Understanding yourself and what works for you. My first yeasr in school i ended it with a 3rd class CGPA. to make the 2.1 i have today i made FIRST CLASS GPAs from 2nd to final year. How did i do it? I understood myself, i hate figuring things out or asking people to explain to me, so i made sure i attended all lectures, ALL and listened attentively, once it sticks to my head in the lecture room i never forgot agian, so i dint even need to read so hard, just revisions, then i also taught a couple of my classmate (tutorial) that just deepens ur knowledge. Wateva. i was entertained which was my objective, the promoters promoted their brand hich as their objective, the contestants got fame and adventure which as their objective, Frank, Linda and Michael walked away with some form of cash money which as their objective. I can only speak for myself. am a Nigerian graduate and really a graduate. i was plunged into the deep end of the labor market immediately after school (dint waste a day looking for job and no i dont work in my father's company or any relative's company) to sink or swim. And i have been swimming for 2 years now without drowning.

Advice to stufents reading this. face your studies dilligently. once you are brilliant you will be discovered. A gold fish has no hiding place for real. the bible also says show me a man dilligent in his ways and he will stand before kings and not mere men.

Constantly challenge yourself and be the best you can be at every given time

i love the show, much as i really loved Biola and really thought she was brilliant, and i hated to see her go, the show is not all about intellect, its bout strenght and ability to endure, maybe (who knows) she would have done better at the apprentice africa or the intern,

I hated to see JJ go yesterday because it wasnt due to his fault but then it bring dynamism and unpredictability to the show whicj is more fun too me as a viewer

My mercedes c class (1999 MODEL) IS giving me infra red key issues, sometimes the key wont be accepted by the ignition and would need to be reprogrammed, this has happened twice since i bought the car in dec last yr and has costed me 25k each time to re-program,
tho when this happens the key still opens the door, only the ignition that it rejects

Is there a permanent solution to this? and can i get a manual key and how much will this cost me,

Well this issue of work life balance is an issue for me….I presently work in a knowledge driven environment. I love my job but I hate the hours…work life balance is practically non – existent….i get to work at 8…leave at 9 or 10…sometimes work all night….(although once in a blue moon)……I know I cant live this life when am married or have kids…I wont mind taking a pay cut then to have a less stressful career but I doubt it will come to that though….so basically now am trying to learn all I can…develop myself the best I can and climb the ladder as fast I can
