Lazy adult are mainly a creation of the parents. Most parents tend to spoil their kids who in turn become lazy adults and a liability. There is nothing bad in providing for kids, but that isn't enough. They need to be taught valuable principles of hard work, value of money and responsibility.

Nothing bad with having a child still living at home even after school if he hasn't found a job. As long as you know he is ambitious, focused and hardworking, be assured he will eventually leave home and do well. The issue is when you haven't done the needful and you have raised a lazy and unambitious child, then you will eventually pay by having a brat who expects to be taken care of for the rest of his life.
