Capturing the moment is about evidence. One person taking a picture doesn't mean medical care wasn't given. They aren't mutually exclusive. It's takes less that 1 millisecond to take a picture. If the picture wasn't taken, people will say it never happened and ask how come not even a single picture was taken in this media age. Now the picture is taken, people are still criticizing the move.
