NOwazobia:Oga what is the right channel for sending the so called reviews? Why didn't she send the 'review' or complaint to the company first and wait for their response before going to social media or better still, report her to regulatory authorities? The earlier we realise that freedom of expression comes with responsibilities and that there could be consequence for whatever we post on social media the better. It's either the lady was paid by some elements to spoil the brand's image or she was just being stupid. |
Nonny95:If you ask me, na who I go ask? You can rely on the one that favours the highest bidder or you can rely on the one that favours truth and justice. The choice is yours bro. |
otabuko:Eyaaa! Now that you have finally made it and arrived I hope you will pay Itel back by being a loyal customer. |
Bank of Industry - Yoruba CBN - Yoruba Ministry of Finance - Yoruba FIRS - Yoruba Customs - Yoruba, etc. These are just some of the parastatals amd Ministries controlling over 90% of Nigeria's economy and influencing the economic direction of Nigeria and they are all in yoruba's pocket. Let me not even go to security sector because the story is the same. No president in Nigeria's history has ever been this nepotistic, not even Buhari. |
I see. MyAmericandream: |
All over the world ladies from different countries keep praising and adoring Nigerian men and I keep wondering why Nigerian woman are not receiving similar compliments from men of other countries. Does it mean our ladies lack qualities that are worth adoring? |
Who cares? |
Maybe his babalawo advised him to govern outside his state if he wants to live long, who knows. Funny country dull of mad people |
CodeTemplar:Oga no government anywhere in the world can solve all the citizen's problem at once. It's good to at least start from somewhere. What Ebonyi State governor just did now is the real empowerment of the citizens. FAR BETTER than embezzling all the money or initiating white elephant projects that could end up being abandoned or wasting tax payers money to buy brand new cars for political office holders who already have fleet of cars as is so common in this country. Let's appreciate good things when we see it. The few he empowers now can also empower others when they stabilise. |
What did I just read? |
You could end up making your boss see you as someone who is overambitious and arrogant and a threat to his position. So take things easy. Be humble and do your best with clear conscience. Promotion will come at it's own time |
If ordinary 30k minimum wage that is not even enough a state like Bayelsa cannot pay, that state is a disgrace to oil producing states and should be scrapped and merged with any nearby state. |
I'm not even interested in his claim of Tinubu being fair but coming up with the term "three major regions" excluding the South from his so called major regions shows he is one of the problems this country has. Arthur Eze is one of those ethnic chauvinists who like to southern Nigeria as inconsequential in the scheme of things. People like him make militancy in Niger Delta justifiable and inevitable as the people of the region will always have to resort to the use of force to force the federal govt to recognise their contributions to Nigeria's economic growth and development and to prove that the region is just as important, if not more important to Nigeria's survival than other regions. You ignore the south at your own peril is the message Niger Delta militants will always have to drum into some people's brain. |
Nice job there from Aljazeera. So serious crime against humanity had to be commited and continues being commited just to settle the people of Israel in the land of Palestine. I can see hypocrites and fanatics who are not after truth and justice trying vainly to discredit the news channel. Will Palestine ever get justice? I suspect the current Israeli-Hamas war to be a set up by Israeli government to completely crush and wipe out Palestinians in order to seize more of their land. May God strengthen and protect the good people of Palestine. |
Igbos want your head. Is that too much to ask for? flokii: |

The unfortunate thing about this so called war is that about 90% of the people killed would be innocent, peace-loving people whereas the real trouble makers have gone into hiding or left the country and are no where to be found. I wish Israel good luck though. |
Ceasefire, peace and dialogue- these are what I expect sensible people to pray for in this war instead of taking side. Why do we have so many fools in this world? Israel should not be encouraged to commit war crimes in the name of fighting terrorism. Afterall, innocent peace loving people being affected from both sides are all God's children. |
NLCreator:I totally agree with this line of thought. |

