This was the scenario this morning at Fadeyi Bus stop, Lagos. You can imagine the frustration if one is running late to work. Those in the house help me to find what stopped Primero Transport company managing the blue BRT Buses from further use of electronic card tickets. Is it because it is too cheap? They should be reminded of the inconvenience of no balance (change), charging of POS battery and unavailability of ticketers at some not so busy bus stops.

My take, on this matter is the approach those already in it adopts to get rewards or grow higher new recruits. Any MLM product that works is good to identify with it.
