So this girl has been coming to my place, eat the best food and all that. I've asked her if she has a boyfriend and she said no. I sent her out of my house around 10pm. She was telling me she doesn't have money to go home, I didn't care and I shut my door against her. Though I was scared letting her out on that road and that time of the night but my anger got the better part of me. It was later after getting over the whole thing I confirmed nothing happened to her from someone else.

As for the girl, I blame her for coming on her two legs there. She knew what she was coming to do. If she couldn’t offer that, she should have said it instead of acting brand new like she didn’t know the purpose of her visit. I will just be brief without writing too much.

We are based we have 4 children, my first child is 13 from my previous relationship, she has become very terrible, she doesn't listen to me or my wife. She tells her that she is not her biological mother and she cannot control her. She had threatened to call the police on my wife telling her if she touch her she will fight her back and call the police. She goes to school and closes at 3.45 her school is 10 mins walk from home, but she is always late for home.

She comes home around 6 sometimes 7pm , as I am writing now every friday she closes at 12.30 but she is still hasn't come back home yet.

I am on my way to work. I start at 6.30pm till 2.30am so I rarely get to see her and she only misbehaving when I am not around. So far we have seized her phone because we had found so many inappropriate messages exchanges between her and boys. We had also removed the TV from her room and her behaviour has gotten worse. She is behaving like she's possessed.

My wife and I are fed up. Even her siblings are tired of her. We want to send her back to Nigeria maybe in a boarding school until she is 18 in order to protect her younger ones. If we keep her and she continues with her terrible behaviour I may beat her badly and we may end up loosing all 4 children to the authorities.

Please what advice will you give to me concerning this issue?

Just wondering if she’s a citizen of the country where you are currently residing? A family from my country Kenya, took their teenager to Kenya for school. Somehow she managed to contact the US Embassy in Kenya. Her parents were ordered to return her to the US very fast. These kids are very smart. On the other hand, why are you not together with her mother? Is her mother still living? How does your current wife treat her? Have you tried to befriend her as her dad, have one on one time with her & show her your support? She might be dealing with some issues. There are kids who are just brats, but others whose acting up is a “cry for help”. Consider those factors.

I'm being seriously abuse at my current place of work by my boss.

I work in a hotel, one day in, one day out.

I started working there October last year, and I received the October salary ending of November after so much deductions that took almost 40% of what supposed to the salary. I received November salary middle of December (same thing) and since then, no payment again. We are in February and I have needs for the money.

Just in case he had forgotten, I earlier on reminded him of December salary and he didn't say a thing.

Due to my exposure in the hotel, over time, I'm experiencing some negative changes on my health.

At the close of work, I have no where else to sleep than to prepare a place at the open bar and that is where I sleep.

Cool air and mosquitoes deal with me to no small measure. As a result, I have been sick of constant malaria/typhoid and apparently, cold.

The cold part is evident at the constant chest pain and difficulty in breathing I have and sometimes I'm almost down completely due to it. I can't even carry myself to do what I'm supposed to do due to serious chest pains.

With all the symptoms of bad health, I need to visit hospital for care. So last week, knowing he was about to travel, I went to remind him of my salary so I can visit hospital. Since I know he's someone with anger issue, first, I pleaded he shouldn't be mad at me for approaching him concerning the matter. So he pretended to be calm but the moment I mentioned my salary, he went mad and emptied the whole glass of beer he was drinking on me, not minding the white shirt I was putting on.

Not just doing that, he stood up violently as though he wanted to slap me (have done that before) and that was when I shifted away from the place, with my whole body in mess.

The following day, he travelled. I thought he was going to pay me (even pay off) before traveling but he didn't.

With all the abuse and more going on in the place, I want to stop the work even though I have nothing else at hand now.

Some people are saying I should stop the work forthwith and "treat his f"up", but I don't understand what that means and I'm not ready for anything violence or will lead to someone else.

I just want to get my 2 months+ salary immediately so I can go to the hospital and check my health. I know how I am feeling inside me and life is only one. He can keep his job with abuse.

I suffer severe menstrual cramps and it's really taking a tow on me. Like I no longer look forward to having my menses because of the pain and discomfort that comes with it.

The only thing that stops the cramps is felvin but it makes the flow three times heavier than normal to the point that I'll start feeling dizzy. The last one scared me cos after taking felvin, on the second day I was changing diaper every 5 mins. (Yes I use diaper cos pad no longer holds my flow. ) At a point I stood up and it's as if the whole blood in my system gushed out and I nearly passed out. Now, I didn't use felvin this time and the flow is normal but I've been crying from pain since yesterday. It's like labor pain and im tempted to take felvin but when I remember what happened the last time, I'll ditch the idea.

Solution to this is birth control. I am talking from experience. I used to have menstrual cramps so painful that I’d literally crawl on the ground. You most likely have endometriosis but it’s only known for sure after a laparoscopic surgery. If left untreated, it may cause problems for you in the future. Those problems include fertility issues or sometime the blood may shift & attach to other parts. If for instance it attaches to the lungs, every month when you have your period, the tissue on the lungs will also bleed causing the lungs to collapse every month. See a gynecologist. They may put you on the pill or depo shot to completely stop you from having a period. The dizziness is caused by iron deficiency from the heavy bleeding. Start taking iron tablets & iron rich diet. Make sure you see the doctor because anemia will cause you fatigue and other issues. The theory of pain disappearing after child birth is a far fetched story without scientific evidence.

Luckily after a very long wait time, the USA Embassy in Nigeria called the wife for interview after 2 years in the year 2022.

She went for the interview and was not given the Spousal visa or Green card or whatever they call it

They told her to get more evidence of their marriage as the Visa Officers were not convinced they were married.

They fixed her to come after 2 months from the first interview date.

Before the second interview date, my Uncle in USA fell terribly sick were he could not speak atall.

They could not communicate with themselves at this stage.

She went for the second interview after the two months and was not given visa again.

My Uncle's case got worse that he was even brought back to Nigeria in January 2023.

Now my question is this, in such case, can the wife still get the USA Spousal Visa on her own at this stage?

What can she do to still get the Spousal Visa from here?

My Uncle is still in Nigeria as we speak.

The goal now should be to focus on your Uncle’s recovery. After that, she needs to start putting together the evidence required by the Embassy.
1.Pictures taken together before the wedding, during your Uncle’s visits as proof that the relationship wasn’t fake and they knew each other before the wedding.
2. Copies of passport stamps as proof of his visits or copies for both of their passports if they met in a different country, travel itineraries, hotel reservations etc.
3. Emails / texts and call logs proving communication before marriage.
4. Financial support proof if she received any. This should be through receipts from Western Union or Bank. Joint bank statements if they have a joint account ,
