EducationRe: What's The Funniest Reason You Got Kicked Out Of Class? by athorello(m): 2:05pm On Mar 31, 2017
Lol... Right from Primary School I've been wahala to some teachers, headmaster, principal, lecturers.
The results are punishments e.g uprooting tree stumps for gambling , flogging, sent out of class, banished from class or teacher leaving class or refusing to take the class for the rest of the term.
Just five examples.

Jss2: I answered our pretty Jehovah witness social studies teacher that the miniskirt she's wearing is an example of civilization.
Ss1: History teacher was sketching the map of Nigeria and I jokingly asked "Why Mongo Park go die?".
Ss2: Our winchi winchi Economics teacher sent me out of the class to go kneel down in the staff room for calling a female Corper by her name. She finally stopped teaching my class because she normally drop notes and teach less and I complained "Everyday copy copy". It wasn't funny o... Lol
Ss3: This Agric teacher used to copy "Prescribe" word for word. So in one of the class, as he's copying notes on the board I was reading from the textbook and pretending it wasn't me. I didn't know when he got behind me, gave me a heavy knock on my head and sent me from his class.
300L: My Nokia 1600 rang in Adolf Hitler's class. It was switched off but I didn't remember I'd set a reminder alarm the previous day.
Final year: I told this lecturer that there's a mistake in his solution to a problem he solved in class and also in his solution bank for the previous set. What follows goes thus... "Mr. Man, are you sure you're alright? Get out of my class". He later corrected himself close to exams. No be small insult I chop for this man hand. I remember how he insulted me in front of a junior female student because I carry my wahala go his office when ASUU was on a warning strike. Anyway, he was sacked few years after I graduated because of his dubious ways.

He doesn't need to apologize. This is what happens when people do good for selfish reasons. I help my friends both male and female without expecting anything in return. Some of these guys, their stupidity is in them like peak. I am sure he was hoping to embarrass her, but unfortunately or fortunately...it backfired on him.

I'm happy babes are getting sense. We need more to get sense and stop being parasitic. That's the only way guys like this can be put in place.

They buy you popcorn and think they can bend you anyhow like straw on top bed to administer prick from various angles. He should go and sin no more. For the sensible and responsible guys, the Lord will take away refurbished olosho from your path. cheesy
Let the guy be! He's realize his childish mistake cos not everything deserve a rant. If na by rant I sure say I fit buy 100 by 50 for one zanga based on if the rantz provoke the chics. LOL grin shocked Okay, come to think of it, if a guy is asking a girl out for a date let's not deceive ourselves s*x is on the table. Personally I have taken my female friends on outings on several occasions, such there's is an understanding. I used to have different babes that you'll think we're dating but luckily many of them are settled maritally. I passed through a phase where I was always telling babes I can't be just their friends. Now, I am seeking new babe friends. So apply if you are interested cos I miss those old days babes used to use me to pose, call me "my love" and say stuffs like "meet my husband", "my bf" grin shocked . I dey play rough play too o.

Nd all the people who ve commented so far ignored the most incompetent poo in the person of Ifeanyi Okowa ,this dude is a mass of sawdust who only knows how to commission shoprite and renovate parts of road with the inscription "tax payers money at work " at every possible junction so much that we re now tired of seeing all these.
N no

And when inspecting his shabbily patched roads, u will see him flashing his 42 sets of teeth like he knows Wat he is doing.

Public school teachers re on strike and the mofo is not even showings signs of wanting to end this impasse.... All he does is to sample his heavy teeth with his numerous hangers-on telling him all is fine in the state. Of course he is only there to line his pocket. just like his predecessors and so nothing else matters to him

Delta state has been very unlucky with governors with each new one plundering and raping her silly and as we speak,Delta state is in the Intensive Care Unit of Oghara specialist Teaching Hospital hemorrhaging and may be pronounced dead any moment from now...

