PoliticsRe: Tinubu Wins All The Local Governments In Ogun by udeh3(m): 7:29am On Feb 27, 2023
Let's see the resut... I voted in Ogun, Obafemi Owode LGA and over here, BAT didn't win majority of the polling booth in this Local government. Atleast, I went through about over 20 polling booth results. I also shared mine on NL.

If this people rigged this election...

I disagree with you here.
You can't say we are voting our slave masters, we choose who we want and it can't be same because we are too many to choose the same person.

Nope Tinubu was never a slave master.
We have never voted Tinubu himself as president.

Most prosperous pastors have their church headquarters in Lagos and they have never been enslaved for one day. What we enjoy in Lagos is luxury in other places.

Tinubu is liberal, welcoming and progressive. He is also capable of giving Nigeria a different outlook.

Yes he is in APC under Buhari but this Government will be different. Quote me in 4 years
So, when every members of his family controls a fragment of Lagos State, no body is allowed to speak against it, nobody is allowed to vote as he/she proposed, no body can choose to be a governorship candidate, no governor can dream of the next re-election except BAT says so, what do you call that?

Here in Magboro, Lagos/Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State, the canopies have been set and voters and party agents are around already, but, no INEC officials available

PoliticsRe: If A Presidential Candidate Wins The Majority Of The Votes But Doesn't Have 25% by udeh3(m): 2:06pm On Feb 24, 2023
seunmsg:
Stop arguing and go back to your constitution. There are two conditions to be met before a candidate can be returned elected as president. One, he/she must win a simple majority of vote cast. Two, he/she must get at least 25% of total vote cast in 24 states. If no candidate meet these two requirements, a second ballot between the two leading candidates will be conducted and the winner by simple majority will be returned elected.
...All he needs is vote across regions. Atleast, 25% across 24 states. Technically, it's difficult not to have 25% across 24 states and not becoming the highest in terms of votes. Don't forget, this isn't a two horse race anymore. So, technically, anyone who can get 25% votes in 24 states will win this election

The idea is to eliminate tribal candidates

The money people donated to the campaign is for only Peter Obi?

He will need reps In all states, if he can't trust them with the donated money, then he should forget the election.
Election takes money. LP was an established party before Obi came
So, why calling Peter Obi instead of the party?
At this stage, we don't want nonsense distractions
PoliticsRe: Any Presidential Candidate That Does Not Have 25% In Abuja Will Not Be Declared by udeh3(m): 11:01am On Feb 24, 2023
Nice2023:
Now,it has become imperative to know that even if u win 24 states without winning Abuja at least 25% u are not going to be declared the winner of the presidential election according to Inec and the electoral act 2022.

So,we can all see that election is going to be a herculean task for one particular candidate...no name yet.
For me, Abuja inhabitants are mostly Elites. So, Peter Obi is certainly getting the highest votes there
PoliticsRe: If A Presidential Candidate Wins The Majority Of The Votes But Doesn't Have 25% by udeh3(m): 10:37am On Feb 24, 2023
seunmsg:
Olodo. There will be a second ballot between the two of them.
There won't be any rerun in this case. The person who meets the 25% in 24 states wins the election. This shows the president not being a regional personality. Any one who must be president must have the input of other regions

A second ballot is when both parties or candidates don't have the 25% in the 24 states, but are the highest. So, a rerun will be initiated to determine the winner

Now, there’s no money anywhere on ground. It’s about your conscience and if you believe in a movement. That’s all. Nobody should expect any money from somewhere.

Won't you pay your agents? Or money wasn't spent in moving Obi around during the rallies?
Did you hear that the party gave Obi money? Or did you ask for money from the party?

Party has members who are suppose to be paying dues. Let them generate their own money. What has the chairmen done in this campaign. You seat somewhere and expect one money for mobilization. People are using their own money for a better NIGERIA, some chairmen somewhere are talking about sidelined

Come tomorrow, I'm buying drinks, stocking them and given them to Labour Party agents around all polling units here in my area. This country is sick and need a doctor with a different and new approach to solving it

Say no to money politics. You are party chairmen, waiting for money to be shared. What about the youth hungry for Success and a better NIGERIA? How many money have been shared to them?

