It's sad and unfortunate that we live in a world where, sometimes, an innocent person can be demonized so easily and seen as evil while a truly evil, troublesome person end up being seen as an angel; loved by many. All it takes for this to happen is for the troublesome manipulative person to successfully play on the mind and emotion of the majority of people and win their sympathy! I knew there should be more to this Mohbad issue than the idiot masses would like to hear. For you idiots still carrying this guy's matter for head, if you have evidence to prove who killed him go and show it to the police. Police need your help. If you don't have evidence to prove who killed him then shut the fvck up and stop accusing someone who might end up being innocent. Afterall, Mohbad is not the first or the only Marlian signee, so why is he the only one having all this issue with Marly? |
From Wicked Wike to Chef Wike. Gbajabiamila standing so close to make sure he sees everything the guy is putting inside the soup or whatever he is cooking there |
N3TRAL:@ the bolded: you mentioned 'His beloved father who hated him' as one of the possible cause of his death but failed to also include his beloved mother who abandoned him and never cared! You guys should fear God and try to be fair to men and fathers. Fathers deserve appreciation and consideration too. And you forgot that it was his carpenter father who struggled to save money to send the guy to polytechnic but he abandoned his study and go into yahoo and joined bad gangs according to his own confession in one of his songs |
It is irresponsible to expect something from someone you never rendered any help or service for; I think the lady is a disgrace to SUV owners. If she didn't have money for fuel nothing stops her from leaving the car at home and take public transport. Alternatively, she could have borrowed the money from any of her friends, relatives or neighbours and pay back whenever she has the money. |
India na your mate? Those guys are far ahead of most 3rd world countries in science and tech |
zed7:My quote for the day |
"My son will give your son....." That statement sounds somehow to my ear |
Sleekfingers:I never hear about this o. I don't know where you got this your information from. Even if what you say above is true, in my opinion that doesn't give the governor any right to harass and humiliate the man the way he has been doing. Obaski should advise the state assembly to Impeach the deputy if he has committed serious offence that is impeachable otherwise he should just let the man be. The governor is being too mean and petty |
Fire Safety Officers. On the surface this sounds like good news since it would create jobs, and the idea is meant to help organisations prevent or minimize fire incidence. But let's be pragmatic and realistic here. Who will pay those fire safety officers? I am imagining some organisation who never had fire incidence since inception being forced to employ some personnel who will end up doing nothing for years but will be collecting salary monthly! Which business owner will be happy to maintain such staff in his payroll? Since most of these organisations already have security guards the security guards should be mandated to undergo the fire safety training and be able to handle any fire incidence that occur when they are on duty instead of forcing organisations to employ fire safety officers they don't really need and would just be doing doing nothing for years while collecting salary steady. Nevertheless, I think such rule should be enforced in high risk environment that is notorious for fire incidence. |
I am beginning to hate this Obaseki. Why is he so bent on humiliating and frustrating his deputy when it's obvious the guy has already been humbled by him and is ready to cooperate and be submissive to him? I hate people abusing their powers |
This shit will definitely reach 1k by next month |
Its always good to know your boundary. If he had limited his nuisance to exposing Tinubu's secret and insulting whoever he wants to insult, that would be tolerated. He crossed the red line when he leaked sensitive military documents and military secrets. He has made himself an enemy of state unfortunately, and liable to be tried for treason |
This attention seeking fool again. Where on that Kano advert did they specifically mention that the positions are open to all Nigerians. I can bet they will definitely give priority to people who are from Kano even though they didn't mentioned it. |
If this request is granted it's very possible Atiku can prove that Tinubu presented a forged certificate to EYE_NECK at the supreme court. If so, will the supreme court judges muster enough courage to cancel the election? Let's wait and see! Supreme Court of Nigeria is on the verge of making history if they have the moral courage to do the right thing. |
You are very much on point. I can bet that northern muslim elites who gave Tinubu full support and brainwashed their people to vote for Tinubu during the presidential election must be severely pained by what Tinubu is doing. This should be a big lesson for them never to allow religious fanaticism and sentiment becloud their reasoning. Obi2saveNigeria: |
I consider it an insult to compare Jonathan with Ibori though. James Ibori may be a local champion because we celebrate and glamorise nonsense and criminality in this part of the world. Goodluck Jonathan is a global icon, respected throughout Africa and globally; to me this is far more important than merely having local influence and be celebrated by illiterate, unevolved, local people. |
