I have said it times without number that our servant leader president Mr. YAR A'LIAR is just deceiving himself.

When you have a situation like this, you need a good leader to identify and prioritise issues one by one.

1. Power/electricity
2. transport network
3. reduce big goverment
4. devolve power to the regions
5. Forward plan

we can almost write a book on what need doing

Those growth stastics are fudge. the growth is very one sided to large government and oil allocation monies.

as long as we don't develop infrastrucutres from power to road, trans[port network etc.

anyway as things are set up now, we will not even be top 20 in 2050.

just to remind nigerians we still don't have landline telephone, as non urgent and less important as power.

all the measures to achieve 20 top economy in the year 2020 are in reverse gear courtesy of our beloved YAR A'CLUELESS .

The man YAR A'DO NOTHING IS A WASTE OF SPACE

I have said it before, and I will say it again, The matter is true and all the 'alibi' being invented by Peter obi will fail, only the Anambra House of Assembly will save him from impeachment.

There is also some truth to the fact that there are some political underhand in this matter because of the pending election in March 2010 with Andy UBASONJO.

Majority of the information by Ukpatareporters are propably true. There is also nepotism awarding contract to your brother's  brother in-law. The guy is just a proxy for Peter OBI.

Also there is a great disparity between N97million and N250 million and also the price of each pick up will be about N12million, and why cash ?


The only other problem for defender of OBI as they claim is political witchunting, which again is true but the most truth is that all the local govt, state govt and he federal including NASS share monthly allocation. It is a selective justices as per oppositions but the fact remains that the person being selectively prosecuted or judge is guilty of Stealing from public coffers.

What OBI should be doing is to find out about PDP THIEVES  as well and make their names available to the public and trap them.
BECAUSE ALL OF THEM ARE BARAWO BANSA.

2. Alamesuya boat can be seen at the background, is that before or after his impeachment, as he has continue to dominate Bayelsa politics.

3. If Alamesuya has not taken so much money from Bayelsa state treasury, the state should be among the best now, if not the best.

4. I hear the guy ( Alamesuya )stomach is full of money which he hide from his loot( $100 bill, and UAE million dollars Treasury bills)

Depends on how you look at things. In the minds of the band of thieves that sorround him, one major accomplishment is the carefully ochestrated and effectively executed "dismantling" of the EFCC. And the rehabilitation of criminals like Ibori, Odilli, Alams, Igbinedion etc,

That a man like Ribadu is on exile while the likes of these crooks flourish in Nigeria speaks volumes of the system we have in Nigeria.

Well, the issues that we are looking at, is the positive contributions which will make YAR A'CLUELESS fit for a second term. And my argument is that he has not done anything positive in half of his 1st term, therefore he is unfit to contest not alone 'get elected' or selected for a second term. you only go to the next class if you pass your current class.

As for his NEGATIVE  accomplishment, they are well documented. You have touched on majority of them especially the EFCC RIBADU saga which established YAR A'LIAR in my own books. He may appear a gentleman and an honest man from his appearance , BUT he is an WHOLESALE LIAR.

Furthermore consider all his friends, IBORI, AOONDAOKA WAZIRI etc.  HE IS THIEF Period.

All his POLICY REVERSAL  is another matter.

And most importantly his famous pronoucenment
' I WILL DECLARE EMERGENCY ON POWER WITHIN 100 DAYS OF BECOMING PRESIEDENT' I and Nigerians Knows that it is well over 750days with no emergency, it is all probe upon probe, and NOTHING has come out of it.

The guy is just YAR A'HOPELESS.

This is the begining of the future.

These are the sort of things churches, mosque and civil societies should be doing to get goverment to do something about the future of Nigeria.

There is also the issue of revenue collection for power company once is up and running. everybody has to pay their fair share.

In a good country (like Madam Nafdac will want us to believe) we would have a good opposition political parties that will challenge and outline the failures of the government and formulate plans and policies how they are going to do better. Unfortunately I am not sure we have such opposition parties(which are alternative government in waiting) Nigerian politics are deadly because of the trappings of office, power drunkeness and ability to steal in billions and getting away with it.

YAR A' DO NOTHING, VISIONLESS 2020, 7 NO POINT AGENDA must have good health and MUST have a purposeful agenda backed by ACTION. 

My whole point is that YAR A'LIAR has spent 2 years out of a 4 year term and has NOT  achieve nothing, the question is a moot one. why should any sane person geniunely  'VOTE'  for a leader of  A DO NOTHING PARTY.  PDP  has been in power for 10 years with very little to show for it.

YAR A'LIAR refused to tell the truth about his HEALTH.  The magistrate is doing YAR A'DULL a favour NOT to hearing the case because it allows him to get away with not  having to answer YES or NO to whether he has BAD HEALTH which makes him UNFIT for the office.

Now the appeal court has now open window for the matter to go forward. The defence of the defendant (and generally to defamation) are that the defendant are telling the truth, and that the information is in interest of the general public.

The good health or otherwise of 'our' President or commander in chief is a matter of public interest. Why should we have someone to lead us who is unfit health wise may be physically, body ailment or mentally. Let him disclose his medical report to stop 'the rumours' once and for all.

