Serves Ngige right!!! Ngige you more than rigged the Anambra wayback you stole another man's mandate so I feel no pity for you even if you are being cheated out presently! *****tongue out****** |
Got my Jamb admission letter in 1999 to study my first choice in UI at my first attempt.....truly hardwork pays! These days all these boys are just day dreaming about how to poke this girl or that one and sagging their 2K jeans to show their dirty boxers instead of reading their books they rather look for short cuts.....somehow I appreciate that their socio-cultural milleau has changed drastically yet that is no ample reason to wanna put the cart before the horse! Every age had its own challenges too! Sleeping with a girl in her early twenties is the easiest thing as many of the girls are really cheap, broke and empty-headed without a clear focus in life, peer-pressure and the psychological curiosity for adventure makes it a walk over! Sad but true, You don't even need to have a car or a crib or cash sef all you need to have is the same empty-head that way the communication is easily understood! But then the government should really put structures in place to get lads and lasses profitably engaged this will definitely abate this social misnormer Mature peeps are individuals who have have ripened in self-awareness, sef-dignity, are capable of taking responsibilty for their decisions, are largely independent emotionally, economically and psychologically! You may find them in any age range as experience have shown me that age is but an indication of how long you have existed rather tham that which you have lived! |
Trouble dey sleep inyanga go wake am na wetin hin dey find..... You can tell a girl wey her eye don tear yet u go dey ask am out what do you expect ? A saint!? Cmon your longa throut no gree you and when the bill come u con dey cry like nollywood actressMost of these guy complaining and coverging on how to deal with them 'bitchy' girls are just under-age chaps who want to do adult stuff when they have JAMB and semester exams to write! When two mature people are dating the entire story is not what I see here....so much complex issues, puppy love drama SMH Thank God ASUU is calling of the strike today!!! |
Well Fashola is to me a hardworking and a visionary adminstrator but he is hardly a sincere leader but then it may be due to his relationship with the power-consumed Tinubu! A sincere leader does not want to do all the job that needs to be done; for instance why does the state government tar street roads which is for the local government; right now the ministy of works from alausa is mending the street gutter in my neighbourhood!!!! If APC can not be taken seriously by me until they allow the local government take care directly of there areas! Local Governments are so messed up owing to the vampirish presence of the corrupt state government! |
Based on the fact that Ngige won at the senatorial level 2 years back against a figure as Dora, rigged or not! It only shows that he has a strong machinery running but the gubernatariol is a larger battle field and the APC platform being percieved largely as one that is anti-igbo is not going help matters! I will want Ubah of LP to win, Nigeria would do with new crop of young and outta-box-leaders God Bless Anambra! God bless Nigeria!!! |
Having being a nairalander over the years, its been a source of getting the latest gist about the goings on in Nigeria and globally and braodening my scope and engaginging in mind-sharpening arguments...... I have had some thread talk backs, enjoyed the posts of many, missed the presence of posters like Lady, met exceptional posters like WAM; wondered what becane of posters like Inked Nerd....she was just everywhere then; made the front page twice when frontpage was frontpage...... I realise that of all I never forgot this topic not because its relatively recent but because it raised a very key issue in our today's society; as much I loved the thread I never posted in it but it just got me thinking and searching myself 'Is marraige an achievement?' https://www.nairaland.com/1072113/marriage-achievement What nairaland thread have you found difficult to forget? And why? |
Victor waifo confessed that his hit track 'if you see mami water eh never you run away...." Was sung to gim by a live mermaid at the Bar beach |
I presume OP is trying to thread the path of chastity that's a good one....stop wondering you will be respected, aren't you enjoying the freedom that it comes with it? Trust you don't want to live like your peers who live like those west african dwarf he-goats!!!!! |
.at the monastery! Went to clear my head in the chapel one day and I met the novitiate mopping its floors all pure and beautifukl....I took my chance, scribbled my heart in a note and squeezed it in her hands, Just wanted to express to her what I felt on beholdingher charm so that I would be free within if for mothing else.... After three months I got this call telling me she has discerned her call and she wondered if we could meet sometime....everything ielse as they say is history ....we are tying the not Easter Monday next year!!!! |
@ those missing the point at the Pope's gesture of touching that man with that genetical disease vis a vis that doctors and nurses also could touch the same man! When a nurse or doctor touch that man it is first a professional touch nothing humane about it; they are just doing a job they are paid gor nothing more! But if that same nurse and doctor recognises in thatr sick patient another human person needy of love, acceprtance and compassion then their touch would reach not just the diseased skin but their heart! We take everything for granted especially the important ones......imagine if nobody dared to touch you becaused of some condition you are living with or even cast a gaze of importance and freindship towards you....how could you live? This is what is called unconditional affection for another: I embrace you; I accept you; not after changing you but just the way you are!!!! Have you ever touched those beggers with mangled limbs across lagos streets before? Or have even dared to gaze right into their eyes as give them money......that's the miracle Christ would have you perform everyday. @those demanding of the Pope a cure.... Mind you The Devil/Anti-Christ perform signs and wonder but they can't love!!! And that's what Pope Francis did |
And this makes front page? Seun is it thy cousin's car? |
80% of indians, lebanese, pakistanis and chinese in nigeria are involved in one illegal smuggling or the other. the truth is they bribe their way when ever they are caught, even efcc and nafdac get paid handsomely by these foreign hustlers a.k.a investors. i remember when a lebanese shop was raided and ammunition discovered, few days later the news faded away and we nigerians never mind asking what happened. we are too busy going about our daily business that we care less about what foreigners do in our country. I ve been to many countries in and outside africa, i saw how jobless and lazy their citizens are, they are too lazy to work, they treat their women like sh...t, and when they see foreigner work, dress well, drive cars, got married(to their women) etc, they become extremely jealous. either they protest foreigner are taking their jobs or they accuse you of drug because you are making money and snatching their women from them. finally, nawaoo for our naija guys,, of all countries why india india wey dey use bicycle for commercial transport I would rather relocate to my village than live in india.
Your comment is balanced but for the last about india using bicycle for public transport......I source high grade from india which no industry in Nigeria can produce and its not even a sophisticated product.....I am proud of india's industrialiasation and growth in areas of IT, automoble, medicine amongst other things.....I condemn the killing that happened in GOA not because a Nigerian is involved but rather a human life was taken with obvious malice |
Women are damn too mysteriuos, secretive and deceptive at will. My 49 cents is that you just take a breather, use this time to do other things, laff with her, take her on dates, go for a holiday, make her relax and let her open up more to you that way you guys will be living in the same world and all these issues could be easily resolved. Sex is only a way of creating a connection with your spouse and there is a limit to what it can do; there is certainly sth buugging her but she can't tell you and that's probably becos you guys are not the open to each other which is so uncommon. You guys should approach an experienced marriage counsellor to help bridge the poor communication gap; the lack of se.xual interest could be symptomaniac of other bigger ailments in your marraige. Commit all to the hands of God SURULERE |
No man is ugly if his accounts is fat and shapeless |
All this 'D Banj is vindicated, Dbanj is gloating' talk..... Am I the only one that watch Dbanj declare on Time Out with Tee A two saturdys back on a special live show that He DBanj has realised that DJ is the best producer ever. And who has grought him to where he is today mentioning Oliver Twist as a proof! He amazed the audience that his upcoming album is being produced by Don jazzy!!!! Anway for moi I can't wait for this lyric-less phase of the Nigerian music scene to disappear so that good music would take root |

carujmonella: This is a nice post(to a great extent) from a man who married a ghanaian woman and have lived in ghana long enough to beat his chest and say he knows deep rooted knowledge about the two countries' lifestyle. So what's african in calling a fellow african a fvcktard becos you don't share there opinion!!! African inded |
