this keyword before the sale finally came unexpectedly. I am still not sure if I would register such a domain again, except for a special reason. |
symbuul:Those who know, know. Thanks for sharing and congrats on your sale! Make I go check renewal price first because na that dey mostly determine whether I take this sort of offer. ![]() |