You don't need to be a doctor to know that something is seriously wrong with YAR A'LIAR. He is too busy worrying about his health than the business of Nigerians which he was 'hired' to do.

I have asked this question before and I will ask it again,
IF Nigeria is YAR A'DO NOTHING father's business WILL HE HIRE SOMEONE LIKE HIMSELF TO RUN SUCH BUSINESS? The answer I am certainly sure will be a resounding NO.

YAR A'CLUELESS IS UTTERLY UNFIT FOR OFFICE IN THE FIRST PLACE EITHER FOR THE REASON OF INCOMPETENCE, INCAPABILITY, PHYSICAL AND /OR MENTAL HEALTH.

IF SOMEONE IS UNFIT IN THE FIRST PLACE, ASKING FOR RE-ELECTION OR SELECTION IN MY OWN OPINION IS AN INSULT TO THE PEOPLE.

However, he is going to be nominated by his party PDP and they would rig the election again. We don't have free and fair elections in Nigeria, nor do we have good political parties with good policies, manifestos and ideology.

I replied to a discussion on this forum yesterday and it comes down to

1. LEADERSHIP, not stupid dicatators or clueless Presidents, good leadeers that will mentor next generations of leaders is what we need.

2. SYSTEMS, as into what sytsems do we operate

3. INSTITUTIONS, as in independent bodies

4. EDUCATION , on the rights and responsibilities of Goverment and the governed

5. VISIONS AND MASTER PLANNING

What we have been operating is personlised politics or politics of personalities.

Mr. YAR A'DULL himself knows that he is not fit for the office, he is only being advised by his cronies to do exactly what ABACHA did and
Turai YAR A'DO OR DIE IN OFFICE was reported to have said that 'that her husband can die in office, as he will NOT be the first one to do so' .

That is how desperate are these people to cling to power. OBJ was looking for 3rd term remember.

I will use Real Estate analogy here, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. (Good location).

For governace it is LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP,  of course GOOD LEADERSHIP

Now for any democracy to thrive according to one of the contributor, it is the building of INSTITUTIONS rather than personalities (which is sadly what we have in Nigeria)

I will look at it this way

1. GOOD LEADERSHIP ( and a selfless one) who equally mentors a next generations of leaders ( NO LIPS SERVICE)

2. GOOD, STRONG,  VIBRANT INDEPENDENT INSTITUTIONS AND SYSTEMS - eg INEC, LEGISLATURE, JUDICIARY, COUNCIL OF LEADERS/ELDER STATEMEN

3. EDUCATION AND (re) ORIENTATION OF THE CITIZENS ( Leaders  or people preaching this must lead by example, there must not be one rule for the leader and another rule for the followers. It should always be  DO AS I DO AND NOT DO AS I SAY ).

4. CLEAR PLAN AND VISION AS TO WHERE THE COUNTRY IS HEADING- this is why every good nation has a ministry for NATIONAL PLANNING, and possibly a MASTER PLAN. take ABUJA city master plan, when it was follow we all knew what happens. Human being like and need certainty to a very great extent for planning and believing in a system. You will not fly an Aircraft if you are not nearly sure of its safety.

Most of the time , most of the above is always present with the Military because of the nature of their job and Training, BUT  at all times, MILITARY authorities ARE AND SHOULD BE SURBODINATE TO THE CIVILIAN AUTHORITY.

If i don't know you I should fear you for your screen name. It literarily translate BAD WORDS in a deep yoruba saying.

Now the only equivalent I can think of is OJO BURUKU, meaning A BAD DAY, name given to British and American cops by the Yoruba's because they mean BAD NEWS when they come after you or come visiting to deliver any news, it is usually bad.

The G20 or G8 made a conscious and deliberate decision NOT  to invite Nigeria 'government, for several reasons.

1. To stop the government using the opportunity to use diplomatic bag carry out of the country more millions of dollars as they are used to.

2. To stop them spending more estacode for 1000 entourage

3. The don't want to be seeing given cheap propaganda photo opps for those  'NON LEADERS'

4. Most importantly non of the leaders either in the G20 or G8 want to be seen with your self deny sick leader.

Thank God there are some groups and organisation still using their head, they will refuse to be lectured by our External affairs ministers like he is used to lecturing NASS and others.

We will just get used to it as we have got used to no light/power. the challenges will be like we have in GSM telephone now with supply problem, signal, and tarriff.

One of the challenges facing this government and indeed all the ones before it, is that PHCN is charging consumers without power and actual use. they should install meters and have a gsm system of 'cutting' off NON PAYERS because we are used to people who have always have things for free.

Also power sector needs to be deregulated state by state to private sector. Nigerians also have so many attitude, destructive(as in property destructions) and also want govt to do everything for them. Everything has to be paid for one way or the other. THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH EVEN IN FREETOWN.

They should leave this one to the retired PERM SEC. AND GO AND ENJOY THE REST OF THE FATHER/HUSBAND LOOT both in Nigeria and overseas. The poor man propably has only this land or few compare to our field marshall who has it all over the places especially obodo oyibo that he may not be able to recover ever.