Thanks for your response! Cos for me I like getting information from an inside How are u able to verify that Leader Olumba Olumba is the Spiritual head of the Universe.....one thing I can sense that. He is spiritual |
Nice post @OP.....all correct Waiting for a lady to render similar advice a young man in his twenties |
pro01: That is the part that pisses me off the most. If you are so 'oh this' or 'orh that', why not remain single, or divorce the man immediately you observe/experience what you feel yiu cant live with(out)? ??I enjoyed reading through your post as it brought a number of elements that is overlooked but I can see you overlooked the fact that women 'win bread' too; some women don't need your money cos they make more money....stories abound where women single-handedly foot the marriage expenses; women contribute in the wooing process firstly by the way they carry themselves, they work harder in taking time to appear well, at other times by the green light they give subtly, even the stress they make us pass through is only a test to verify our intentions.....if u were a woman you would not just say yes to any guy who walked up to you and tell u they like you! Point in focus: that a man is expected to woo the woman, pay the bride price, win the bread....that is his role by default just as it is for a woman to conceive, carry the baby to term, nurse him and worry their souls out about things only mothers alone knows! Infidelity is as wrong for the man as it is for the women. FYI women are becoming like men in their se.xual behaviours they too are messing around like men without investing their emotions in the act! |
I'f she wAs not into the husband why did she marry him in the first place? Atimes is the men! You know this lady is not really into you; you know she has this streak ur heart warns you about, intead of courting a bit longer or cut it off u defiantly going into marraige as though that will resolve everything. Just hope singles are learning the lessons inherent here! The husband shouldn't have posted pictures on the net, that was not needful;.....he that is without sin let him cast the first stone!!! |
Genotype, yes Genotype did!!! |
The Super Eagles is the Number One Brand on the shelp of the NFF abd they dare to toy with the wages of the Brand Manager!!! For Keshi the issue on ground like he said is not the matter of him being broke or being able to meet up with his financial responsibilty but rather of the regard they accord him. It is even disheartening going by his track record of achievements. This just shows that the helmsmen at the glass house don't love the game art all, they are there for their pockets and at this point the FG should look for a way of methodically flush them away......no wonder the NPL is so dull and unattractive |
Have watched a televised sessions of the brotherhood of the cross and star....kindly throw more light on thw following: In tclear terms how is Olumba Olumba regarded?GO? Senoir Pastor? Etc |
Gergio...biggest dawg eva liveth! |
tonychristopher: but that's a fact its sub consciousness if u listen to.music like enya,Julie inglesias, yanni placido domingo etc that's music for enlightened minds and I know that 90% of you haven't heard of it. its an intelligent mind.music. but if you listen to blues and rhythms you tend to be calculated and motivated but if you are a hard core rapster and these terry g bullllshittts you tend to be an everyday average idiotsVery intelligent post there. I am a die-hard documantary fan. Most have David Attenborough! We are essentailly what we like: face it! |
Knew this topic will touch some raw nerve! A mind that enjoys classical music gats to be a very refined one...... Anybody can wriggle to Terry G cos its quite base; the inspiration is base, the beats is savage, the lyrics lack the creativity of genius, so how can it appeal to an intelligent refined mind or seize it in awe? |
A thief is a thief, Man or Woman!!! The leadership issue of Nigeria is the problem of the value system entrenched in the pyche of the Nigerian you'd meet outside the corridors of power. Money is the ultimate index, and how is made is not an issue these days; until service delivery, respect for the human dignity and reward for hard work becomes the new mentality, Nigeria may never make it out of the woods! |
My main issue is not with the dream per se as impossible and unattainable it may sound especially going by the fact that a University is a as good as the brain power and tradtion within its towers! His dream should be raising Godly intellectuals who will make a difference in their immediate part of the Globe. Its not by by gra gra! Rome was not built in a day! |
