joelsekav:That's how it's supposed to me. There are good lecturers still. A coursemate once bought a pair of shoes for a lecturer but he didn't accept the gift. |
The guy man is the regular guy man. Na babe f.U.ck up. |
Please, please, tomorrow is my birthday.... Abeg make someone start this kind gesture with a guy man like me. I no get long throat 10k go reach me and tee ree friends flex. Na peppersoup and palmwine joint go win am for an EPL packed day. |
Unless they have graduated this is so wrong..My friend and I only bought wine for our project supervisor during convocation two years later. I know many project supervisors do ask for things like this. There's this lecturer who used to ask his project students to buy a computer for his office every other year. Lol... Maybe he wanna build personal digital library. Others do ask for flat rates 50k, and so on from their students and they'll still do nothing to facilitate your work. Most instances even lower levels students know what to expect from each assigned project supervisors. So they'll be praying to God to deliver them ahead but some will still fall in their hands. Na wetin I see for uniben and experiences wey my familiars don share with me. Other supervisors will take a flat fee and help you do everything including typesetting and printing. That's how a course mate and another friend did theirs in my final year. A man once shared similar experience of one of his wards at unilag. Similar stories are more common in the polytechnics. No wonder lecturers are building efufices it will take them 20 years to save for within a year or two. |
If it's from his own pocket or collective individual financial support, there's no cause for alarm. Else, someone wants to prove that government is charity. ![]() |

na wa o.... naija at 56. chei this op no join the wailers or zombies club? |
Prayers for Nigeria @56 I accept that change #ChangeBeginsWithMe. Let change start with their fathers. Let positive change permeate this country. Let all deceitful change preachers fall and die. Let all those who resist change be turned to ashes. Let kidnappers and assassins visit and terminate all our thieving politicians and their families who refuse to change. Let all sycophantic pressure groups, NGOs, wailers and zombies who refused to change be forever silenced and brought to penury. There are private individuals, businesses, NGOs, Pastors and Imams who are in position to make positive impact on the society but instead getting enriched at her expense. Let them be sent to abyss if they refused to change. Let all militants elements, IPOBs, NDAs, Boko Haram, Herdsmen, etc who refused to embrace peace for the unity and progress of this country be changed to dead bodies. Some people transformed this nation to this current state. They didn't prepare us for the raining days and right about now some are still holding large chunks of our common wealth, even laying claims on billions of naira with affidavits and other legal mercenaries. If they continue to be unrepentant, refuse to confess and change, let them be disgraced openly and suffer till death..... On a lighter note... Let all hard working and sincere Nigerians receive positive change and overwhelming transformation of their lives and families. Happy Independence Nigeria, my country, my fatherland. ....Let any nl mod or supermod who will not let this post hit FP be....... Lol ![]() Please, someone should help round up the prayers. ![]() |
Sometimes you can't understand why you have to get a regret mail from shell recruitment. The hustle is real. |
Kindly share the phone you've used for the longest period. For me it was Nokia E5, a year and 9 months. It came so strong and I rocked it like mad till I sold it after nysc back in 2013. Before and after then, I hardly used a phone up to a year. I made a vow with my previous Infinix hot note, no thanks to this recession but port harcourt people didn't help me. There's a friend whom I knew with Nokia X2 Express Music for at least 5 years. I don't know if he's still using it. Feels like Nokia should just come and take over again. FYI.... This topic is pursuant to the current trend (threads) and to encourage ourselves to value what we have in this time of recession. So, many phones we love to use but most are beyond our reach coupled with this current unslaught (iPhone 7 and co) not helping matters. |
To me nothing is going wrong or coming out bad from both quarters. Falana is only being a lawyer. Make claims (maybe bogus) that will lead to or cause a judge to rule for further investigation. A scenario like this played out when I went to the court last week. The counsel to the plaintiff made a claim and accused the defendants but the defense counsel appeared to have more detailed information about what transpired and how his clients were even suspecting the plaintiffs but he doesn't need to come out to accuse them. The judge then asked both parties to make more findings and adjourned the case. So, calling for investigation of how our common wealth was managed isn't out of place. Solude giving more details is the right step. They can call each other out but deep within they're both doing a national service. If not anything, we're getting more educated... Lol. The youths of this country should relax and learn. ![]() |
Meanwhile another biach with at least 4 confirmed abortions have married recently and currently pregnant. A month is really too short sister... Or maybe he's been trying to get you pregnant to no avail before you opened up. Your fiance might be like me only that I'm not close to marriage. |

