The pictures are clearly photo-shopped.

1. The shadows of the cows are not consistent, some are long while some are short.
2. The shadow made by the tree is very distinct due to a bright sunlight, however the shadows made by the cows aren't (there is even a baby cow that had a longer shadow than an adult one!
3. The "After" pictures gives the photo-shop away! There is no way the ridges wouldn't have been disturbed after such number of cows had been grazing on them.

I thought the man said he read her comments. She never criticized his war on corruption nor implementing the TSA nor his infrastructural development, she only criticised his "command and control" economic policies which never worked in his time as a military head of state and it isn't working now.
Oby is one of those people that learn the theories but aren't wise enough on when and how to apply it. All economic policies have their uses, which is why there is not only a single economic policy in the world!

"Command and Control" as she called it is just what economist called "Fiscal Control Policies", which is the other side of the Free Market Economic policies. The 2 have their uses and benefits, it takes a wise one to know which to apply at different times.

Let me illustrate. In a group consisting of a chicken and 4 dogs, and one of them must be sacrificed. The Chicken might be encouraged by the West to insist on democratic principles of voting as the basis to choose who would be sacrificed as that is a world accepted principle of fairness.

However a wise chicken, would insists on using the other universally accepted mode of selection called "Drawing Straws". For that way, the chicken would have a chance at survival as the only outcome of voting would be the demise of the chicken. The detractors of the chicken might call Drawing of Straws archaic, but that is what would give the chicken a chance at survival.

Let's be honest, even the savings, Buhari still met 30 billion dollars. Even if he didn't meet hundreds of billion, the little he met, what can do with it?
It's simple, he that's is faithful in little will be faithful in much. It's a spiritual law, so all the excuses is unfounded.

I don't believe in laying up gold for someone to come waste it as we saw in the last administration.

The real prosperity in in creating wealth and there is so many ways to do that but greed n conflicts of interest is also what is holding the present government from doing needful. Why depend on what ur predecessor left when you could generate ur own. That way, there won't be any frivolous spending.

Even if Buhari saves so much at the expense of the masses welfare, what's stopping someone coming to waste it all moro...

Let them create their own wealth, it shows how competent they really are, simple
I guess Jonathan created the country's wealth or savings of $30bln when he in fact inherited a Savings portfolio of $65bln.

Your logic is confounding!

Every damn thing GEJ handed over to Buhari has dropped including Life of the citizens; happiness dropped, Economy dropped, Naira value dropped, Security of life and property dropped as Fulani herders and DSS are running amok.

It will take Fashola more than 2 years to understand power generation and distribution not to talk of managing it.

A lawyer in a wrong place.
Thankfully you couldn't list Savings as dropping. Imagine what would have been if GEJ had Savings to hand over to Buhari after all the 5 years of bountiful oil export at higher prices.

BTW, the Corruption handed over has also dripped.

Is Glo/Mtn/airtel as costly as it was before? If not that NCC is still corrupt, it would have be even more cheaper

How much is simcard plus registration now?
When Etisalat came on board it ran for a year or two without profit,

If they have made the light distribution like telecoms - a street/area/zone can chose who to subscribe to then we would have seen fast improvement in the power sector but its still Monopoly(in another format)
Whether Etisalat made profit is not the issue, at the end of the day, customers have to pay for each debt of Etisalat and also pay for their investments. Profit is simple: Revenue - Expenses!

Light distribution is not like Telecoms and can never be like Telecoms. So if you decide to change from one Disco to another, would they run a new line to your house from Egbin (in case you are in Lagos) or would different Discos run different lines to each street to accommodate customers on their own networks?

Remember, you see MTN, Glo and Etisalat masts all beside each other and sometimes to even share the same masts. Do you expect to see different power lines for different Discos across the nation?

The Discos are corporate entity... what they are doing is collecting money from customers to fund their capital investment. that's is fraud. charges to customer are to cover operational cost and then profit. Capital investment should be throu equity funding, loans, debentures etc.
So your second option makes no sense. You have to provide the service and base on quality , you increase your tariff. It is only absurd that you think customers should pay for you to get money to invest in your own business. it is only happening because we are corrupt and indolent nation
Do u know how many people will say for services not rendered through so called estimated billing ? that is fraud
Is MTN or Glo not collecting from customers to fund their capital investmentshuh

Or is there any business out there that is not collecting from its customers to find its capital investments?

Hmmmm, when people compare Apples to Oranges, they would only get confused.

This is a case of comparing a Mr A that went to Lagos from PH for N8,200 and a Mrs B that went to the same Lagos for N24,800, by simply saying "both went to Lagos". Na dindinrin sense be that if one went by Road and the other by Air.

