I don't know how to answer this. Maybe I'm gifted with a higher IQ than some people. I've always been among the best academically. Started taking first position in primary school. I'm always fortunate to move among the top scholars gang (heck of a mixture). But I believe many more others can graduate with a first class or sharp 2.1 if they understand what is required at each level..... I think like 80 percent of Nigerian lecturers are straitjacketed. Some students know more than their lecturers hence poor grades. The most serious student in my class had a 2.2 but he's doing very well overseas.

Any student who block his way to make a First Class is only prosponing the evil days. From the way you spoke, I am tempted to believe that you also blocked your way towards making a First Class Honours.

I only implied that I didn't struggle to make a first class. Maybe I also blocked to make a distinction in my MSc under a very competitive atmosphere. You don't know me and why I had to take this pain. The Nigerian education system is generally wack and as such I don't give much fvck about graduating with a first class.

You know what I mean. I always had this notion that one can't block or sort to make first class. Going from 3rd class or 2.2 to 2.1 might be a no brainer. But I was wrong... My seniors had once lamented to me how some of their mates results were tampered to move to first class. Even back in undergraduate days some pointed someone who's results were influenced and he's privy to it. Just last Nov I was in school and a lecturer told me he's angry with one of two first class graduates cos he blocked some causes. Imagine when you've seen results and on presentation you're seeing different things and the vetting is generally poor.

Okay, before you say I'm pained, I graduated with a CGPA of 4.68 and only number 1 of Op's survey fully applied to me.... The rest were a remix to different degrees. The bae I had feelings for was thousands of miles away. I love the library cos it's the best place to expand your mind but I wasn't going there to read to pass as I found out after 200L. In fact I didn't know anything about first class until after 100L and I had only 1B grin

. But I read for Africa... Overall, I'm very playful (IDK Y) and my friends are amazed cos they see me so unserious but always on top.

When I PH in MMM I was paying people like Timothy in Aba, Amarachi UNN student, Livinus in Port Harcourt, Osazuwa in Benin, Wale Adenuga, Ola, even some funny ogoni and ijaw names I can't remember. Same when I GH. Had a nice conversation with some peeps, made friends and so on. The whole MMM concept dope hence so many copy cats. I still have this feeling from my conversations that many people with frozen mavros and those who canceled their PH in the wake of this palavar will still PH to take advantage of the current promo. Most are targeting the last week of the year.
At this point I like to go with like or share for or against.... Lol cheesy

Nevertheless, don't be deceived. The top top jobs are positioned for the top top students trained overseas and specialized training institutions in Nigeria as well as few selected federal and private schools. It's harder for some CVs to break into some jobs. So position yourself.

Government bad, government bad but people are still making it big time.

A lady friend of mine recently hit jackpot in fabric business. My former coursemate invested in just rechargeable fans and he has made a comfortable living. One is in South Africa dealing on artificial tooth, nails, and body accessories. I personally know someone who's an "environmental contractor" in Uyo. He has made so much money that MMM can NEVER give and he has PEACE OF MIND.

Other youths are setting up schools, tutorial centers, training centers, traveling agencies, bookshop, paper mills, saloons, malls, parks. Some are learning skills. Those who are employed are investing in pure water business, clothes, shoes, dry cleaning, books, pouches, white sand, etc.

Yet some are stuck in MMM! I WEEP FOR MY NATION'S FUTURE!

Bros, not all MMM participants are stuck in it. Some of those happening youths you mentioned are into MMM and the scheme have made some people have their feet, and found businesses, invested in properties and so on. I'm still hustling and on the look out for tangible legitimate money making ventures yet I don't have 10% of my money in MMM and I won't lose much if the worst happens.
I don't know why some people choose to only concentrate their energy on the negative.

I decided after a point not to comment or propagate MMM but this recent update forced me. I have been banned 2x on nl when I posted sarcastic comments on MMM threads that the mods deemed to be promoting the scheme.