If what Obj is saying here is a true story of what actually happened I think he was right in correcting those traditional rulers the way he did. |
martolux:Una funny sha. There is no way she would not remember it even if she was just 1 year old. Especially so if she was attached to the father. Remember she said her dad was killed right in her presence. Do you think such a shocking, traumatic event that literally turned their world upside down can be so easily forgotten? |
ValarDoharis:Okay. But then, I was just using that opportunity to pass a message to those who are in support of Tinubu's nepotistic appointments. It's not only him I was addressing sha. |
successmatters:You CLEARLY don't know what you are saying and it's implication in a complex multi-ethnic country like Nigeria. Another problem is the incurable hypocrisy and insincerity of people like you. It's easy to say 'competence is all that matters', 'we should abolish federal character commission' bla bla bla, just because the appointments are favouring your tribe now, but you will be the one singing a different song entirely if a new president come on board and put his own tribesmen in all the most important positions as Tinubu is doing now at the expense if your tribe. Come to think of it, who says there is no competent people in every aspect of life from every ethnic group or geopolitical zones of Nigeria? And don't make a mistake of thinking that all these one-sided appointments won't have consequence that will turn back to hunt the Yorubas sooner or later. |
Englishisamust:You get it |
It's because majority of them love illusion, fantasy, fake life and being told some big lies! 'Bad guys' have all these to offer in abundance! Show me the calibre of people you are attracted to and I will tell you who you are. Majority of these ladies are psychologically damaged, hence they are naturally attracted to psychologically damaged guys posing as 'bad guys'. No psychologically healthy, mentally sound and grounded lady who is growth oriented and focused would be impressed or carried away by the antics and manipulative tactics of the so called 'bad guy'; because she can easily see through him and see the game he is trying to play very clearly. Unfortunately such psychologically healthy and mentally sound ladies are rare |
I believe the bride's father has power to bless the union and declare them husband and wife and at the same time I also believe the man's argument and stubbornness during the wedding ceremony was unnecessary and showed lack of respect for God and the cleric. If he thought his blessing was enough why did he allow them to go for church wedding then? I feel he was embarrassing the woman of God. He was luck the woman had patience with him. If I were the priest after correcting him the first time and repeat the question again if he still argue I would cancel and scatter the wedding immediately; send everybody out and lock my church. What nonsense |
I don laugh tire. For those who do not have the brain to understand your sarcasm let me give them expo: Wike is in deed a clown and a misfit if it's true that he actually bought those vehicles with tax payers money for those 'third class chief' with the aim of fighting insecurity! What is the connection between insecurity and 3rd class chiefs having vehicles? Is it not the police he should have bought patrol van for and give them other necessary tools to enable them fight insecurity. When has 3rd class chiefs became police officers or what has been their role in fighting crime. It's either Wike was misquoted or he was drunk with that his usual 40 year old wiskey Kukutenla: |
I'm just wondering what he would do if those traditional rulers refused to stand up. And who gave him power to give them such order? |
You are entitled to your opinion though. But let's even assume that you are right - that the policy is a 'vendetta game' against Emefiele. You need to understand that sometimes good can emerge from evil (as counter-intuitive as that may sound). So, the policy that was originally meant for vendetta could still have useful purpose afterall. In this case I just love the IDEA of having CBN's account audited by an external incorruptible auditor and the financial statement made public. And the same thing should be extended to NNPC and other government business enterprises. The transparency this will engender will ultimately be good for the country. Don't you think so? obyno82: |
BoldBrainz:LoL. It's okay bro ![]() |
One of Tinubu's policies I so much like is this idea of appointing a special investigator to audit CBN's account and making CBN's financial statement public. This will enhance transparency which is a foundation for corruption-free society. At the end of the day, Tinubu may end up being cleaner and more morally upright that we thought when you consider some of the sensible steps he has taken so far to ensure there is transparency in governance and corruption is either uprooted or minimised. |
But don't you think it is wiser to get the app first and use it to report the power outage (which is what it was meant for anyway) and see if there would be no response and improvement before you start complaining? Why is an average Nigerian addicted to negativity and complaining? BoldBrainz: |
The heading should be 'Because PDP leaders are mumu, Wike is just doing anyhow'. |
We shouldn't fall for that 'he released the tape without my permission' bullshit that ladies use to form victim in this type of situation. Both the lady and the guy must be jailed for corrupting our young ones. |
thatigboman:He must have been an alien from Neptune |