Cross River Monorail is using rails on the ground, while Rivers is a suspended rail with up to 100 pylons.

Also, the Cross River monorail passes through virgin lands whereas the Rivers monorail is through much developed choice areas of PH with the added cost for demolition and compensation.

Wike is better advised to leave politics and complete the project, he should learn from what Lagos is currently facing today as it abandoned its Metro in the 80's. At least now, Lagos is back constructing its Blue, Black and Yellow lines of rail transport. If he thinks Amaechi committed fraud, then probe him and charge him to court seeing as Amaechi has no immunity.

Did he give you any written notice to vacate the house 6 months before the expiration of your rent? If he didn't then take the matter to court. That will buy you time or you can plead with him any option you fit choose
Please most people misinterpret this provision of the law. It actually applies to both parties!

If your Landlord wants to eject you, he would give you 6 months notice.
If the tenant wants to renew, he should also give 6 months notice.

So if neither party gives any notice, it is deemed that both accept that the tenancy agreement will lapse at the end of the Present Contract.

So OP might be better off negotiating with the Landlord.

Corruption grows like grass in Nigeria since 1960.
We are just scratching the surface. At this rate we will spend eternity trying to uproot the tough 'grass ' while the economy and other services suffer.
These corruption exposes may be good news to some but I'd prefer news about how the little we have is being developmentally deployed while the corruption fight continues in the background through institutional reforms and moral re-orientation of the citizenry.
You are the kind of people that when you are told that you are pouring water into a basket, which is why there is no water in it, you would say: "I don't want to hear it is leaking, just put more water in it!"

The economy of the nation will not and cannot grow or improve if people in authority continue to steal public funds. Good roads will be a mirage, quality hospitals will remain a dream and the Naira exchange rate will continue on a downward slide if we continue on the path of stealing and corruption.

My brother if you are truly objective, then I am sure that you can also testify to the fact that you cannot compare the level of education in the south to the North.

Are you trying to compare the level of poverty in Niger and Chad to Cameroon and Benin? Many Nigerians would rather migrate to Cameroon and Benin than to remain here. You can't say the same thing in the case of Niger and Chad na, who wants to die of starvation?
Many times, the one that asks another to be objective, is actually not being objective!

Being objective will show you that where the population census says that the Northerners outnumber the Southerners (rightly or wrongly, that's the stat) then one will know that "45% of 80 Million", will be higher than "60% of 50 Million".

So you might be saying that the 60% is higher, but in actual fact there are more educated one in numbers in the 45% than the 60%. So, you might want to take your own advice and be objective.

This is quite funny, are you considering the level of education in the North? Or should standard six primary school graduates be given positions meant for qualified graduates? What has been the North's attitude to Western education so far?

I remember going to a military hospital to visit a relative and the male Nurse who was from the North, could not read the prescription given by the doctor.

362 is very fair considering what is happening presently, now if you are from any other region besides the North your chances of getting such jobs is highly unlikely. Between many so called Northerners are from Chad and Niger this is why the population of the North seems higher than that of the South.
Now you are being sentimental rather than being objective. What is the level of education in the North? The people that entire the universities yearly, don't they graduate?

There is a difference between "Fair" and "Constitution". Are there no Southerners that are from Benin or Cameroon?

When IWEALA was the finance minister, she adviced that the excess crude money be saved for raining days but APC members led by CHIBUIKE and OSHI-OMO- OLE rejected the idea and insisted that the money be shared amongst the 36 States of the federation. They sued her to court and won.

Now that the raining days is finally here, the same crooks who objected her prophecy are the same ones blaming her for the Nigerians ECONOMIC DOWNTURN.
Nope! YOU should actually be the one to get your facts right! You need to follow the chronology of things to know why they are and therefore know who is actually to be blamed.

GEJ inherited and Excess Crude Account in the region of $17Billion in 2009, by 2011 the amount dropped to $13 Billion.
By 2012, the amount in the Excess Crude Account was $9Billion, and all these were despite the $22/barrel difference between the budgeted price and the actual world market prices.. This implies that GEJ through Iweala was carrying out unauthorized withdrawals from the ECA and short-changing the other strata of government.

The State Governments thereafter decided that rather than have FGN taking from the money, it was better to share it so that everyone can have their due allocations. So in essence, the Governors were forced to demand for the sharing because NOI was looting the ECA.

And that is after paying about 60,000 Naira for the meter that they are required to supply for free.
It is irresponsible of this government to allow these DISCOs to be stealing from the citizens.

The Single Phase meter is 39K while the 3-Phase is 76K. However, it is NOT to be provided free of charge as the consumer pays for it everywhere. MTN would not buy you a phone to use on their network, why do you expect Energy companies to buy you meters to use their services?