There is always a limit to the Power of Armed robber, either his gun stopping working, or no more bullets, or he himself die.

Give me a LEADER anyday anytime, he will sort out the politics and politcian. he will put them in their places. See what OBAMA did during his campaign and since assuming office. He has only being in office 5 months( 20th january - today 18th June 2009).

2 years into his 4year term still has no specific direction or accomplishment other than singing 7 POINTLESS AGENDA and VISIONLESS 2020. Comedians are even saying let him do 1 POINT AGENDA.

LEADERSHIP IS EVERYTHING, POLITICIANS ARE NOTHING

They are about to grant 'amnesty' to all the big boys prisoners to bring out their loots next year to 'distribute' to 'RESELECT' PDP in 2011 for another 4 hopeless years.

I am about to ask God for his thounderous powers to strike all the enemies of Nigeria and Nigerians dead instantly.

Nigeria is a wonder country, and is the saying goes, WONDER SHALL NEVER END.

Military by their training and mental set up are not trained in diversity of politics and opinions, once battle line is drawn, enemy position identified, they go for the kill.

Civilian on the other hand(in Nigeria), have no training or discpline for good governace. They are just registered thieves and licenced fraudsters. Criminals and comedians that live in the community rather than maximum prisons.

What is missing in Nigeria  is LEADERSHIP WITH VISION.

You have to have a leader that will subtly carry even the most difficult people along to a destination that will improve the lives of the majority.

SEEN as the saying goes, is believing. A good leader must plan and take actions on landmark identifiable things that the people can see and know that their leader is thinking about them now and for the future.

Naturally civilian is the best to negotiate position without resulting to arms, however, in the nation building, if you have a good military leaders temporarily to set the stage for the futute selflessly it will not be a bad idea,

Whether we have such leader(s) or we can have it in Nigeria is another matter.

NOT EVEN IN 8 MONTHS NOR WILL IT BE IN 8 YEARS FROM IGP OR AGF. YOU MAY GET IT FROM IBORI INSTEAD SINCE HE HAS THE LIST AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GROUP

YAR A'DULL want to be seen to be doing something but with the combination of IGP OKIRO, AGF AODAONNKA, EFCC WAZIRI, AND GUARDIAN ANGEL IBORI this will be so easy.

I hope you guys realised that this is NOT a gift BUT A LOAN (they call it CREDIT)

Apart from hoping that it is spent wisely, it has to be paid back maybe with a small interest.

To give YAR A'DULL administration benefits of the doubt maybe there are issues that is making his incomptence becomes monumental and he doesn't know how to communicate it to Nigerians, or in a short the office of the President is just beyond his paygrade.

Another point to note, eve if YAR A'CLUELESS is hoping for 'RESELECTION' for second term, he has already spent 2 years of potential 8 years DOING NOTHING. That is a quarter of the whole 'POTENTIAL PERIOD' of 8 years.

He has been the CEO of KATSINA state for 8 years, so therefore he has or should have executive experience to graduate from running a state to Running 36 states.( OBJ methodology here is right)

Evidence and facts after 2 years have proven not only does his academic qualification is questionable but whether he has acquire any useful experience in KATSINA STATE that make him capable of running Nigeria.

Compare and contrast that with FASHOLA in LAGOS STATE, as the 7UP soft drink advert used to say, THE DIFFERENCE IS CLEAR. One is seriously thinking about solutions, the other is a bloody fool.

YAR A'FAILURE IS THE HEAD OF A DO NOTHING PARTY. After 10 years of PDP, all they can offer Nigerians is bird watching and cyber spying when they can fix power, and they simply become hero.

1. Military have discpline which most civilians lack.

2. Disobedience in the military is a very serious matter not so in the civilian

3. Lieing to your troop is a very very serious matter in the military, as trust and order will be lost immediately. With civilian, they even begin to justify lieing.

For me, having some military type of tarining, as in Leadership, discpline is  very important in civil life BUT Listerning is also equally important.

A leader is important than  AYR A'CLUELESS.

I have traveled to almost  40 of the fifty African countries. Presently, I live in Ghana. I know for a fact that the Ghana you so dream of is nothing compared to our beloved naija. I wonder which part of Village Togo has water. They don't even have tarred roads. Talk of congo, gabon etc. Nigeria has greater advantages , amenities and opportunities. Even our currency is a very strong one in value.

I want someone who has traveled around Africa to respond. If you haven't touched an African Nation, then don't bother because you don't know what you are talking about.

The latest promise by the PDP govt is 6,000MW by December 2009 (now these are what OBJ has already done almost awaiting commissioning).

The YAR A'VISIONLESS said 10,000MW by  2011.  There are three vagueness in that

1. Is the 6,000MW extra to add to about 2,000MW we have already or another 6,000MW extra making it 8,000MW by December 2009

2. Is it extra 4,000 to make 10,000 or extra 10,000 to make 16,000

3. Which month exactly in 2011, is it before or after the  April 2011 'election.' This is how PDP promised in April 2007 that by May 2007 power will be working ,  2 years later same story. This is what is called pathological liars. They have patterns.