I'm an ordinary participant of MMM. I remember telling one of my friends yesterday that MMM is only trying to survive this Xmas period. He have over 600k stuck, I have over 90k stuck payment issues inclusive. Same money we made from MMM.
Now here is my take.
New PH were already warned or informed that they shouldn't withdraw before 30 days in order to enjoy the Xmas bonus. This scheme couldn't encourage more people to PH and so GH request will not be met in the following weeks.
If you're at least 3 months old in MMM and not greedy, I don't think you have any losses.
However, it would have been better if this measure was avoidable. Now, recent joiners will have a sour Xmas because of expectations cut short. The number of participants in this scheme could have doubled by next year if I go by the number of persons that have informed me of their plans to join as from January. Many old participants had also started making permutations and combinations for the coming year. All these plans are now in danger without proper education.
Finally, does this message imply that PH requests can be made but won't be matched till January? That will be another problem because as soon as they are matched, their mavros will be mature.
My advice the public should be well educated to avoid the negative BS. Also all new PH should be given a 30 day freeze till January ending and freeze duration reduced as needs be thereafter.
Please, Nigerians should deal with their greed and follow warnings and instructions.
I have decided that if MMM crash at any point in only my time and mb should be the only values lost so I PH with what I can spare

Normally my GH request gets matched in less than a minute. The rematch was about an hour from when the previous match 48 hours expired.

The rematch was for the lady who didn't pay.... My current wahala is the guy who claimed to have paid with uploaded "SMS alert"

I haven't confirmed o.... The guy claims to have paid via access bank since about 20 hrs ago. He said he can't confirm if the funds have been sent. Meanwhile I have checked my first bank balance more than 7 times till this morning via their SMS short code and mobile app. It's still showing the balance as at 2 days back. The guy's 48 hrs has elapsed about 2 hrs ago. I can't extend his time and I don't want to write support yet since they just rematched me for the one who refused to pay.
Any advice on how to proceed huh

relax guy u will be matched with another participant but next time If you notice any fake POP all you need is to go to the order, click on the half green mark then click on extend payment expectation by 24hrs. You will see a popup asking for reason, just type fake POP uploaded. The sender time will continue despite the POP uploaded, once the time lapsed he/she will be automatically blocked then the system will give you another sender. Don't wait until you see the yellow question mark, if you do then it's only CRO that can resolve such issues with sender presenting evidence of payment and receiver presenting statement of account

Guy, I'm facing a similar challenge but when I click on extend time, write my comments and click "confirmation", it's always bringing an error pop up that reads "file required" and there is no option to upload a file. Please, how do I overcome this before I get a yellow question mark?

I was matched to be paid by for persons, 2 paid, another lady said she's waiting for salary (her cup of tea) and then this who's claiming to have paid but uploaded a screen shot of an SMS alert that looks doctored. MMM wahala, more people to pay you more troubles. If it's the other way round I don't have issues usually. It's better you don't pay than to allow one pass through stress for their own money.

Nigerians are amazing. The integrity level is just too low. What can't all of you (theives and supporters club) learn form good stories like the following.

It was sometimes July, 2012 back @ Rivers State NYSC Camp. Then came the time for payment of first allawee (normally paid during the orientation program). Corps members were directed to come in 5s to collect theirs. So, we'd to randomly arrange ourselves in 5, some go with their friends and acquaintances in camp. The officer in charge paid each group with a bundle of 100,000 NGN and return #1000, leaving #99k or #19.8k each. This payment most continue till night fall daily and the crowd plus the long queues. Personally, I took a chill pill for the first two days cos I know I'll surely be paid.
One of the late evenings it happened that one of my hostel neighbors (our banks were side by side) and camp gang member (we did almost everything together especially mammy market things) went with his group to collect theirs. The paying officer mistakenly (no one is immune) gave him two bundles and my guy returned 1k, paid his guys and they left. I must mention that the person who hold his grounds that he have change to pay the rest normally collects the money. So, the other guys left and my friend quietly returned the 100k to the Nysc official. Imagine, for once that no one knew what ensued, he could have quietly walk away as well.
Next morning, my ibo friend (sorry i didn't say initially) was called out and honored during the parade. I'll never forget him also because he was the guy who bought two bottles of Gulder for me in camp. That was my first and last time of tasting that beer cos I was sick afterwards till two weeks after camp though I can't really attribute it to the beer or my blood donation to the Nigerian Army.

This thread should give you an idea of the kind of discussions and debates that followed. You'll almost believe this country will never change and I'm tired of prayers.

Please, let all of us repent from our shortcomings and represent this country better.

Okowa should return all funds he collected from PFAs and other fund administrators for civil servants in the state. Retirees and deceased beneficiaries are crying. Backlog of 3-4 years unpaid gratuities, pension and other benefits.

PDP is a pain in my ass.... Their regime greatly benefited me... APC too in the short while.
I'm currently jobless but not doing bad atm as such don't even need N-Power.... If u know what I mean.

This Delta matter no pure.
