Eniitankorede:
That judge is making statements based on officially available results. Without any contest the results speak for themselves. He is making valid statements based on available results.
That is not the issue, the issue is, did APC complaint that election was rigged in the states mentioned by the judge in their argument, if not how would such a statement find it voice in the judgment. Am not a lawyer, but objective lawyers can help us.

On a serious note, "The mess Buhari brought upon this country is Legendary".
You people should stop name calling when important national issue that affect the welfare of Nigerians is mentioned, every regions have their own bad eggs, insurgency in north east, banditry in north west and north central, yahoo yahoo in south west, ipob in south east and and militancy in south south. But when someone talks, you people will be quick to call him or her ipob, is ibo no more part of Nigeria. This is the tactics being used; divide and rule that make our rulers not leaders to continue to break our laws with impunity, let unit and fight our common enemy. What Dr. Fayemi said calls for deep thinking and way out to ensure policies and opposition to policies were carried out for the benefit of generality of people and not only the political class.

The wright up raised some pertinent questions, one of them is a position of our journalist, on this, credit should be given to Rufai and Dr. Abati of Arise tv, Akin of channels is also trying but when he hit you with, in most cases he doesn't intermediate your response further, these media are always on the side of people, all other should emulate them. Also I want our incorruptible elite to rise and challenge bad system in this country, during even the military rule, G34 group rose up against Babangida and Abacha juntas and rescue our country from them, even our fearless justices at that time stood against them, but today, every strata of our society has been caged through bribe, intimidation and treat, to the extend that trade unions who have been delivering this country from unpopular policies has being completely caged through bribe, cohesion and judicial manipulation to stop strike. Also state governor has made themselves emperor in this country, to the extend that their impunity and wickedness had been brought to all levels of governance, they dictate who become president, governor, ministers, senator, Rep. Members, State assembly members even to local government chairman and counsellors. Now with this power what ever go against interest be it policies or law will never see the light of the day. These are some the reasons we are where we are today. Suppose we have some people like Prof. Osinbajo, Falana, Aisha Yusuf, Fatiroti, Datti Baba Ahmed and above all peter Obi, this country would have move forward.

The plot they talk about, if it is the students, I heard that Unilag plan to demonstrate because of fees increment on 6th of this month, asking VC to check them is not an option, the best option that can work is to revert the increment from inhuman 19,000 naira to 190,000 naira. This is about 1000% increment, these are the institutions that are being attended by poor but intelligent students. Even no private goods or services will be increase their price by 200% at a time but still expect any patronage. Let the VC of Unilag come out to tell us how much he paid when he was in university that makes him to increase fees by 1000% in his own time as VC. The most unfortunate thing is that all these money is being embezzled by them, let the efcc or any visitation panel ask how they spend money, they will be running from Pillar to post. DSS please help us to tell them to reduce the fees to same you of agony of quenching the protest from students.

Sometimes I just wonder why I studied law in this useless country!!

Justice has NOT been manifestly and undoubtedly seen to be done in this case!!

It's only a fool who will expect a fair judgement in this case!! The cracks are there for everyone to see!
I totally agree with you, they prevented live proceeding, but want to give live judgment, you dont need to be told that there is foul play in this. All the same we will all wait and see.

My own concern is not whether he graduated from CSU or not, but employing five lawyers to prevent the release of his academic record. Suppose at any point, any one intend to authenticate my B,School and other higher degrees, instead of blocking him/ her, I will infant direct him to where he can easily get all those information without stress. That is the only fair I have in this matter.

well some of you are probably, below 30 so you didn't experience, military regime, because if you do you not talk like this, check your history or Google how Nigeria was before military regime, especially before 1984 buhari took over, see in military regime just know you don't vote your leader o, they appoint to you who ever they like, and you don't argue with them,if you questions their leadership style, the kill the person, nobody can do anything about it o,no courts of justice o,
Every player in the military regime in Nigeria is a millionaire today till date, they all crumble Nigeria economy to their individual pucket, the only man who didn't steal public money
is buhari, that is why he came back as civilians and crumble Nigeria economy, what he fail to do 1984,in military regime you can't carry some hair style o or girl wearing trousers hmm
You guys don know any thing poverty was the other of the day you can't insult the president o even on social media,no freedom
But as much as we do not cherish military government, let it be known that when their military decrees are made no one violate it. But what did we have under our so called democracy, only the poor man is made to obey the the law, the politicians are above the law. That is why if you steal a goat, you will be sentenced to many years in jail, while politicians that stole billions are moving freely on our street. Those who did not participate in primary elections at their party level were given ticked due to their deep pocket, even those they shamelessly put on trial were released on technical grand, not because they are guiltless, where is the place of democracy in all these, African definition of democracy, is the government by few for the elite and by elites. If democracy must strive in Africa, rule of law must be applied to all.