You better wake up. After this election, the political space will be reformed by ideology and not the money politics we're so used to

NONE of the other three leading candidates has shown the kind of stamina and work ethic Peter Obi has shown in this campaign, and as far as i’m concerned, the man is a hero!

All that Tinubu has said since campaigns began would struggle to fill three A4 sized papers!
Well said my brother. I'm not a tribal bigot. I say it how it is. NIGERIA is our own. If we want it good, fine, otherwise, so be it

Even in his campaigns, he struggles to complete any sentence. I've not seen any interview he conducted, except the one that was done off air with lots of cut and join

Secondly, did BAT visit US for Nigerains in diaspora? Maybe you don't know how many tour Peter Obi made even outside the country

How many town hall meetings was BAT engaged in? You can't even count how many online. I dare you to mention two(2) online platform that hosted BAT. AY hosted PO for hours, just of recent to engage with his fans. We're not talking about town hall meetings for students alone. He has town hall meetings for different age groups he attended himself

PoliticsRe: Reno Omokri, Nigerians React To Peter Obi Losing His Voice (video, pics) by udeh3(m): 6:13pm On Feb 23, 2023
Peter Obi stated from the beginning that he's going to speak directly with Nigerians. No spoke persons will speak on my behalf.

The numbers of interviews, public events and outing Obi has attended, non of the aspirants attended 60%. Hence, it's expected that he gets tired and the voice affected. He's not a drug Baron or one that shares questions or Dodge interviews

Reno is just so irrelevant and needs Obi's news or name to trend.

PoliticsRe: Like Lagos, Do We Have Any Yoruba Political Office Holder In South-East? by udeh3(m): 6:58pm On Feb 22, 2023
Ttalk:
We talking about appointment and not limited to commissioner.

This are Yoruba in El- Rufai Cabinet

Olumuyiwa Adekeye- Special Adviser, Media and Communication

Jimi Adebisi Lawal- Special Adviser, Investment Promotion
Were the special advisers a source of value to his success or not? Or do you pick someone you don't know to be an adviser? If Adebisi and Adekeye didn't position themselves, do you think they'll be appointed?

Be joking and don't add value to whatever you do and mostly, your society or community you find yourself
PoliticsRe: Like Lagos, Do We Have Any Yoruba Political Office Holder In South-East? by udeh3(m): 6:49pm On Feb 22, 2023
This question is very silly and out of place

First, elective positions are contested for. Nobody will come beg you to contest for any position. Once you know your records in the community or society you are and have so well paid your dues, it becomes easy to contest and win election anywhere. I contested and won an election in Ekiti State as the General Secretary of National Association of Engineering Students even as a Delta guy against a fellow class mate and an Ekiti indigen

Furthermore, for selective position like commissioner, how impactful are you in your profession, community and the political space in the community you live? It doesn't matter where you're from, make yourself valuable and sell yourself.

In addition, politics is about self positioning. How many yorubas and northerners invest in other states? How many lives there and take the state like their homes? I'm not an Igbo person, but from my observation, these are what an average Igbo man will do. Where I come from in Delta State, I don't know any northerner that have a building over there, not to talk about community development. In PH where I once lived, the Yoruba dominated my area, but how many of them are in politics in the state or LGA? Position yourself rightly, irrespective of where you are and the people will sing your praise into power

Anyone who directly or indirectly endorses a discredited and odious candidate like Tinubu deserves all the insults and curses in the world.

Let's not pretend about this. One has to be mortally evil to endorse such a malady. There's no middle ground.
If you truly want a United NIGERIA, if you truly want a NIGERIA we all we be proud of after the election, you will not be talking about BAT. We'll be talking about Atiku, Obi and the others. Clearly, you've not lived in the north. Please, ask those in the north who are Christians what they're passing through.

Ordinarily, I shouldn't be religious, but as this point, I can't help it. Cos if it's the other way round, a ruling Party championing a Christian/Christian tickets and look like they're going to win, this country would've been on fire by now.

So, why putting the lives of over 200m Nigerains in danger due to one person's quest for power and greed when we can avoid it? I'm after a same faith ticket. It's highly demonic and undemocratic

I can vote for any other candidates, but certainly, not BAT