Is Lagos not being governed by a mere mortal too?,he is even a Nigerian at that ....

I can wager with anyone that the 361 million dollars given to Delta state as her share of the Paris club refund will still be salted away almost immediately, the striking teachers will still not be paid, and civil servants will still be owed and no development will be done with it.. This is the trademark of the typical Delta politicians...
A Nigerian governor who doesn't place gigantic posters everywhere that he's working, is that one a governor? huh

Christianity EtcRe: 6 Ways Ministers Of God Can Avoid Scandals by athorello(m): 10:41am On Mar 15, 2017
Joseph Prince's teaching on fleeing sexual immorality will be help for here. According to him, the problem with most of us is that we're not fleeing. Run! Then he went practical. In his ministry, he doesn't encourage male ministers to counsel females since he personally do not do that. They have capable females. Then he gave an example of fleeing, maybe after service you enter your car and about to leave, a very attractive lady comes to you and request for a lift since you're going the same direction. What you need to do is you can compliment her like, you're very beautiful and attractive but I can't afford to give you a ride home. Here's money for your transport. Sometimes it starts from innocent intentions. What if someone take a picshuh The world won't want to hear. We're all red blooded men. It's no easy but as exalted ministers, they need to take their game to a higher level.
EducationRe: I.G Yusuf: "Mercy And Her Boyfriend Kidnapped And Humiliated Me" by athorello(m): 10:24am On Mar 06, 2017
Okay... My deductions... Mercy must have taken advantage of Mr. I.G.
Yeah, the terrain slowed him down at the junction he's agreed to pick her. He probably should have unlocked the front passenger seat for her to enter but nay, he unlocked all the doors for four guys to jump in before Mercy joined them. Whaoooh. What if the lady actually arrange for the guys to hide in her room before they came in like happened in Ekpoma few years backhuh
To those saying a lecturer will not go to a students house to sleep with her, I have seen that first hand. When the bubble burst because the boyfriend busted them, the lecturer also claimed robbery and assault but he was finally sacked.
That brings me to their popular defense lines when busted...
Kidnapped, assaulted and robbed
Kidnapped
Robbed
Seduced... Just wow!

Finally, it no use taking the laws into your hand because it can bite back really hard. If you must frame any lecturer up for his or her demeanor, you should have a very good legal back up plan ASAP.
Best route if you're a student in a civilized and responsible school is to use the school security apparatus.
If you want your case to draw great attention and be attended to with speed simply write to the V.C or head of institution via the Chief Security Officer. Most of those guys are trained no nonsense veterans. I have seen this work in cases of molestations, intimidations, sexual assaults, bribery and corruption, threats, etc from lecturers. You can alternatively involve the nearby police.
Going through your HOD or Dean, you may hit a brick wall and undo yourself.
Bad lecturers and students are vicious alike. The truth must come one day.

EducationRe: "The Truth About IG Yusuf's Sex Scandal With Grace, 400l IBB University Student" by athorello(m): 5:16pm On Feb 27, 2017
Some lectures are pathetic. This happened in a polytechnic. I'm going to make this sharp.
After his examination a lecturer took some of the scripts he was marking and his laptop and drove to see his student mistress. While there he received an urgent call and hurried off leaving everything behind. The babe's boyfriend came and met his girl in disarray (Remember the day firewoods refuse to cook the beans). An argument ensured, the guy was enraged grabbed the laptop and scripts and took them to the police station. DPO called rector immediately and he drove down ASAP to ascertain the situation.
After a while rector called Dean and informed him. I lecturer was summoned and asked to present his results which he boldly did. Long story short, everything was revealed to him with compelling proofs but Mr. Lecturer still went about telling peeps he was robbed. Finally sacked.
Most of those people are so pathetic. Oh! You haven't heard of the ones who ask female students to book hotel rooms and wait for them. Konji is real bastard my people. God help his solution.

