Politics › Re: 2023: UK Government Asks Buhari To Sign Amended Electoral Act by bjdon: 5:09pm On Dec 11, 2021
She should keep her mouth shut!! This is an internal Nigerian political matter. These brits like to act like they still rule us. Does the US President sign every bill that comes before him? Veto power is a fundamental part if the presidential system if govt . Buhari can veto any bill he does not agree with, and the national assembly can override the veto with 2/3 majority. We don't need British interference in our legislative process

Politics › Re: Why The North Bleeds And The People Sleep - Farooq A. Kperogi by bjdon: 10:56am On Dec 11, 2021
A bold and accurate write up. All sides do the same. Northerners will tolerate Buhari's ineptitude becasue the is their son. Lagosians will tolerate Tinubu's corrutpion because he is their son. Igbos tolerate Kanu's extremisim becasue he is their son. All this shows is that the black man is incapable of high level thinking. It is no wonder no black african nation is deveoped. Our thinking can't go beyond our tribe. We need to be recolonised for another 100 years to have sense knocked into our heads.

Sadly the North have only themselves to blame. For years they refused to develop, kept their people undeducated and poor. Now the siutation is becoming so sad and desperate. Whole areas of the NW are controled by Bandits. The North is on target to be come another Afganistan is care is not taken.

Now your turning the facts ;
While displacing million of indigenous Nigerians (living in IDP camps);
Killing indigenous people;
The dot will always be your Waterloo ;according to Obasanjo without Ndigbo; the Fulanization agenda's of indigenous Nigerians by yall could have been achieved; Ndigbo will defend and die for all indigenous people in Nigeria; until they all wake up and push back ; Your lies will catch up with you.
What lie have I told? Did Igbos not invade the midwest? You guys NEVER acknowledge the sins you have committed against others, yet you want others to acknowledge their sins against you. He who demands equity must come with clean hands

You are being diplomatic

The fundamental issue is one of greed , selfishness and dishonesty that were displayed very well in the first republic.
The domineering attitude of Zik and the unbridled nepotism in the first republic culminating in the massacere of Northern and Yoruba Northern leaders whilst sparing their own captures this attitude of thinking they are smart and everyone else is foolish
Add to that the attack of the Midwest. The Igbos have offended and killed members of all the other ethinic groups in Nigeira, and now they expect those same groups to hand the Presidency to them on a platter. Jokers!!
Politics › Re: Ngige: Igbo Presidency Will Bury The Ghosts Of Civil War Permanently by bjdon: 9:52am On Dec 08, 2021
Another day, another 'Give the Igbo the presidency article'. Guys this is becoming embarrassing. Nobody is going to give Igbos the presidency. Its just not going to happen. Tell your people to stop talking and start working. I dont like Tinubu, but look at how he's working. Going all over the place, building alliances. What is Peter Obi doing? What is Orji Kalu doing? They are waiting for presidency to be dropped in their lap. They go wait tire

Blah blah blah. Nobody is going to dash Igbo the presidency. Put forward your candidates and let them compete against the rest. All this noise will not change a thing. In 2023 candidates will contest fringe across the nation.
Politics › Re: 2023: South East Ready To Kneel, Prostrate To Get Presidency - Ezeife by bjdon: 5:00pm On Dec 06, 2021
Sensible Igbo politicians are already looking for who to support in 2023. They know there is NO WAY either PDP or APC will nominate an Igbo person as their presidential candidate. Kanu has done so much damage to the political fortunes of the Igbo, I can't see any party nominating them for the forseable future.
The best the Igbos can hope for is that APC nominate Tinubu, and PDP nominates a northerner with an Igbo man as VP. Tinubu is hated in the SS and they will surley join the SE to vote PDP. If PDP are wise they should go for somebody from either NE or NC. As long as it's not a Fulani then they have a good chance of sweepig the NC, NE, SE and SS and sharing the SW(Tinubu will loose Ogun and Oyo).
If on the other hand APC field Osinbajo, then it's bets off for the SE. Even the SS will vote Osinbajo. He would win with a landslide and that means no Igbo president for at least 16 years.

