* Keep taking deep and slow breaths, holding your breath both when you fully inhale and when you fully exhale.
* Count one to ten repeatedly with each breath cycle.
* Relax ALL your muscles as you exhale, relax them further with each breath.
* Keep relaxing all your muscles until you feel your weight against the bed. (Clue: If you try to lift your arm it will feel heavy - when that happens you're there).
* Keep repeating all above.
* Wake up the next morning feeling deeply refreshed.
