Religion / Re: Share Your Experience With Fetish Friends, Neighbor, Landlord, Co-worker Etc by ayandee: 10:27pm On Feb 08, 2020
I remember my secondary days. I had malaria and mum took me to the hospital. By the time, we returned home, I was very weak from the injections I had received and could hardly stand. Mum needed to get some items at the market nearby and didn't want to leave me at home all by myself.

Our neighbour in the next compound offered I stayed in her home till my mum returned. She's actually a nice woman. She led me to her children's bedroom. All seemed normal and I was beginning to doze off. Suddenly, I looked up and saw a big wall frame on which it was written "Reformed Ogboni Comfraternity" with a picture of her husband fully dressed in what I perceived was the regalia. I jumped up immediately. My fever vanished. I told the woman I wanted to go home.

She was surprised. I told her I felt better. Luckily, I met my mum at the gate. We had barely entered our home when i started telling her what I saw. She was also surprised.

pls, can an agency help in doing all these processes if I have the money. From the beginning to the end since am usually busy, except for days when I will be physically needed like ielts exams etc...

Reason am asking is that an agency in Ogun state claim they can help me procure 2 years work visa and I will be renewing it till am given permanent residency. Although everything will cost me almost a million naira and I will have to repay them if I have confirmed the visa to be genuine.

Although am skeptical about it, but I want to give it a try since am not going to spend any cash except for ielts. They will be in charge from start to finish without me spending a dime. I only repay them if am already legally working in CA.
MY QUESTION IS, DO WE HAVE AGENTS OR COY THAT DO THIS OR IF ITS JUST MERE HEARSAY...
It is a process you do yourself but if you insist on using an agent, I am very much available. But you will pay. I'm not doing work visa o. It's strictly the EE process. Will encourage you to pass ielts and evaluate your credentials, then help you fill the EE profile. Lobatan

Dear Ayandee....I would advise you not too be too worried if you are unable to get a letter of non indebtedness...my take on the requirement below (circled) is that they need to state if you have loans or credit. Where a bank has not stated this, it can be assumed that none exists.

What I would advise is:
A) do a one paragraph LOE (if it helps you sleep better) saying you do not have any loans or debt and that is why no mention of this is contained in the bank reference letter.
B) do an email to the customer care dept of the bank saying you want to confirm if you have any loans etc and scan the response with your application.
C) get your relationship manager to get one of the credit bureau print outs (I think there are 3 or 4 credit bureaux) for you showing you do not have any outstanding loans in Nigeria...careful with this though...the report is sometimes inaccurate/lagged and may show old loans that have been paid off.
D) go to the head office and ask for the branch manager, escalation often works.

You'll be alright. All the best!
Thank you so much. I eventually got it yesterday after a lot of drama. Left the banking hall at 7p.m

Why do you need a letter of non indebtedness? Did you take a loan from them and have paid up?

IMO, a reference letter detailing your account activities and POF should suffice for this journey.

I appreciate this warning. @house, which Nigerian bank gives letters of reference and non-indebtedness easily. Thank you.
I'm stranded in UBA right now. I have warned. Avoid UBA. You've worked too hard already for ITA, dont let UBA frustrate all your efforts

Please avoid UBA like a plague on this express entry journey. They've been tossing me around for the past 2days from branch to branch over my request for letter of non-indebtedness. My patience wore off and I had to shout. Dont put your POF in UBA. Be warned!

it was the mention of New Oxford English Course that caught my attention. I didn't intend anything derogatory. Saying he's old was a show of respect.

How can the owner of White House be living in a rough and local area like Somolu?

Like, White House is a damn big restaurant

Then again, if he is even living in Somolu, how come he is not living in his own house but a rented flat ??

I’m shocked
yes. I agree. The owner of White House can conveniently afford places like Oyadiran estate which is even closer to the restaurant and appears more secure. But death sometimes can occur anywhere.

This car has been my daily driver to and from work. It is very well maintained and in very sound mechanical condition. Superb engine, good gear, good shock absorbers, factory chilling AC. It is a buy and drive car. I'm selling because I need money for relocation.

Con:
Car needs repainting

Price N1.1m slightly negotiable

I did a simulation this morning. I and my other half both have masters. One WES evaluation sorted. The other from Nigerian Uni is taking ages. The Uni is Nigeria is really screwing us up (will try not to type what I realy think).

IELTS and TEF Canada sorted for me (hopefully):

Listening Reading Writing Speaking
IELTS General 8.5 7.0 7.0 8.5
CLB Level 10 9 9 10

TEF Canada C2 C2 C1 B2
CLB Level 10 10 9 7

I have conservatively projected the following partner scores for IELTS: SLRW 7, 6, 6.5, 6. Will aim to take IELTS in January.

473 with the above simulation.

I will wait for the IELTS paper results to confirm it matches with online results and then creat my profile.
I think you have great chances. Try to follow up with the Nigerian uni for your transcripts even if it means sending someone reliable to follow up the processing on your behalf. God will surely reward your efforts with ITA soon.

Na wa oh. I was expecting to score higher in reading and writing. Magic, magic.

So I do not plan to be spend any money on exams. Will create a profile with my TEF and IELTS results and if we are still very far we will go the provincial route.
