You are the one speaking from a position of emotions. You should quit comparing Boko Haram to IPOB. Boko Haram areas are HUGE. Sambisa forest alone is bigger than the whole proposed Biafra (Igboland) 5 times. The terrain is manly desert with sparsely distributed villages and towns. The Kanuri led Boko Haram has external and internal sponsors, who provide arms, logistics and finance to sustain the insurgency. The boko haram territory is not landlocked but bordered by three countries, so they can easily hit Nigeria and dissappear into other countries. An igbo Biafran insurgency will not have any of these advantages. They will be isolated territorially, Diplomatically, economically and militarily.

The battleground was Odi, Gbaramatu and other Ijaw villages. The difference between the ijaw militant and Igbo militants battlegrounds, is that Ijaw areas are mainly sparsely dense villages in a swampy area, while the igbo towns and villages will be in crowded, built up areas. The Ijaw militants could hit the Nigerian Soldiers and pipelines and dissappear into the swamps.

Just one bomb is likely to cause a lot of damages when dropped in a dense crowded area.

Let me start from here: I have what it takes to be a pastor and I had numerous visions that confirmed my calling. But I have a disability, and I refused to go into pastoral ministry since 2005. Then a church member came to me for blessing saying that her child already procured visa to travel out. That was before covid19 break. I prayed for the child. I left Christianity because of Christians like you and your church member. If really you get visions, then I am sorry to say God is wasting the visions on you. What's the purpose of giving your visions if you cannot pass such visions accurately to avoid calamity. So, if the person had died because of the message you failed to deliver, who will be blamed? Even in the bible prophets were burdened with passing unpalatable messages to very powerful kings, and here you are of being afraid of losing a church member.

Even without visions, did you ask your member what he wants to do abroad that he spent a fortune to procure a visa? Is the streets of abroad paved with money that he will just be picking off the streets? Could be not have put the money to better use here, either by starting a business or learning a skill.
