Hence, a dysfunctional criminal legal system kept an innocent man in jail for six years..........This Is a blatant lie from the DPP and the Lagos State ministy of Justice..As a legal practitioner of long years in service, once a legal advice in a criminal matter is issued from the office of the DPP, the next step is for such advise to be issued on the police commissioner and a copy is forwarded the the Court.i.e Magistrate court.and having received by the magistrate, it would be read in the open court to the hearing of the defendant i.e the accused person to the effect that he is either having a case to answer or not...it's never the duty of the police to forward it to the court but the duty of the dispatcher from the ministry of Justice ,Lagos state.same is applicable to all states in Nigeria...the negligence and laxity emanated from the ministry of Justice and not the department of police..Thanks

But the defendant was never produced in court again after his initial appearance.

So please, which would you advice one goes for between the LG Inverter and the Panasonic Inverter AC?

The first set of LG Inverter ACs usually developed faults within a year or 2 of usage.Had a friend who got 5 of them for his house back in early and within 2 years had to repair 4 out of the 5.

.I personally had similar issues with one I purchased but thanks to the 2 years warranty,the faulty component was replaced for free by LG.. Just be sure to keep the receipt of purchase.The more recent version of the Inverter AC(dual cool) have been much more better though.

Was the installation done by their Technician pls?

A soldier will definitely belong to a division, brigade or specialised fighting unit.

You cant claim to be floating. How are orders dished to you? How is your fighting coordinated if you claim you dont belong to any unit.

I think the reality is that you have been drafted to a unit. Maybe it is periodic troop rotation from the front that is rightly the issue.

Also, I dont think it is right to draft full complement of recruits to the front. They should be made to face battles in batches, integrated with experienced battle hardened soldiers.