EducationRe: 10 Reasons Why Federal Universities Are No Match To Covenant University (PROOFS) by athorello(m): 7:48am On Feb 23, 2017
Lol.... Op thanks for the enlightenment. Even though I rep Great UNIBEN, no controverting the fact that CU is a badass school. The facts speak for themselves and that's legitimate considering our archaic public schools with their myriads of issues. Encountered students, high-tech industry guys and some visiting profs to the school. I've friends from public schools that have gone to CU to carry out some research work because they were the only ones with the required facilities and equipments (could be vice versa though). Seen a public university lecturer vow that all his kids will attend CU.
For those who have been privileged to travel out or studied in any of the specialized institutes @UNIPORT, UNIBEN, AUST, etc you'll attest to the fact that there's nothing compared to learning in a controlled and conducive environment. Okay, I just told you that you can have the CU experience studying some specialized programs in some schools and they even share resources too.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Why Are Geologists The Most Jobless? by athorello(m): 8:14am On Feb 20, 2017
Jobs are limited because Nigerians don't consult the services of geoscientists to conduct geotechnical surveys for their buildings and construction works, sitting and drilling of water boreholes, mining industry is at its lowest, etc. The few jobs are held in the private and government corporations. Since they are multimillion dollars entities to break in you must be at the highest level of knowledge and technical expertise or "connection". To start up private practice in the Geosciences space is very capital intensive. That's why most businesses here are owned by veterans from industry and govt. To even get an advanced degree or professional training is through blood. As a result, many have delved into other areas to survive.
But if it's your destiny, God will surely make the way for you. So keep pressing and developing yourself.

PoliticsRe: Discos Rejecting Load – Kanji MD by athorello(m): 7:23am On Jan 26, 2017
Good... These explanations doesn't sound like jargon to me cos I've had an I.T in a power generating plant. Our power problems are multifaceted. TCN don't even have the capacity to transmit if all the plants are operating in full capacity (not even 100%). Discos have problems distributing and marketing. Most areas under their grids don't pay electricity bills, most big men especially politicians don't pay their bills and they don't get disconnected. Most rural areas are hostile cos they hardly get the light and are incessantly billed. The Discos can't afford to give them power because most don't have electricity meters or even registered connections so it's a tug war. You won't buy what you can't sell. The whole system needs to be turned up.

N/B
That oga wey say electricity can't be stored, which school im gohuh Lol. I wonder how they run their emergency and back up system. Ok... What they should be looking out is large scale storage to avoid waste. I'm only a physicist, Power systems engineers to ti take over.

PoliticsRe: Why I Support FRCN's Governance Code For NGOS by athorello(m): 5:32pm On Jan 11, 2017
What I'll really love is a situation where current spiritual/religious leaders will become emeritus/spiritual advisors before their demise. In other words, there should be a clear succession plan so there'll be no vacuum in case of demise of founder/G.O. In fact they should have raised or mentored world renown leaders as well.
All ministers in the ministry should be bound to a retirement provision from active worldly positions. If the founder must enjoy all privileges till his or her demise, then there should be agreeable and binding provisions for the future. What is seen as a right today will become a privilege tomorrow.
Let's take a leaf from the early Apostles. Jesus proclaim Peter to lead his sheep but that didn't prevent the Apostles from making James their leader and head of Council. For our current church groups, their councils should be mandated to appoint new leaders following an agreed term. Contentions will always arise but founders and leaders should pave way for amicable resolutions before they leave. I don't want to even mention the various fightings and several court cases that trail the demise of religious founders in recent past and locally.
Now when you register your organization as an NGO you should be subject to the laws of the land. In this case it was meant to give room for accountability but many of us thought otherwise, meddling or witch hunting.
Finally, I don't think our G.O will lose his spiritual place in life and ministry by relinquishing a wordly position. He'll still be active in his ministrations (like I watched on TV during the Lagos state thanksgiving), tours and outreaches like the Apostle Paul.
So people of God lets keep calm!
