RomanceRe: Men Are Getting Weaker And Women Are Getting Stronger by addictiv(m):
The fact remains that men have refused to do what's right, Men are naturally designed to be leaders, protectors, providers, to set an example, to serve others selflessly. However many men have neglected these roles out of selfishness, pride, and greed. Men now manipulate, intimidate and destroy. Men now use the physical advantage they have to abuse and batter women, use their wealth to intimidate other men and use power to subjugate others. Most males don't even understand what being a man means.
Being a man means control n restraint over your hormones, emotions and actions in the face of toxicity, Being a man is calling out bullshit as it and being firm when the need arises. Being a man means loyalty and refusing to compromise ur standards. Being a man means patience with people. Being a man means strong work ethic, discipline, dedication and hard work, Being a man means leadership and courage in the face of life's rigors.Being a man means showing love and kindness. Being a man means service to mankind for the greater good. Being a man means being fair and just irrespective of who is involved. In the past men only cared about making life better for everyone, now they just care about their bank accounts and big behinds. Men created the foundation that women are building on today. To be a man means to be the best version of mankind

How can a security expert differentiate between malicious and legit traffic? They both request the same webpages.
Also, it's not as if the bad guys are bruteforcing the server. They are accessing the server from different IP addresses simultaneously.

And also its not like these servers can be accessed from a website
Actually, I was referring to the case where you vote from home. What is the point of e-voting if you still have to visit a polling station?

thats why I would prefer bank servers cos they are more secure and No bank will allow just anyone access no matter how much they want to bribe them with
DDOS has nothing to do with security. Even if your server is highly secured, you can still be ddos'd.
DDOS just means that a server is bombarded with bogus traffic from 100's of 1000's of IP addresses. That keeps the server so busy, that legit users cannot load the webpage.

So on voting day, if the servers are ddos'd, voters cannot load the webpage, and hence, cannot vote.
If you know the solution to that, please share it.

Russia did it to Estonia a long time ago. I don't know how Estonia overcame it.
The constitution says people must come out to vote. you are talking about about online voting. that's different from e Voting and more secure to implement. Estonia uses voting machines .. similar to using atms as voting machines.

Really? And what if their cars get stolen? And i happen to see the thief, how would i Identify the Vehicle..
.
You know? here in England it's Against the law Not to make your car plate visible.
The car has a plate number, just that it is covered. if its stolen you can identify it through the number or other features known to the owner. however most of these cars are usually official vehicles and I have never heard of a stolen official car.. never. its like thieves purposely avoid them.
There is no logic behind covered plates. Its because they don't want to be identified where they go, that's why they use it.

Why da hell would Anyone want to cover their plate numbers? Nigerians and Stupid behaviours.

What if you are in danger? how can your vehicle be Indentified?
so that they can carry out unwholesome practices, jump and drive against traffic, intimidate other road users and not be identified.

The word unauthorized has spoiled the whole order. Who has the authority? Why should people cover the number? Even the President should not cover the number.
The president doesn't use numbered plates, The bulk of people who use covered plates also ride with police escorts. so who is fooling who. Even if they ban The use of covered plates, people will still use it and nothing will happen.

GraGra247:
Does your house help deserve your house for doing domestic duties. Men do domestic duties too and nobody rewards them for that.

And to be fair men reward their wives richly for whatever efforts she's making at home. They buy their wives cars, expensive clothes, jewelries, shoes, bags, expensive phones and expensive vacations. They pay her hospital bills and every bill accruing to her.

So to demand she gets the house he built alone just because of house chores she does is ridiculous.
such laws are created to provide a stable upbringing for THE CHILDREN. Not the woman, however since its assumed that the woman is the primary caregiver to the children, she's also included. She falls out of such category if she decides to remarry but the house now goes to the children and they can decide she continues to live there with her new husband... grin grin grin....
FamilyRe: Divorce Your Wife, Lose Your House To Her - Oyo Court Rules by addictiv(m):
etimism1981:
The man can appeal the case. I think the law is for the defence of the children. Women now buys property and register with their brother or sister name. Using their family name to build so that the man will not be aware. While they stay to struggle for the man property. A real man know what to do. Court is the final destination for such issues. If u don't contribute for my growth and u show no concern when l am struggling to build u cannot enjoy the proceed. Hell will let loose, court or no court.a
Why do u think a lot of billionaires and millionaires own charities and cooperations and will most of their properties to them. It serves as a means of shielding properties from divorce cases. If you must buy a house for yourself use a cooperation. The house is seen as a property of the company and not your personal property. However she can come for half of your stake in the company which you can also secure by using ur children as owners. With a clause that you ll oversee till they turn 18 or 35...depending on how you want it.
FamilyRe: Divorce Your Wife, Lose Your House To Her - Oyo Court Rules by addictiv(m):
Daboomb:
Before you and some perpetual divorcees start jumping up like you've just won the lottery, here are a few things you should consider:

1) Thus is a STATE LAW, Federal laws trump state laws.
2) Thus law is applicable only in OYO state, except you move to OYO state, the other party will challenge it's "jurisdiction".
3) This 1800 law is superceeded by the most current law, the 1999 Constitution, as amended. It will not stand on Appeal to the Supreme Court.
4) The judgement, if you take note of the Judge's words, is speculative, non binding and not routed in law. It is like her own OPINION on how things should be.
5) Most importantly, Nigerian men by now, should be seeing g the handwriting on the wall and know the direction women want to stir marriage!
Signs PRENUP before marriage or a POSTNUP agreement after marriage, to clearly define how property is to be shared when marriage fails, as it is very likely to fail. That agreement will invalidate any funny law as it is signed between two consenting adults.

