philip0906:You must be a heartless fellow. A human being committed suicide and because the authorities claimed he was convicted for sexually assaulting a minor, you think he does not deserve any sympathy. You must be a saint without blemish. I am sure you probably have your own skeleton in the cupboard too. Because its hypocrites like you that come off this way until the wind blow over to unravel your secrets. |
Basher8583:I like your mentality. That's the way I feel sometime that we Nigerians like running away from our problem instead of facing it. |
daddytime:But story also say he was also convicted for sex assault of a minor. So, he had more issues to deal with. |
Okoroawusa:Watch your back. The very thing you wish another man that is just will come back to consume you. You will be lucky to last till January 1. It's called Karma. |
I want to believe the police but my personal experience with them says they are probably lieing about the man mobilizing thugs. Some years back I had several trucks used for business in Lagos. One day a team of police stopped one of the drivers in Lekki area and demanded a bribe. When he refused to give them anything they seized his car battery. Thankfully I was on a visit to Lagos then and I and my brother went to the scene and met the police team that included a women. They insisted on collecting bribe. At a point I was trying to mentally memorize the name and ID No of one of them and while walking away I attempted to write it down. The policewoman came toward me and gave me a slap but she missed. I left the scene. Later my younger had to go to the police station in Ajah with the driver. Both of them were arrested and their story was that I assaulted the policewoman. Imagine! My poor brother and the driver ended up in Alagbon prison and were charged to court for assault. Meaning they could end up in jail. Thankfully I have a lawyer friend who attended court proceeding with them and got them bailed while that went to court. Nigerian policemen are criminals, so it's hard sometimes to believe their stories. Even though I want to believe that the lawmaker could be reckless here based on what we know about public officials. We should leave them to deal with each other. They are both members of reckless institutions and part of the inept and corrupt government system we have. Let them sort out their problem among themselves. |
Yahoo-Yahoo senators. They rob peter to pay paul. |
Kingspin:There is no difference between both religion. The first ship that was used to transport slaves from Africa to the West was named "The Good Ship Jesus". And we are well familiar with history of slavery and colonialism. https://redorchestrarecords.com/hip-hop-hold-up-blog/blog/the-good-ship-jesus-the-beginning-of-the-slave-trade |
Buhari's $23 Billion dollar request may be connected to something criminal and mischievous as this. Maybe they want to establish an Islamic holy land throughout Nigeria. The way things are going, something is cooking from the North to South. Anyway, all foreign religions, including christianity and Islam, must go for Africans to have peace. Or have you ever heard of an African traditional religion priest forcing someone to accept a deity by force. They have both carried out mass killing and subjugation locally and internationally. We need to be left in peace, not pieces. |
JubrinElSudan:Stop acting like an Idiot. Watch this video to understand why I used that term. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KfSMr8-fn8k |
healthserve:What's all this? We are talking about currency and folks are talking about Cush or Ham. |
Yujin:If what you are saying is right, they are just waiting their time. And you think Nigeria will accept that. Nigeria control 75% of the subregion commerce. Even France can't do anything about except to continue to destabilize Nigeria via arming foreign herdmen that go into Nigeria to cause ethnic tension or supporting Boko Haram underground. |
GidiWoodsMan:Just listen to yourself. I suppose you are still "tied" to your mother through an umbilical cord. I do not mean this in a abusive way. How in heaven in this 21st century will multiple nations put their reserve in the hands of their colonial master who prints their currency, use the funds as loans and all others. Grow some balls "Man". This world is not for the coward who do not want to brave the challenges of human existence. The black Africans seem not to understand the fact that its survival of the fittest. France do not give a shit about you or all of Africa. They are only after their interest. Start looking out for yours as Africans. I have dined and wined with these hawkish-minded people. They also take advantage of their own less fortunate people. Here, people are kept in debt for life. Now some are introducing home loans of 100 yrs, from one generation to the next. And you think people like this give a damn about your existence. Grow up, Man. |
Why confuse ECO with what these francophone countries are doing with their CFA franc. They are two different things. Eco is for the entire subregion including Nigeria. Except if you argue that it is prelude prior to launch of ECO. Introducing ECO is the only way France can't challenge this because they know that ECO currency include Nigeria which they have no control over. Now you understand why France has been sponsoring Boko Haram to help breakup Nigeria, as well as supporting Biafra in the civil war. A weaker or smaller Nigeria mean total domination of West Africa by France. So, when we agitate for breakup of Nigeria we need to understand global politics as well. The entire subregion and the whole of Africa will be doomed. |
