StJasper: You are wrong!!!
The surety must deposit the money with the court and the money will only be refunded to the surety if the defendant obeys all the bail terms. No mind them, they'll just be forming know it all on what they know nothing about. no be here we dey when Abaribe lost 100m or na 150m he use bail Kanu. |

Some of you are just misleading others.
Take for example Nnamdi kanu case, that senator paid 100m or so in cash before Kanu was released. When he jumped bail he was even demanding his money back claiming it was the fg that made him ran away.
When a court grants you 20m naira bail you'll pay that money to the bank account before you can be released, sometimes the judge will mention the particular account the money will be paid into in most cases other conditions will be attached to it like your surety must worth a certain amount, have houses in a certain area, be a level 16 or a director in the federal civil servant.
So you must fulfill all the conditions before your bail can be perfected |

I don't understand some people's sense oh haha. The offense is a bailable offense na being granted bail doesn't mean the end of the case.
Bob risky own na brain problem, for this naija how would you plead guilty for such minor offense?
Why would he take such advice in the first place?
If na capital offense now I for say they just wan the judge to be lenient... Once you plead guilty the next thing is judgement but the problem be say he's a general nuisance even to the judge that's why he no give am option of fine coz normally he for pity am small for pleading guilty.
With his influence and money that case could be dragged till everyone will forget about it.
With all the big big charges they slammed that monpha guy abi wetin be the correct spelling self, the case never get head till now. If say na for Naija Dem arrest hushpuppy he for even contest for last election.lol. |

DenreleDave: Scenario 1: plane ✈ going up... First I felt weak but I later align. I saw men like ants, I saw mansions like ant colony, I saw the 3rd mainland bridge and the oceans. I went into the clouds 🌥, I stayed amongst the cloud 🌥, I went above the cloud 🌥. I saw the 5th heavens 😂😂😂. The plane looked slow in my sight but I'm sure it is not what I see it to be. It was as if something were blocking my ears, I had to dip my fingers in my ears.
Scenario 2: They gave us dwarf plastic water and snacks (though I was expecting vegetables and swallow 😂) . As the moment of typing this 8.20am, I am above the clouds.. The cloud 🌥 feel so lonely 😂😂😂. I finished my snacks in 2 minutes (me wey be ebinna 😂).
So it got to point I could not see anything again and the plane was shaking (Lord, hope this is not your call to home 😩). People were just sleeping and snoring, but as for me, Lagos boy, my eyes were wide open 👀👀 (I can't be caught unaware)
Scenario 3: We are preparing for landing 8.36am. E be like say something dey block my ears again 🙄🙄 and it's kinda heavy blocking. We are about landing 8.44am, cabin crew are instructed to sit and prepare for landing. I can see farmlands and scanty houses. Aeroplane wheels touched the ground 8 46 am. We got down from plane at 8.53am
Scenario 4: while I was in the sky, I remembered that iran has been firing bombs. I was praying they don't mistakenly fire one into Nigerian airspace while I am in the sky . I was just watching out from the window
Finally, that was how my flight trip to asaba went. This is my first time in delta state.
My nairaland fans in delta, Oya come and do meet and greet óòo 😂😂😂😂 That's why they usually give earpiece or headset to cover the ears. But I trust Nigeria local flights Dem no go give. |

Do you think the university, polytechnic or college is having an elementary English language curriculum like primary and secondary School?
Once you can't speak good English after your secondary School, don't expect miracle in the tertiary... Unless you can learn and relearn on your own or forget it. |

BscHolder: heard that school is very rigid academically Most of the people who rush in thinking it's an easier way to become a degree holder drop out after the first exam. Most of the students that graduated with 2.1 in NOUN(especially 4.0 upward) won't find it difficult to get first class in conventional universities. No sorting No mark upgrading No money/body bribery Etc. The first two years exams is between you and your computer you can't even ask questions from the person next to you. It's like being caged. That school is not for people who don't have time to study. It's for those who can read/study and assimilate, cramming is also needed to pass their e-exams coz you have to write the answers exacting how they appear in the course materials. |

1200-216 that's how much Agbadorian? I don't even want to mention the 1950 ATH you guys took it too. It doesn't work that way , you judge it base on percentage. Two people(let say A and B)did business. A invested a capital of 200 naira and gained 400 naira making a total of 600 naira. B invested a capital of 600 naira and gained 600 naira making a total of 1200 naira. Which of them gained more? |

The only practical advantage I see in this roofing design is its resistance to wind.
Contrary to what some are saying, this is not a new design it's just modification to the existing "old skool" design.
There's one such building in our street (family house), back then wind can tamper with almost all the roofs of the houses in the street but this particular house wouldn''t be affected. That's why people are now going back to the design and adding modifications. |

Though I thought it a good idea but I can't shake the feeling that he is trying to use that to take him away from me. He told me our son will need to come over there to finish the process of his citizenship. But when I went to submit the "application" what I saw on it is different from what he told me. The paper read that I am consenting to my son to go and reunite with his father. Or is that the way they process it? Please those that have gone through same should please come to my aid, this is my only child and I can't afford to lose my child this way. please don't block the way of that innocent boy. Nobody is taking him from you. I'm very sure there'll still be communication btw you . Children hardly forget their mother even if the man doesn't want him to communicate with you, when he keeps disturbing the father he will let him have his way most especially when you're a good mother. |