The situation in ph warrants this appointment. I've always wondered why a state like Rivers have no working traffic light system. |
George Ekpemuopolo is the chairman of warri South West LGA. I used to think Americans are dumber in their reasoning. |
Recover all looted funds with high level of diplomacy. Outright banning of importation of all products we can produce locally and in sufficient quantities. I will hand off the petroleum industry save deep offshore exploration and production (should be owned by the federal government). NNPC, NLNG and the refineries will be sold off. Why should the government bother on citizens owning or fuelling vehicles and power generators ![]() Reduce the presidential fleet to 4 or 5 Full resource control Autonomy to LGs Revert state ownership of lands. I will leave industrialization to the private sector. Abolish quota system, let the best get the best. States and Mega cities should operate autonomous police in affiliation to the federal police. Every part of the country should be relatively safe for living and businesses. What the government should concentrate on Tax and tax the land Provision of quality public amenities Good transport system that will make people to abandon their cars Equip the military and other special forces to teeth. Education... Upgrade all public own schools, encourage private sectors to compete favorably, hunt for and develop talents, encourage grants, funds and scholarships from state, individuals and private companies, encourage practical exposure via students summer jobs and internships in both public and private enterprises. Revamp the Health Sector to provide good quality health care to all. Agric, agric, agric!!! Provides enabling environment for all businesses especially SMEs to thrive. Fight crime and corruption to a standstill using all federal apparatus in affiliation to all states and local authorities. Establish federal reserves in all states of the federation. |
So if in the future, DICKson is indicated with fraud and it's also established that the treatment and procedures in the undisclosed facility were procured with stolen funds will the kids be adopted by the state ![]() **Only trying to think out loud like some nl folks** ![]() We thank God for Rachael's miracle. ![]() |

What is a constitutional natural resource? |
As a full blooded Delta boy not missing on any bursary or scholarship was my calling back then. Only the first desopadec bursary was wuruwuru. Small wuruwuru never still end for that state o cos we no wetin dey happen. Even when you get some things based on legit matters people go still shook their head put say dem involve just to collect small bread. However, I encourage all qualified to register. Delta pays like maga. Just that after school street dry. State government and private sector jobs scarce. So our hustles are directed outward. |

NAIJ.com lists 6 key assets that are being considered for sale.I feel like I love this... Then we become full time rent seekers from the petroleum industry while concentrating on development of other sectors. |

I blame UNILAG's management for this... That's why I love my Great UNIBEN. The DSA and management are quick to respond to students issues. Several occasions before a protest will gather momentum, the dean or vc have arrived the hostel. What do students really need? Ask Prof. Eddy Erhagbe or Prof. Osagede (sorry notable from my two stint with the school). Have a relationship with the students, let them see you as a man of the people, sweet talks, more sweet talks and promises, propagandas if you like, make them understand the challenges, act promptly. This is where UNILAG's management failed. Besides, UNIBEN's security is the best there is. It's a general belief that any matter is taken to them must see day light. If you wanna protest about any wrong (especially abuse by lecturers), write the vc via the security department and your case will be well treated. I've met some really nice well educated security officers in the school. If you go through the gangs of lecturers, HODs, deans, my guy, you'll fall out a scape goat. |
Mou see ur life...

Although I was getting almost angry at his style, Buhari is fighting corruption the best way for now. Return the money and GO! Forget the courts and EFCC paparazzi. Abeg make person tell me how the 15M dolls take concern mama piece abi na the affidavit? Lol... Even Reno, the kid goat (Omokri) haven't helped us with this matter. Their fada! I be confirmed Delta boy and GEJ hater. Before your reach my mentions, I'm not a Zombie/Wailer cos Baba God will always find a way to position me to benefit something tangible from any government. Even my guy wey hate Buhari die dey get contracts and alerts upandan. |
Some peeps be dancing upandan. What I can summarize from the CBN piece is Threat. Some people feel threatened by MMM. Imagine huge cash movement on a daily basis from one bank to the other. So, they now threaten to arrest MMM promoters but will have no grounds for that. Shey MMM na deposit collectors or just a platform for linking willing peeps to help one another? |