End of story.
You are shouting prenup, postnup up and down. Such agreements can always be invalidated and thrown out by the court esp if it's one sided or can be proven to be done under duress. It happens a lot. If you must sign a prenup let it be fair to both parties. You can't sign a prenup that says at event of divorce, the woman goes empty handed even after having kids and expect the court to Honour it except maybe the grounds for divorce is proven to be infidelity, the odds may be favourable . As for postnup nobody ll even look at it.
PoliticsE Voting In Nigeria by addictiv(op): 6:20am On Mar 02, 2019
The last presidential elections was marred by violence, unsavoury practices by INEC staff, security agencies and political parties. The looser is not the candidate who was beaten, it's the Nigerian voter who was disenfranchised. I have always been an advocate of Electronic voting and I think it's time Nigerians joined in on the discussion. There are a lot of different views as and I feel we can educate ourselves and help sensitise those around us. What everyone wants is credible elections and as it is now voting papers, ballot boxes, manual collating of results cannot give us that. If Electronic voting systems is implemented and deployed rightly, maybe for the first time in this country the vote of every Nigerian will count.

For those advocating electronic voting, the only problem I see with it is DDOS. I don't know what the solution to that could be.

DDOS is the same as ballot box snatching, where people won't be able to cast their votes.
DDOS can be easily be mitigated against by ensuring that industry grade firewalls and secure servers are used. Also a team of cybersecurity experts should be on standby. The voting machine takes care of authentication and accreditation but it can also be done manually as backup if necessary. And also its not like these servers can be accessed from a website. The hacker has to go to the location physically making it easier for him to get caught. Except he is working with inec officials.. thats why I would prefer bank servers cos they are more secure and No bank will allow just anyone access no matter how much they want to bribe them with.

even US elections isn't perfect...accusations of rigging with the help of facebook owner is there......electronic voting will be worse.. just find a very good hacker
At least there will be no ballot snatching, massive thumb printing, shooting and beating of voters, E voting cannot be easily rigged except with the help of top INEC officials themselves and even at that a very good forensic and digital footprint search can prove if the system has been compromised. No system is perfect but E voting will prevent loss of lives and waste of billions in printing materials and will also help with collation and save time... we won't have to wait almost one week before we W know who worn... E voting is very simple to deploy.. for instance imagine if we could vote with ATMs used currently by banks. Currently all banks in Nigeria operate a closed n secure system. so for a hacker to hack a banks network, he has to physically enter the bank and gain access to its firewall. No bank will willingly allow that.
However I have it on good authority that INEC has E voting facilities already, they are just waiting for a bill to back it up for it to be used.

this is how we should be thinking. the problem we have in Nigeria is that we have so many idiots. Who can no longer reason for themselves despite all the degrees and certificates they have gotten. You can't just announce somebody the winner of an election without valid data to back it up.

To all good guys out there.. be true to yourself. Dont let any stupid stereotypes make you deviate from who you are. You might not get any reward for it. But you ll cultivate something lacking in many men today....morals and strength of character..... Be nice to people, it goes a long way. In a world filled with hate and trepidation, a little love can change the course of someone's life forever.

BTW.. being good and being a weakling/pushover /spineless are two different things.

hahahaha you have a point judging from my personal experience with them... This subject is very deep... You are tempting me to go deeper, but let me try and go a bit deeper...

So, let me share another encounter,... Call her Miss T. She is different from the other character I mentioned earlier... I have had direct encounter with Miss T and I later became close to her family which made me know more about her, siblings and what lead to her birth by her eartly mother....

Miss T is a Princess in the other world... Miss T was very close to me, exactly two years before we were close, there was an incident that made me know that she wasnt ordinary although Miss T didn't know about that incident, but I kept it to myself... So , when Miss T and I were close, there were some stuffs I told her of which she was surprised... She opened up to me about herself, and even went as far as revealing some of their modus operandi....

That is what I may partially agree with what you said above .... I just feel like stopping here.... There are many things I haven't even written here but you have a point...

Note , few years later I was very close to even her mother and siblings and I knew it was right in the family... I don't want to expose much...

But I understood more about their modus operandi from Mrs T... Finally the person you are chatting with has first hand experience in "Marine" , "Witchcraft" and "Occultic" related stuffs just by association or whatever... Somethings I know, even Nollywood has not done a movie close to that before... Lol... Yeah true...
nigga pls... save all these I don't want to expose much B.S for little kids. There is nothing to expose. Mermaids re figments of the imagination of drunk sailors.
