Realist5:Chai, see Nigerians sha |
My net profit today is just 1k, chai! Bought fuel 2,500 that has almost finished running round looking for trips. Next time I’m not leaving my house till I get a trip. Today has been rough.
|
inDriver riders are always making you wait, chai! Well at least most of them. I guess cause there is no paid waiting there, riders take their time. |
No request on Bolt since morning |
Homextras:Congratulations first off on your move to Canada. May God guide you as you navigate through life there. What I am trying to do is to make Nigeria become like Canada, by advocating for the right people in power, but Nigerians here are always fighting against that dream of mine, sigh. One step at a time hopefully! |
adioolayi:What do you mean by saying “no one markets anyone here”? Of course things said here have some level of influence in swaying minds and choices made. I like Sowore and Kingsley Moghalu for a start. Although Sowore saying Nigeria must not divide is a red flag, but still, he would make a much better president than any president in this country’s history. I am open to supporting others like them, brilliant men and women with love for their people, who would step forward. There are soo many brilliant Nigerians for crying out loud. Do you remember the Nigerian bill gates? Some Nigerians are doing wonders abroad, making drones for the U.S, doing wonders in the engineering and medical fields, etc. Why can’t we have one of those people? Why must it always be one local champion that is corrupt beyond our wildest dreams? I don’t get it. Next some will tell me that these brilliant people can’t win elections. First off, even if that were true, should that justify ones vote for a corrupt person? Are the proponents of this theory suggesting that, if for instance, Hitler were contesting against a brilliant “nobody”, they would vote for Hitler simply based on popularity? If Nigerians can make BBNAIJA housemates popular, then they can also do the same for a “no name” politician. |
adioolayi:Heya! I told you guys that people specialize in suffering and smiling. Someone is already asking me what my point is, in de-marketing failed politicians. |
adioolayi:The same political circle that has made your country to become the poverty capital of the world. Your naira is now almost worthless, some of your children study in schools with no chairs, you still have no water running to your houses, you are still struggling with a measly 5,000MW, you have multiple terrorist groups in your country, you have no social security number, no social welfare for citizens, no central police number to call, dead infrastructure... You Nigerians can be so clueless sometimes, it’s almost tragic. I can’t blame some sha, cause Nigerian politicians feed on ignorance. It’s like my friend who got tired of hearing me complain about Naija, until he made his first trip abroad to Dubai, then I now became the one tired of hearing him complain about Naija. I’m sure some people that specialize in suffering and smiling will quote me and tell me some rubbish just because I don’t want my people to suffer, because to them, Nigerians must suffer and continue to suffer. |
In fact, I give up on Nigerians Expect dollar to hit N2,000 Your money is already becoming worthless today. What can 50 naira buy you today? I’ve never seen a race so eager to suffer, so irritating Keep support your Tinubu/Atiku Black monkeys |
The KoKo be say, if Tinubu is elected, Nigeria will further be destroyed, and the dollar rate will continue to spike, maybe to about N1,500 to a dollar. By that time they would probably start printing N5,000 notes, as your N1,000 note that is already becoming useless today will be of even less value. No reasonable progress would be made on security, electricity, road infrastructure and health (he already goes to London for health). The Tinubu supporters on this thread already know all these things, but they will continue to support him, the same way Buhari supporters continue to support him. Some do it for the money, others do it cause they are not intelligent enough to separate emotion from politics. Anyways, may the almighty God provide a cover for those who genuinely want the best for their brothers and country, but were drowned out by the ignorant many. |
LegendHero:Get behind me, willing to learn indeed |
LegendHero:You really hate your fellow man sha! It’s like you guys won’t still live in the Naija you seek to destroy. Anyways, dollar 570 and counting... |
Felicity001:Going beyond the jokes and the smileys, doesn’t it irk you as a black man to live in a society devoid of law and order? Sorry to bring politics into this thread, but men, all the leaders in Lagos and Nigeria at large, yet they can’t even get a semblance of order when it comes to road users and driving. How difficult can it really be to have police officers patrol and pull over erring drivers? Why must they stand forming checkpoints, instead of patrolling the streets and finding ERRING DRIVERS ON THE MOVE? The same way you saw a danfo do something wrong is the same way a squad of police patrolling will see them as well. The difference is, you have no official power to enforce driving laws while the squad car does, but I’ll tell you how you are both similar - you both will drive off and do NOTHING! Such a shame of a police force and irresponsible present/past governments who remove themselves from society. How difficult really is it oh black man! God of mercy. No politician even talks about such “minute” details of society here in Nigeria, because I guess to them, Nigeria must remain a jungle. Seriously, when was the last time, if ever, you heard a Nigerian politician campaign and raise points such as stated above? Have you heard them say, “when I come in, I will tackle law and order on the roads, making sure drivers maintain lane discipline and buses make use of bus stops and so on and so on”? None! Up till now, 2021, you still can’t even call police in Nigeria in the event of an emergency. It’s sad really. Anyways, I rant! |
