dayo2hot:Congratulations on the sale, bro! But that GD appraisal doesn't count for much. I have had domains appraised higher not sold for even 100 bucks. This is a miraculous sale IMHO. ![]() |
mobilemykel:So Forex trading is so easy to master for consistent, sustainable trading after learning for just three months? Tell me how, please! |
This move may help launder their reputation to some extent. Frauds use these online banks a lot, going by my observation. |
I think there are at least about three spammers on this thread, even on this very page. Can moderators do something about them? CC: mukina2 CrazyMan 1forall |
Tboy2050:Sorry, I have no clue. But please do keep me posted if you do find any. UPDATE: You may check this thread for ideas, in case you haven't seen it: https://www.nairaland.com/7765161/what-should-learn-space-2 |
Mirasteel:Thanks for your response. But that's the problem and what the "story" I wrote in the second paragraph was about: I am not allowed to message people whose numbers I do not have saved on my contact list. Those people have to message me first. It seemed I was ban and I have contacted Telegram support repeatedly on it but no response. I decided not to bother again since I rarely send messages anyway. |
MrEja:Just seeing your post. I wasn't using Spaceship previously, so I can't say much about it. I registered an account two days ago to take advantage of a couple of coupons. But, they claimed I was using a VPN or proxy (which wasn't true) - my Nigerian IP address was showing. I couldn't use the coupons and support refused to budge, so I aborted the mission. |
KOLLEE:You're right. I later went on to research more about the two. Found out Spaceship was recently launched by Name//Che.a.p, so it has more credence sorta. One just seemed like a name I had been seeing around for a longer time. |
Zxcvbnmghtr:E be like say you get experience. ![]() |
Do you have a channel? Or may I have the number you use for your Telegram account? For like over a year now, I cannot message people not on my contact list. I don't flout rules and I have asked Telegram support to look into the ban repeatedly without any response. I don't know if this happened before or after I switched to a new phone number. ![]() |
Zxcvbnmghtr:I believe this is why some landlords would want to know where a person works before they can grant them tenancy. That doesn't guarantee anything! As a landlord, just pray God gives you conscientious and honest tenants instead of just focusing on where they work. |
KOLLEE:But One sounds to me like a more reliable registrar, though. I may be wrong sha. I'm actually tempted by the 5.99 offer. However, unlike, I would transfer out if I do go ahead with it. |
Fourth-Quarter Sales (first to last) Name: Florida//Bail//Bondsmen (in king) Source: ED SP: $399 Type: Re-Outbound Venue: Afternic HT: 11 months (one renewal) Name: STL//Dumpster//Rental (in king) Source: ED SP: $495 (BIN) Type: Inbound Venue: DAN (Reseller Network) HT: ~53 days Name: Play//Bettr (in king) Source: Formed/Generated SP: $688 (BIN) Type: Inbound Venue: Afternic HT: 22+ months And the story... ![]() I did outbound marketing again for the Florida name about five months after I made the last attempt. I had hiked the DAN price to 495 after no show the previous time. But I forgot that I listed it separately on Afternic at the old price - I had been listing only on DAN and syncing with Afternic for some months. Still happy with the sale! ![]() I think the STL name was my first Geo that got sold before doing any outreach and within the first 60 days. That name was actually a punt of sort because I had no luck with previous St. Louis names (like 3 or 4), although this was the first in abbreviated form. The two names above sold around the first week of October. The third sale didn't come until when I was preparing to leave for a New Year's Eve church programme. 🙂 The third name had been listed on SH for almost two years. I had listed hundreds of names there without a sale since joining in 2020, with many now expired. However, I had only one Premium listing there until around November/December when more were accepted bringing the total to 37. This sale came weeks after I decided to switch the nameservers of the remaining Standard listings to DAN and reduce prices. More successes for us all in Jesus name. Glory to God! If to say money dey ehn, I for like be like dem beckplanet. Doing no outbound or very little. |
online4business:. I appreciate your time and response. On the bold, does it mean you pay at least $129.95 monthly to use SEMRush? |
online4business:Hello. Care to share how you took the blog to earning within five months, please? |

Nice one right there, Seun! But I bet those who wouldn't be impressed won't. I'm just seeing this thread today by the way. I knew the forum has grown too big for the existing moderators to moderate. I stated this in an almost heated argument I had in a WhatsApp group about a couple of weeks ago when some people were accusing you along the line you stated. In my mind, I think mostly younger people and shallow-thinking older folks would accuse you as being complicit in the tribalism. The evidence is right there for anyone who cares to see them. However, I would ask you to consider looking into the working of the moderating bot. It has banned me several times for posts that weren't against any rules. The post for which a ban was issued would be indicated but no reason provided. |
MichaelSokoto:"Sure" by whose definition? ![]() |

What's special or terrible about marrying at 35? Those of us older than that should do what, sir? I don't pray you have to wait until then, though. ![]() Don't give up yet, if you have passion for what you do. It will eventually pay off in that case. Just keep seeing or learning what you can do to try and improve your opportunities. You wrote that you're into marketing previously. Why not consider continuing to do that, at least on a part-time basis, for some earnings to take care of your expenses in the meantime. If that's not digital marketing, you may also explore that. |
epainos:So, in summary, were you saying that everyone has the capacity to learn money-making tech skills? That's what I think the person you quoted had in mind, not simply the ability to use tech devices. |
They still had the gut to send this! It's probably automated, I guess. ![]()

You fellows are just joking. ^^ |

I just wanted to warn anyone who might stumble on RillaHost and wants to sign up for a hosting package with them. They are unresponsive, stay away!!! I discovered about two weeks ago that a personal site I hosted with them was down. I emailed them to find out why. However, I have yet to receive a response until now. I later found out on X that some people had complained about something similar around September or October. They never responded to those people. At that point, I figured maybe my site had even been down for months because I rarely check or post on it. Worse, I haven't been downloading backups this year, unlike me. This is the worst hosting company I have come across. With this experience, I am now scared to try another Nigerian or obscure hosting company again! PS: I'm issuing this warning because their website was still up. Would have done so days ago but the forum was down. |
Congrats to tayorh, James39, and all other recent sellers. More sales for us all in Jesus name. Just thought I should mention that we should be checking not only the spam scores of expired domains but also those of the generated ones (the so-called "hang reg"). Many of these were also registered in the past before being dropped. I think I only started doing this late last year or this year. After I noticed a very high spam score for a "potential" brandable that I generated recently, I decided to check the spam scores of practically all the domains in my portfolio that I hadn't checked in the past. Found that a few had somewhat high spam scores, including some that I have owned for 2-3 years. |
duduade:Sorry, was the government the only group you saw as the problem from the write-up up there? |
Keep hope alive, sis. I really understand how you feel. There are many other people in the same shoes in this country. I heard a man lamenting on radio this morning that even PhD graduates were finding it hard to get jobs. Sometimes, graduating from a higher institution can appear like a "setup." Many graduates find it hard to go back and start learning trades that they didn't opt for originally and that don't require higher education. However, please reconsider the idea of not wanting to marry a non-graduate. Being a graduate does not mean a person is wise or right-thinking, as the general elections of this year showed. |
don22:Okay, thanks. |
iykepromotions:Thanks, boss. |
don22:Hello. Did you really include "offer" and "$100" in the subject line of the exact email that resulted in that sale? |
iykepromotions:Congrats on the sale, boss! A couple of questions, please: 1. It appears that you previously reduced the price to 100 bucks before hiking it and then doing those follow-ups. If yes, how long did that discount last? 2. How long after that discount did you do the follow-up that resulted in this sale? Thanks in anticipation! |