LoL. All these silly people with their silly advice. If you cheat on your woman and she is mad at you just do transfer instead of feeling sorry for your infidelity and amending your ways. If you use abusive words on her, embarrass her or insult her in any way and she is angry with you just do transfer; don't bother feeling sorry for the insult. Don't bother apologising to her and don't change your ways. You are free to turn are to a punching bag and injure her but make sure you do transfer after that. She is not that complicated. She will forget about all the beating once she get an alert. If I have a daughter that tolerate any of the above nonsense just because of transfer I will simply drag her to a psychiatric hospital and make sure she terminate the union. By the way, If you are unmarried man, if a woman 'loves' you mainly because of what you are giving her you are in big trouble. She is in love with your gifts not with you as a person. Because once the gifts stop coming the 'love' ends! Am I saying men shouldn't spend money on women just to test their love? Absolutely not! The only woman worth spending money on with reckless abandon is the woman you are legally married to because she sacrificed the love and comfort of her fathers house to come and spend the rest of her life with you, she abandon her fathers name and bear your name, and above all, she bear and help raised your kids. That is the woman worth spending money on without thinking twice because she is worth it. Every other woman 'eating' your money are nothing but financial vampires. |
Paraman:That's how it should be. I thought you guys have gone to sleep. Nice to know you are still awake. When I read that the pipeline maintenance contract were awarded to four companies (two of the companies owned by Northerners, one owned by a Yoruba man and one by igbo and no indigenous south-south Niger Delta company was included in the contract I was wondering if the militants and ex-militants in the region are still alive. You see this country eh, if you don't wake up and fight for your right especially if you are a minority tribe you are on a lonnnggg thing |
My first time of seeing him speak English. Let him join hands with Tinubu to build Nigeria. There is no profit in separatism and rebellion |
You are right. Jumping from 30k to 200k (with the resultant increment of salary across board) would make the total salaries to be paid to workers rather unsustainable, if not completely unrealistic. Let's not start what we cannot finish o! IbileIfe: |
This prof is obviously trying to fool himself and the gullible ones. As far as Nigerian system and laws are concern, what is obtainable, acceptable or legal in America or any other country for that matter is immaterial here. What matters in Nigeria is what does the Nigerian law says and how does Nigerian system work? Was the university certificate Tinubu submitted to INEC given to him from the university he claimed he attended? No, obviously! What Tinubu submitted to INEC was clearly a FORGED document. It is idiotic and insincere to claim otherwise. Although the university registrar has admitted under oath that Tinubu indeed graduated from CSU, it is an established and irrefutable fact that Tinubu forged the certificate he submitted to INEC. Now, what does Nigerian law says about presenting a forged document to Nigerian authority? That's what matters here not how the American system works or what is legal or not in America. Nothing stopped Tinubu from presenting only the CSU's transcript to INEC if that is all the legally acceptable document he had to prove he graduated from the school! Why did he submit a fake certificate? I disagree with Farooq that Atiku's lawyer and fans betray ignorance of American bla bla bla. What matters to Atiku's lawyer is the laws of Nigeria not that of America. Lastly, we should not ignore the possibility that the school could be paid millions of dollars in bribe to make all the claims they made and hurriedly type all the admission documents and transcript they presented! I am not saying that is what happened; just that it is a possibility. So I think more investigation should still be done in respect of some of the claims made by the CSU registrar concerning Tinubu to find out whether they are actually true. We shouldn't just swallow those claims from the school just because they are made under oath. 'Investigative journalists' can help out in this regard. |
Scammers everywhere. Who this one wan deceive? |
So this mumu CSU is telling the whole world that if any of their student loss his certificate the person can just walk into any business centre and forge a new one rather than going to the school to request for a replacement and they are okay with it. The school is worse than the worst state university in Nigeria. They still have a long way to go obviously. Naija2023: |
maasoap:@the bolded: Thanks for educating the guy and by extension, all those who reason like him. I am not a lawyer but I know one of the principles of law is that it's better to let a suspect or a supposedly guilty person go scot-free if there is no verifiable evidence linking him to the crime he is accused of, than to hurriedly punish a person only to discover later that he was actually innocent. That's why the law says every accused person is deemed innocent until proven guilty by the court of law. Most Nigerians seems to be ignorant of this principle. |
For now the guy is even safer in police custody than in his home or on the street. I want to believe Naira Marley would actually prefer being detained by the police for now than to be released. He is a rugged hardened gangster who will most likely survive this Mohbad incidence and become wiser for it. Naira Marley's greatest mistake was not taking Mohbad to court to clear his name when Mohbad accused him of threatening his life on social media. His silence on that accusation can easily be interpreted as admission of guilt. |

Very funny judgement. Time and money wasted for nothing. The lesson here is that we should always mind the kind of language or word we use under certain circumstance. I am tempted to believe the tribunal is right on this matter even though the judgement sounds crazy and funny. I mean, by using the word 'purported' it simply means the petitioner based his petition on rumours and hearsay instead of relying on the authentic result released by INEC! |
50 billion Naira! Although Sahara Reporter is notorious for fabricating and spreading fake stories, but if it is actually true that the FG has evidence to prove Emefiele CORRUPTLY amassed (as in, STOLE) the sum N50 Billion Naira belonging to the people and govt of Nigeria, what the guy deserve is a total forfeiture of not just the N50 Billion but every money he has in his name anywhere plus all the properties he ever acquired in his entire life plus LIFE IMPRISONMENT! Unfortunately, Nigeria is irredeemably corrupt country. So even the people who will prosecute him are not clean themselves. So, I am not surprise that he will be given 'soft landing' |