Bola146:Will God approve of an APC leader bringing bullion vans to his house a day before election? |
Ushman333:Same story you lot keep telling yourselves Good man, new man, can’t win in Nigeria, so let’s vote in known crooks and demons and somehow expect a better country. Something is wrong with the way Nigerians reason, God forbid bad thing. But if it’s BBNaija, all of you will turn up to make a nobody famous. |
ItsTutsi:See them, steadfast in suffering for a wrong cause, not even for righteousness Chai! We all know that of Tinubu or Atiku were to become president, Nigeria would still not change. Of course you don’t care though, but why is that? Why don’t you care if your country gets worse? You guys are truly special. I’m sure by that time dollar would be 1000-1500 naira, but you guys still wouldn’t care. |
tevinsolt:Did someone tie your hand to vote for apc or pdp? No ounce of integrity left in Nigerians, the corruption capital of the world. Even if you voted for the best person and that person got only 10 votes, is that not better for your conscience than voting for someone YOU KNOW WILL FURTHER DESTROY THE COUNTRY? Shame on you myopic dolts |
Randgist:May God bless you! I feel like crying, when will Nigerians stop loving their oppressors |
They keep voting for the people that will make them suffer
|
Ddokie:Totally dismissed. If Nigerians had a functional country, then how can a guy park in the middle of traffic, come out and start urinating like it’s nothing? Jungle! This country was never made to be one im telling you. Have you noticed that no one ever talks about proposed policies? For wheeeere It’s all, IPOB, Afonja, and so on. That is what policy means to the Nigerian electorate, omo Igbo, awon Yoruba... |
NgwalandAbia:The guy is so dense! These are the kind of people making election decisions for the few reasonable Nigerians left. The kinda of people that can go back in time to bring in a dictator and hail him as a Democrat! I like how you broke it down for him, is he like 5 years old or something, thinking that every human on earth must never venture out of their nation, gosh, so dense, like a rock. That’s how people swam in gutter to celebrate pmb presidency, the embodiment of suffering and smiling. You can’t buy coke or Fanta to celebrate, instead you enter inside gutter, and these are the people that vote for the likes of Buhari, Atiku, Tinubu and the rest.
|
Sleekfingers:All your strategies and Nigeria is still a slimy poo hole? Dollar went up MORE THAN 100% Nigerians really love to suffer and smile sha, my goodness |
wordcat:Just imagine! After all the atrocities, we struggle to find cases with this much fanfare |
BigSarah:Lol, I can end corruption, at least for sectors under my immediate control. Will I ever get to be in power, that is a different story. Most of these politicians we have now, have no love for their fellow man, I tell you! |
But it’s all good, Nigerians are ready to go to the next next level with Tinubu/Osinbajo. Oh I forgot, Osinbajo is not to be held responsible as he has no powers, but he remains the most active VP in Nigeria and he has done very well. Sigh If Nigerians were really really really serious, they will make the next set of leaders sit down and right exams before they smell anywhere close to leadership seats. |
I was just thinking to myself, like, I have not seen any high profile case involving sponsors of bandits and boko haram, like the way there is so much hullabaloo over Nnamdi Kanu. I mean, Malami even came on a podium and was enumerating the sins of Kanu, Malami himself, not a subordinate. When you see the statistics of the thousands that have been killed by bandits/boko haram, you have to ask yourself if all the attention given to Kanu should have been reserved for these guys. Imagine trying the sponsor of Boko Haram that has bombed, pillaged, kidnapped... won’t that be a worthy case deserving of Malamis presence? I mean it’s only in Nigeria you hear of school kids being kidnapped by the hundreds and at the end of the day, those that committed the crime are never known or brought to justice. Things are just upside down in this country. |
PrinceOfLagos:Not even zebra crossings bro! I’m talking ordinary driving lanes. In the developed world, driving lanes mean EVERYTHING. Those white lines are almost sacrosanct, like, lane discipline and all. Here most of our lanes are faded, and the ones that remain mean nothing to the average driver as they cross is with impunity, some even driving on it. When will Nigeria get lane discipline like in the pic below? Is it impossible for us to achieve simple lane discipline? Na wa sha
|
Antoeni:Lol, fame holders indeed. Which major female celeb hasn’t had a slip? Beyoncé? Rihanna? Cardi B Nicki Minaj ... Yet you all love these people |
I’m sure God will bring beauty out of the bad situation. He is mighty to save! That is one lucky boy though, being born into success, I’m sure both his parents are already investing into his future. There is no amount of shading that would move that young man, cause he’s already made. He can afford to pick and choose his friends as he moves through life. |
PrinceOfLagos:It’s not just Fulani abeg Have you driven in Lagos before? Do you see how danfo guys drive? They don’t even obey traffic lights along with okada Nigerian drivers don’t even know what a white lane means There is a lot of insanity happening in the society but everyone just overlooks it. Go drive in America or Dubai and come back to drive in Lagos and you will wonder if all the drivers around you are monkeys or gorillas and of course the insanity happens because police won’t enforce any laws whatsoever |
