I will like to address some issues raised here.
- That southwest hate Jonathan and Igbos. This is a fallacy and far from truth. Was southwest not part of those that clamour for Jonathan to be given power when Yaradua was indisposed and the North was not ready to transfer power to him? Did southwest not vote for Jonathan in 2011 to start a fresh mandate?
Why was Jonathan not able to take a stand and convince labour on the need to remove fuel subsidy and avoid the one week strike then?
Jonathan's loss of power was done through the ballot via combined effort of opposition parties who merged together to produce Buhari. Nobody should blame Tinubu here cos he was an opposition leader and the aim of every opposition party is to take over government.
Your constant attack on Tinubu govt is welcomed and is needed to put the govt on her feet. You can continue to call out the govt for every anti-people policies, however note that to take over govt, it must be through the ballot system and not through the back door or calling for military coup just because of the hatred on him or his tribe. Everyone of us want a better country and the change start from you and me.

My wife works in a local government in ogun state. She brought 10kg Non for sale government palliative rice home. She told me the rice is many in their store and they refuse to share it.

Can you see that even when govt is making effort to assist the vulnerable, some people will still frustrate it. Imagine local govt officials hoarding palliative rice. Imagine him saying though they have ministers of defence but the north is not in charge of Artillery and Armament. So they think Tinubu is so loose that he will handover state house Artillery, brigade command in Abuja to the hand of northeners. Even if Tinubu will only spend 4 years, he should strive to reposition this country and deliver dividends of democracy to the people.

The fact is as long as the system does not favour them, they begin to antagonise the govt. See the likes of Dr Hakeem Baba Ahmed, special adviser to the VP on political matter, he's the type that do speak to power and condemn actions of govt that's anti- people, now that he has gotten a political appointment, let's see if he will be able to speak to the current govt.

Was it Tinubu that removed the subsidy? There was no provision for subsidy in 2023 budget effective July 2023 as prepared by Buhari. Tinubu only announced it that subsidy is gone. The economy is biting hard, price of commodities are going up, the govt should do a quick one on transportation to alleviate the suffering of the people. Every State govts should have rolled out buses that will charge insignificant amount to help the populace but our leaders are self centered and don't care at all.

Why did he refuse to conduct local govt elections during his tenure and you call him a Democrat. Why were doctors on strike for more than a year and he was never bothered about it? Why did he invest state funds in a bank where he has controlling interest?