Oloriburuku senators that want to spend N37 Billion ($105 Million) on senate building renovation rather than cut down on their spending to ease off pressure on expenditure and provide more for capital spending. These people are the kind if people that leave their children and great grandchildren in debt. Can one trusts Buhari with $23 Billion. Or is he planning to go bury the money in Daura for his Hausa-Fulani people. |
RealSleek:And when put money in people hands in Form of their salary you are indirectly promoting commercial activities since this will increase their spending which lead to more job creation. Compare that to not paying salaries and diverting funds to over-bloated projects that only keep money in hands of few. The money that will eventually find it's way out of the country. This guy know what he is doing. Infrastructural projects will follow soon and I can trust his sense of judgement. I am not even from.Oyo State. I only schooled at UI. |
madridsta007:Democracy can only survive if there are much more literate and well educated people than there are illiterate. The inverse is the case in Nigeria. So, that's the problem. |
Flier:Ajimobi that collected N5 Billion from the state account and spent it until it remained N19k just 3 weeks before leaving office. Under Ajimobi, there were 60 bank accounts being operated by the state govt officials. Just imagine the leakages. |
The title should be "Companies and Government Agencies Yet to Pay N41 Billion Tax to FIRS". Normally companies and govt agencies do not need to be forced to pay taxes. Its after they refuse to pay that they are forced to pay with civil suit as last resort. Stop making a fool of yourself because you are attempting to demonize an agency or its former head. We all know this is what's about. Obviously, Nigerians are stupid as you are assuming. |
It just shows that many Nigerian establishments are a joke. Obviously it's a typo from the web-master but it suggest they never took the time to crosscheck errors after the site was completed. It reflects on them how things work inside same establishment. |
Mr Man, why write all these trash after the man was let go rather than when he was still in position. This seem like trying to justify his exit. |
Waakanda:This target foreigners and surely not their own citizens. Unlike in Nigeria where citizens are unjustly regarded as enemy no. 1 even without investigating. |
scribble:Even the killings carried out by fulani herdmen is economically driven, what has Buhari govt done about it. His DSS could storm a court to arrest just one person but would close its eyes to the atrocities of his kinsmen. Hell awaits him if one exist. |
Xcely:You have a point. It's like trying to remove the speck from the eye of your friend while ignoring the log in your own eyes. America has huge the problems the world is not seeing except you live there. From continued high-handed incarceration of blacks, as well as rampant mass-shootings that target immigrants like mexicans. Nonetheless, Buhari is a tyrant religious bigot. This is coming from a former Buharist. He has turned out to be the "disappointment of the century". |
They look so dejected. Are not happy to be home? I was expecting to see some smile like "thank we are back home". |
Jack500:You got it right perfectly. How can one be so hypocritical to the point of pointing a gun in one's direction rather than in the opposite direction. Is this because of the so-called self-hate some blacks practised. Really sad. |
bluebay:Serious govt don't operate refineries. Apparently Nigeria is a socialist country in your mind. |
salford:The way the western media propaganda work make most people outside Africa to think Africa is filled with unintelligent people. How many among the ordinary citizens know that Nigeria official language is English. So, they will overlook those errors. Too many mugus in the West. |
cococandy:But this is a relative. Even if it's a stranger, you treat them as yours. The problem is some people are just wicked. It boils down to upbringing. I remember we had a male household from Benin Rep. He was like a brother in the house. We ate on same dinner table and was also enrolled in school. Sad part was that his parents came to take him saying he wasn't sent to Lagos to get education. God knows where he is now. |
You did not over-react. You did the right thing. One shouldn't close his/her eyes to the wrongs that spouses does. Because the outcome will affect all. |
A 1950s TV episode in the US tell us about a conman called Trump who was trying to convince and con a city that only him could build a wall to protect a city from an impending meteor shower. Tell me how a wall would protect one from a meteor shower. Original 419. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuSkACnDpQs |

Sick Nigerians that "put Trump on their heads" as if he is their father. He does not know you exist. Go and fix your own country first. I don't know how one support a president that attempts not to follow the rules. One who tried to scam his own citizens by using their money to blackmail another president, telling the Ukranian president to publicly make an announcement on CNN in order to extract a public comment from him that he thought would hurt his opponent politically. He is fighting to continue to hide his tax records, and using his office to promote his businesses as well as that of his kids. The kinds of leaders in Nigeria is what fits you as they are African versions of Donald Trump. If not for the strong democratic institutions in the United States, Trump would have been a dictator. See this 1950 version of a conman called Trump.who wanted to build a wall ... coincidental https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuSkACnDpQs |
