TravelRe: 817 Nigerians Awaiting Evacuation In South Africa - FG by VEE2010(m): 2:33pm On Sep 19, 2019
I will not be surprised, some people in the corridors of power have already identified a good opportunity to milk the country. I'm sure the number will continue to increase until it reaches the level at which even the C-in-C will be confused if we have such population of Nigerians in South Africa.
PoliticsRe: Border Closure: Benin, Niger Economies Under Pressure by VEE2010(m): 10:50am On Sep 15, 2019
From my point of view, I think the FG's decision is commendable. The Nigerian economy has been on a life support because of the economic sabotage as identified. We cannot continue to encourage this evil simply because, we are benefiting from buying cheap products smuggled to the country even to our own economic detriments.
I only hope that it will not be the usual policy to make a perilous jump once it directly affects the interests of an influential man.
We must learn to do things differently, opening borders again means that the value chain of corruption will continue to strive ...

PoliticsRe:supplementary Election_candid Opinion By Concerned Nigerian by VEE2010(op): 2:57pm On Mar 23, 2019
My sincere opinion on the supplementary elections underway across the country.

It is very discouraging to know that Nigeria, as an entity, has all it takes to organize free and fair elections only when the presidency allows the preferences of the people.

Yes, I mentioned the presidency because the internal and external security structures are still under the exclusive list.

I do not understand why thugs could be so emboldened to disrupt national elections in broad daylight without being apprehended by security personnel who are solely paid to secure and prevent such attacks.

It is unfortunate that our electoral system has been downgraded to zero level under the watchful eye of this C-in-C over the last three and a half years, although some of us had envisaged these failures, but not to this bad taste.
Most painful part is that, the vulnerable young people used to perpetuate this heinous act have failed to realize that their future is being assailed by those old rude political opportunists who have benefited so much from this country that they are destroying today.

We understand when we have an isolated case, but what we have seen so far, the level of security compromise that leaves a serious doubt that we will make a headway one day until a major revolution takes place. as we fear so much, to happen.

If common supplementary elections cannot be organized properly, I wonder if there will be elections in 2023.

A serious concern now, have we hoped on the courts to choose who leads us on the covert base of the highest bidder takes everything?

In all fairness to the judiciary, we must remain steadfast and convinced that it is high time to leave our comfort zones and participate fully in the process of improving the country for the sake of our children.

For those who have paid the Supreme Prize with their precious lives in the process of opposing glaring actions to circumvent peoples' preferences, my sincere condolences to their families and loved ones.

For that, I remain peaceful and patriotic as a true Nigerian.

Comrade Victor Richworths

PoliticsRe: Moshood Jimoh Sacked As Police PRO, Frank Mba Appointed As His Replacement by VEE2010(m): 3:30pm On Jan 16, 2019
This is the best news I've heard today. The so-called Moshood is so partisan and lacks linguistic composition with very rude consent. I just hope that NPF will be better off now that Idris and Moshood are removed from the scene. Frank MBA has provided a very good image to the NPF in Lagos and I very much hope that he will behave well in the center.
PoliticsRe: TRAVEL BAN: Dasuki, Badeh, Daniel, Amosu, Yuguda, 45 Others Top Travel Ban List by VEE2010(m): 11:33am On Oct 14, 2018
Well, all I can see here is a move to digress peoples' attention from the present reality about this presidency.
Orji Uzor Kalu has been gallivanting around the world and even visit the acclaimed Saint in both villa and abroad. So, who are they deceiving?
I can see a selective implementation of this so-called EO6 already.
Nigerians are not fools, if this APC-led FG is serious in the fight against corruption, the likes of Amaechi, Timipre Sylvia, Tinubu, Babachir lawal, The present Chief of staff to the FG, Chief of Army staff, IGP will not be walking free by now.

PoliticsRe: IGP Idris Gets Buhari’s Nod To Arrest Saraki Over Murders In Kwara by VEE2010(m): 1:23am On Jun 04, 2018
The presidency is making too many enemies in three years and almost all of them are politically motivated.
At this point, I think PMB needs to reconsider its advisers who, I think, are his real enemies.
I am not a fan of Saraki but I still believe he will not be so low for being directly involved with these armed robbers.
The presidency should have learned from their failed plot to remove Dino.
APC - shame!

PoliticsRe: Why We Are Not Paying Salaries Regularly – Kogi Govt by VEE2010(m): 3:14pm On May 20, 2018
I don't know if I should believe what I heard from the governor or his ass licker.
Just few weeks ago during an interview, Bello himself mentioned that, salaries are being paid up to date and now his yet another ass licker is saying otherwise.
I wonder why APC led government from federal to state level will not stop the blames game and focus on true governance.
From his submissions, he's further opened the state to ridicule for claiming just between 400 - 500 million will subject a whole state to such a lack of funding to run basic state apparatus.
I think it is time to start thinking of privatizing some of these nonviable states like Kogi

PoliticsRe: Senators React As Police IG Idris Snubs Senate Invitation Again by VEE2010(m): 5:18pm On May 09, 2018
It is unfortunate that IGP Idris is still at the helm of the Nigerian police despite several misdeeds.
If the 8th Senate can not have the courage to launch an impeachment process against Idris boss who feels, Nigerians are fools to have him as president, I doubt what again they will offer to demonstrate their resolve to correct the wrongs of this presidency.
I want all Nigerians to join voice in condemning this nonchalant attitude from the IGP.
The national assembly is sacred and more so, symbol of our democracy which must be respected!
PoliticsRe: See The Items Recovered From Boko Haram Suspect Linked To Attacks In Benue State by VEE2010(m): 2:44pm On Apr 28, 2018
This discovery is a direct indictment of this APC-led FG. They should apologize to Nigerians for lying that BH was technically defeated but rather, they have succeeded in allowing the plaque called BH to spread across the country. At least before now, they were confined and contained in one location.
It is my prayers that, God will open the eyes of all the mumu followers of this evil regime to reasons beyond sentiment to atleast admit the continued havoc perpetuated against humanity since the beginning of this presidency.
PoliticsRe: BREAKING: INEC Begins Dino Melaye’s Recall Process by VEE2010(m): 4:24pm On Apr 25, 2018
It is quite sad to witness the unfolding events as alleged to have been masterminded by the Governor of Kogi state. The present travails of Dino is not just setting a good precedent for leadership in Nigeria but at the same time, I still believe, Dino has his own share of the "Change" for which he vigorously campaigned for.
I wish him the highest threshold of pain to endure all the forms of humiliation already received and what is yet to come.
APC is a fluke party
PoliticsRe:president Buhari On Nigeria Youths by VEE2010(op): 5:18pm On Apr 19, 2018
Over the past few weeks, I have resolved to restrict my urge to comment on some burning national issues because some of my friends and family misunderstood my truthful disposition about the present APC-led federal government which in real sense still represents a poorly designed ideology built on lies and undue propaganda.
Not with a pain in my heart having noted that, my constant complaint is driven by love and belief in my country that one day, with a good attitude, a constructive criticism and a continuous flagging of our glaring and solvable problems, any government in power will make an effort to at least provide an average leadership that can facilitate the change for which Nigerians aspire.
A few days ago, Nigeria and the world media space were agogued by the insensitive declaration of our President to seek re-election, even in the face of all the visible ineptitude observed since the inception of this government till date.
Is it not an irony in a country where the average age of retirement is 65 while our president, who has far exceeded the age of 80, is seeking re-election?
Personally, I have no problem with his declaration, owing to the fact that only the electorates that will decide the political direction of this country in 2019, but it is very worrisome to have a president who consistently indulged in the habit of castigating the youth in order to by himself a “saintship” image even at the detriment of the country’s image.
I would like to remind the President that, as a youth from this great nation, I have the right to enjoy the social benefits and other rights enshrined in the UN Charter that we have been so deprived of since time immemorial.
According to the president, the youths are not ready to enter productive activity, saying that Nigeria is very prosperous as an oil producing country. I want to challenge the presidency to mention the number of jobs created by this administration not to even talk of the sad event of continued job loss as experienced since the beginning of this presidency.
Trying to think about Mr President’s statement, do we even have a well-functioning health care or housing facility on which the youth rely on the government?
Has he forgotten so soon that, the ASO ROCK clinic which is even sited under his nose that has been seriously criticized for lacking the needed tools to function in the contemporary world considering the amount earmarked for said clinic in the yearly budget?
We have noticed this consistent behavior in this presidency and it is high time we stood our ground to ensure, we (youth) have the right to define the direction of our country, politically.
Even the “microscopic few” holding sway our collective progress and the continued denial of our rights to basic social amenities had admitted the fact that, youths are the majority in both productive and political sphere of this great nation.
This is the first time in the history of my earthly existence that I witness a president who is always ready to speak to citizens abroad. This habit preceded his accession to power, as he even declined a public debate before the presidential election.
It is on this note that I call all well-meaning Nigerians to take up the challenges ahead in 2019 to ensure that no young Nigerian will vote for a candidate over 55 years old.
It is my sincere believe that, with hard work and the belief in our collective effort, we shall redeem our country and define our future.

This madness of flagrantly displaying of either legal or ill-gotten wealth needs to be corrected.
We cannot have few idiots denigrating our legal tender with impunity because they want to show off.
If they truly meant well for themselves and country at large, why didn't they packaged the cash in an envelope to present to the celebrant.
I know some nitwit who cannot see beyond their nose would return to attack me for this comment instead of attacking those that are abusing our legal tender.
It is important we realize that some of the currency we use, the cost of minting them are far more than the face value of some and government purse is being depleted to ensure good notes are issued for public use while few ignoramus keeps abusing our naira
