@ sukkot

Why name it swallow ? Why not "carb" just as meat,fish/seafood are called "protein "

I was at an African restaurant and the waiter asked what protein do I want? I was like beans ? He was looking at me and we both started laughing grin

Hope they have paper and pen for customers to leave comments. That's how you improve hospitality and restaurant business.

Good you tried it and brought us "good news"
Go back and try the native soup and let us know.
Good morning.

Nigerians rarely travel to the UK without papers because we don't even consider the UK a typical place for hustling. Most Nigerians move to the UK through education and job routes.

If you want to see where Nigerians overstay their visas, go to the US. The glory and opportunities of that country wouldn't even let you return to your shithole grin

If you are living at home, then move out.

I see no reason why you should be in their eyes daily after 18yo. 18yo, straight to college. Graduate and start working. Then rent your own place and be making your own decisions. You are at their home so move out. Send them email, text or call every now and then.

They can reply ya email and add marriage requests and prayers. You reply or delete grin

Bad role model of a fake pastor. Who siddon and listens to this one again ?

Let him wait till wifeys children start growing and all the fighting and jealousy plus breaking bottles on his head.

He should be pastoring in bed since he doesn't know how to control himself against the power of pussies/cunt.

Almost all of Nigerian men beat women!

A woman should make efforts to leave the marriage if there is violence ( emotional and physical).

This thread made me grin

I wish Nigeria policemen are that good to help the women out of violence relationships.

Good thing Nigerian women are fighting back by leaving...not many are divorcing but it is a good beginning.

If you serve chicken head 🐔 and chicken intestine (asides Gizzard) to a visitor to your home, how would you think they'd feel?
If you're okay with it then I guess you're not Nigerian or you're from a minority tribe that I may not know of in my country. Because the Nigerians that I know of will not serve chicken head 🐔 or intestine to their guest (unless requested).
It depends on the way you cook and present chicken head and gizzard. A nicely made chicken gizzard with habanero, onions, spices, garlic, ginger etc kiss

I will like to try SA food.
My Kenyan friend made chapati and corn meals sometimes.

Cooking habit is somehow like Hausa minus the soups. Vegetables oil or ground nut oil for their cooking. Not palm oil.

I used to think yam, cassava and palm oil are all over Africa.

There's no such thing as organic section in the Nigerian food market. 😌
Also, we eat fruits in their season.

Hope you don't do fine dinning or romantic out eating some peri peri in Nigeria because if you do, you may be eating 3 day matured chicken or fish.

sukkot:
let me tell you how this story went down . So I don't like standing too long in the hot sun and so I timed it to where it was like 7 pm before I took off because it's just like a 5 minute walk from my place. As I started walking I noticed I started to get hungry but hey it's Hilda baci right ? She is cooking for everybody right ? Huge mistake. I should have bought snacks on the way. So when I got there first of all it was like maybe 3000 people there and so the little food she is cooking you have to fight for it and secondly when I got there she was supposed to officially stop cooking an hour later so basically the cooking had somewhat stopped and so there was no food in the whole venue. I walked around looking for food but there was none. My stomach was aching from hunger lmao but what they did offer was this beer company had dropped millions of free new beer, beer with a sweet lemony twist called flying fish, and so you can get as many bottles as you want for free and so I thought maybe if I drank that it would quench my hunger and guess what ? It worked. I was able to stay there for 2 hours thanks to that beer that filled me up. Then I also took 4 bottles home with me lmao. True story cheesy
So you drink alcohol ? Ciroc, Jack D ? grin
I thought those being cooked in spiritual realm don't drink.
Do you use hemp?
I think i need old rum Bailey on the rock cheesy

The coconut candy fried with icing sugar. The one fried with melted sugar tastes burnt and bitter to me. Every single snack in that photo is still being sold on the streets, nothing throwback about them
