She could have been under some hypnotic influence you know. If you know some influence some human can wield on another to make them lose their mind and do things they would not ordinarily do you would think twice before saying that.

Your claim of not believing in karma means nothing to nature. You see, you cannot outsmart nature. When somebody like you says 'I don't believe in karma' nature sees through you and understand that what you actually mean is that you want to eat your cake and have it. You want to do evil without reaping its fruit, which is a metaphysical impossibility!
