As a Nigerian i make bold to say 80% Nigerians are thieves and opportunists looking for the next victim to scam. It's even worst when dealing with them online. And this does not exclude corporate thieves as well. The remaining 19.8% or so are potential thieves, they just haven't been opportuned. 1 Like |
