The fact remains that men have refused to do what's right, Men are naturally designed to be leaders, protectors, providers, to set an example, to serve others selflessly. However many men have neglected these roles out of selfishness, pride, and greed. Men now manipulate, intimidate and destroy. Men now use the physical advantage they have to abuse and batter women, use their wealth to intimidate other men and use power to subjugate others. Most males don't even understand what being a man means. Being a man means control n restraint over your hormones, emotions and actions in the face of toxicity, Being a man is calling out bullshit as it and being firm when the need arises. Being a man means loyalty and refusing to compromise ur standards. Being a man means patience with people. Being a man means strong work ethic, discipline, dedication and hard work, Being a man means leadership and courage in the face of life's rigors.Being a man means showing love and kindness. Being a man means service to mankind for the greater good. Being a man means being fair and just irrespective of who is involved. In the past men only cared about making life better for everyone, now they just care about their bank accounts and big behinds. Men created the foundation that women are building on today. To be a man means to be the best version of mankind |
you beat someones daughter anyhow because she's dating you. I just pity you.. one day you ll get what you deserve |
WarriAproko:thought I was the only one that saw it... |
into the badlands.... I just love the widow...her fighting prowess is second to none.. she s probably the best swordswoman in the series... wonder how she pulls it off with those heels.. but it can't be compared to GOT... GOT is on a class of its own.. |
unikwa:The constitution says people must come out to vote. you are talking about about online voting. that's different from e Voting and more secure to implement. Estonia uses voting machines .. similar to using atms as voting machines. |
Short girls are a physical representation of trouble. They manifest trouble like its their mantra. If you want peace of mind, avoid short women even if her name is peace. |
Op better find a girl there who is used to the system and understand how things are done... |
gypsey:The car has a plate number, just that it is covered. if its stolen you can identify it through the number or other features known to the owner. however most of these cars are usually official vehicles and I have never heard of a stolen official car.. never. its like thieves purposely avoid them. There is no logic behind covered plates. Its because they don't want to be identified where they go, that's why they use it. |
gypsey:so that they can carry out unwholesome practices, jump and drive against traffic, intimidate other road users and not be identified. |
simhost:The president doesn't use numbered plates, The bulk of people who use covered plates also ride with police escorts. so who is fooling who. Even if they ban The use of covered plates, people will still use it and nothing will happen. |
My question to yorubas is how do you claim ownership of something you have sold? |
GraGra247:such laws are created to provide a stable upbringing for THE CHILDREN. Not the woman, however since its assumed that the woman is the primary caregiver to the children, she's also included. She falls out of such category if she decides to remarry but the house now goes to the children and they can decide she continues to live there with her new husband... .... |
etimism1981:Why do u think a lot of billionaires and millionaires own charities and cooperations and will most of their properties to them. It serves as a means of shielding properties from divorce cases. If you must buy a house for yourself use a cooperation. The house is seen as a property of the company and not your personal property. However she can come for half of your stake in the company which you can also secure by using ur children as owners. With a clause that you ll oversee till they turn 18 or 35...depending on how you want it. |
Daboomb:You are shouting prenup, postnup up and down. Such agreements can always be invalidated and thrown out by the court esp if it's one sided or can be proven to be done under duress. It happens a lot. If you must sign a prenup let it be fair to both parties. You can't sign a prenup that says at event of divorce, the woman goes empty handed even after having kids and expect the court to Honour it except maybe the grounds for divorce is proven to be infidelity, the odds may be favourable . As for postnup nobody ll even look at it. |
The last presidential elections was marred by violence, unsavoury practices by INEC staff, security agencies and political parties. The looser is not the candidate who was beaten, it's the Nigerian voter who was disenfranchised. I have always been an advocate of Electronic voting and I think it's time Nigerians joined in on the discussion. There are a lot of different views as and I feel we can educate ourselves and help sensitise those around us. What everyone wants is credible elections and as it is now voting papers, ballot boxes, manual collating of results cannot give us that. If Electronic voting systems is implemented and deployed rightly, maybe for the first time in this country the vote of every Nigerian will count. cc lalasticlala |
unikwa:DDOS can be easily be mitigated against by ensuring that industry grade firewalls and secure servers are used. Also a team of cybersecurity experts should be on standby. The voting machine takes care of authentication and accreditation but it can also be done manually as backup if necessary. And also its not like these servers can be accessed from a website. The hacker has to go to the location physically making it easier for him to get caught. Except he is working with inec officials.. thats why I would prefer bank servers cos they are more secure and No bank will allow just anyone access no matter how much they want to bribe them with. |
babyfaceafrica:At least there will be no ballot snatching, massive thumb printing, shooting and beating of voters, E voting cannot be easily rigged except with the help of top INEC officials themselves and even at that a very good forensic and digital footprint search can prove if the system has been compromised. No system is perfect but E voting will prevent loss of lives and waste of billions in printing materials and will also help with collation and save time... we won't have to wait almost one week before we W know who worn... E voting is very simple to deploy.. for instance imagine if we could vote with ATMs used currently by banks. Currently all banks in Nigeria operate a closed n secure system. so for a hacker to hack a banks network, he has to physically enter the bank and gain access to its firewall. No bank will willingly allow that. However I have it on good authority that INEC has E voting facilities already, they are just waiting for a bill to back it up for it to be used. |
this is how we should be thinking. the problem we have in Nigeria is that we have so many idiots. Who can no longer reason for themselves despite all the degrees and certificates they have gotten. You can't just announce somebody the winner of an election without valid data to back it up. |
pullman.... if you know you know |
very nice course... Add AI, data science, or cybersecurity skills to it and the world is urs. Look beyond Nigeria. |
To all good guys out there.. be true to yourself. Dont let any stupid stereotypes make you deviate from who you are. You might not get any reward for it. But you ll cultivate something lacking in many men today....morals and strength of character..... Be nice to people, it goes a long way. In a world filled with hate and trepidation, a little love can change the course of someone's life forever. BTW.. being good and being a weakling/pushover /spineless are two different things. |
Has Buhari called or texted Atiku to congratulate him? What is he waiting for? I forgot he doesn't know how to send text message... ![]() |

Story Story..... Just pay their goddamn pensions and retirement benefits, begin with that... |
maisauki:The birth of a new technology usually signifies the end for the previous one. Crude has done it's part but we have something better now.. with the rate manufacturers are going EV those 21 years is too much for a global total shift. A sensible govt will start now to plan for the next 21 years. Cos time waits for no one. |