If you guys try it, all the above mentioend groups will simply unite and CRUSH you guys. Just Edo and Urohobo alone will drive you into the ocean. smiley smiley
Politics › Re: Nigeria Is Not Made Up Of Tribes But Nations —Punch by bjdon: 12:10pm On Dec 06, 2021
Finally! I've been saying this for ages. The British used the term 'Tribe' to describe our various nations, so that we would not think of ourselves in terms of the great African kingdoms and Empires that had existed before the white man arrived.
I warn people in conversations to never to refer to the Edo's as a tribe. I am not from a tribe. I am from the Edo Kingdom, a kingdom that currently has approx 5 Million people, which is more than Lativa and Estonia combined. How can you call the Igbo a tribe? There are more Igbo people in this world than there are people in Belgium. How can you call the Yoruba a tribe? There are more Yoruba people than there are People in Portugal. We all need to accept the truth. Nigeria is not a nation of tribes, it is an almagamation of nations. That must be the basis for any so called restructuring.
Family › Re: Marrying And Taking Her Abroad; A Regret? by bjdon: 10:31am On Dec 03, 2021
The problem is a lot of men are hypocrites.

When you are datting her, you spend money on her, you buy her the latest phone, latest designer clothes and bags, you indulge all her demands. Why do you think she would not want the same when you get married?
There are many good Nigerian ladies, but you guys don't go for them, becasue they are not the 'hot chicks'. They are well behaved, don't spend night with you in your hotel room. They have a clear sense of morality. Men find those ones borring. They want the hot chick with the big ass who will give them a wild time, when they are in town. You then expect that same loose girl to suddenly become the ideal wife when you take her abroad. To cook and clean and be obidiant. Dream on.
There are MANY succesful Nigerian marriages abroad. You just need to get a good lady, who is focused, and has good morals. She may not have the biggest ass, or perform the most tricks in bed, but she'll be your rock and strength and your home will be an Oasis of love and happines.

As long as the FG is the majoirty shareholder, this venture can NEVER succeed. FG should not own more than 49% in any venture. NLNG is one of the only succesful firms in this country today, and that's because the FG owns less than 50%. Corruption and Neopotisim will kill this airline.

If it's to kill people in the SE, you will see the Army and DSS in full force.

If it's to attack Yoruba Nation agitators, the Army and DSS will be there in full force.

When it comes to northern bandits, the entire Nigerian security forces, disappear. All hail Buhari!!
Politics › Re: 2023 Presidency: Tinubu Will Speak In January - Fashola by bjdon: 1:42pm On Nov 20, 2021
The fix for 2023 is already in.
Kanu will be pardoned by Buhari. The price for that will be no more Biafra agitation and acceptance of the VP slot by the SE. 2023 will see a Northerner, either Zulum , Malami, or El Rufai, and an Igbo vice. Yoruba and SS will be the big losers. This is my forecast, lets see how it pans out.

Fulani slaves will always bow at their masa feet.Igbos have always been fulanis allies and slaves since independence.

If igbos refuse Yoruba Presidency then all Igbos in Yorubaland must relocate to the North or East.We dont need ungrateful yanmirins on our soil.
Think what you have posted. Which region in the south supported the Fulani Jihadist Buhari against a southerner? The SW joined with the North to impose Buhari and his Fulani nationalist agenda on the south. It's unaccaptable to the SE and SS that the same Yoruba will now take over after Buhari. I am from the SS, the SE supported us when our son was president, so it's only fair that the SS support the SE now. I would happly vote for a Northener with a SE vice, than a SW candiate for preident. That is the majority view in the SE and SS.

It is as simple as that....the igbo hbe developed a tough skin... Can the yoruba do without politics

So... The best exit for them is support igbo man the way igbo supported obasanjo and Jonathan or let the North rule till second coming of jesus or Biafra
Finally you Igbo guys are playing strategic politics. No need to beg for zoning, just make it clear to the SS and SW that if they dont support SE, you guys will support the North. No abuse, no threats, just cold hard politics. Iam impressed.