The best coup that can happen in Nigeria is we the citizen against the rulling class.

Gen. Sanni Abacha is dead but till today Nigeria is still going around to bring back his loot kept in different part of the world.

We Nigerians, our first mission must be against our states governors. These people are our biggest obstacles to our development. We Nigerians must wrestle the local governments full autonomy away from the states governors.
I totally agreed with you Sir, our revolution to library this country must begin with our governors, right from Obadanjo time till today our governor have constituted themselves to a serious cabal, infant if we are looking for any cabal they are number one force. During minimum wage, from Obasanjo till date, you will see them complaining that they cant pay, while they enjoyed the emolument from wage and salary commission of the federation without noise, but when it come to that of masses, them no money only with exception of few of them. Nearly all of them have killed the third tear of government; the local government and sat on their allocations, the question is would they allow Federal Government to sit on their own state allocation? Let them answer it, they have turned themselves as semi god in their state to the extend that you cant become anything in this country politically without them, be it state assembly member, house rep, senate or even minister at federal level, and above all the number sit in this country, the president because they control state party structures. The question is how would just 36 people lord over more than 200 million people, we must try to proper gate ways and means by which Nigeria will be librated from their hands.

Let us please argue intellectually, in any society, it is leaders that make things happen. That is why leaders have cohesive power to compel followers to obedient. If according to your view, it is people who are to change, then if there is no leader to punish offenders, is it me and you to do that? In advanced nations, is not that people don't break laws, but if you break the law, you will face the music whoever you are, that is why you see former president Trump under trial.

What I dont understand is this, does EFCC established for yahoo yahoo boys, in as much as I appreciate their efforts in this regard, I would have love them to extend their tentacle to our politicians too, who are embezzling hundred of billions of Naira. For the past eight years government officials have converted state resources to their personal money. To the extend that many income generating agencies only generate money for themselves, including NNPC, which government relied on, that generate 80% of our national budget, but got to the level that throughout 2022, they failed to generate any income to government purse, yet their so called MD is working freely on the street. Let our law be a blind law that failed to recognize any individual. Let those that commit economic sabotage be made to face the music whoever they are.

His bank and others collected billions of naira to bail out their banks, but no one ask them to pay it back. We also heard of former CBN revelation on dangote refinery, that is why our so called businessmen always romance with our corrupt politicians.

The issue of NYSC for ministers has been finalised and closed by the court pronouncement on Adeosun's case.
The court said she doesn't need NYSC to serve. Afterall NYSC is service to the nation.!
If actually a judge had ruled on the above subject. It means our judges are setting bad precedence, because if any one is employed either in public or private sectors, if someone demands for his/her NYSC discharge certificate, this case in question may be referenced, and if accepted, then the purpose of youth corps is then defeated.
PoliticsRe: It’s Wrong To Be Minister While Serving, NYSC Tells Musawa by benjaminlawson(m): 10:47am On Aug 26, 2023
Why Nigeria is lawless is because those that swear to uphold the constitution of Nigerian are the brakes of the same constitution. How would the president appoints a serving copper as minister? Even if they are looking for a Clark, in government establishment, if the position is for B.Sch./ HND, you will see them include NYSC discharged certificate as preconditions for employment. How come a ministerial position was occupied without NYSC certificate. What were the duties of security agents that clear them and found them worthy of the positions? Does the principle of bow and go, include unqualified appointees. Our so called leaders have become law to themselves, and they are quick to blame other country for unconstitutional change of government, while there own actions and activities are full of unconditionalism.

Because among them, we have someone who laundered billions of Dollar for Abacha, governors that did nothing for their states during their tenure, and former minister who failed to appear before the parliament to give account of his stewardship.
