Politics › Re: Buhari Approves Farm Estates In 109 Senatorial Districts by bjdon: 9:32pm On Sep 05, 2021
Let's not jump to conclusions. Let's see the details of these so called farm estates. If they are to be set up for the indigennes in those senatorial destricts, to do integrated farming, with support from the FG, then it maybe a good idea. If however we start to hear grammer like 'Any Nigeiran from any part of the country can access a farm estate in any part of the country...' then we know it's just another Fulani expansionists plot which of course must be rejected completly.
Politics › Re: Reno: We Will Have Another UK-Based President, If We Vote Tinubu As President by bjdon: 8:53am On Sep 05, 2021
Nigerians are hard wired to suffer. Just wait come 2023 Tinubu will throw a few dollars around, and the sheep will all go and vote for him. Later when the country is in a mess they will start fasting and binding all over the place.
Politics › Re: Olajide Sowore Killed Near Okada In Edo State by bjdon: 11:56am On Sep 04, 2021
My condolences to Sowere and his family.

We must be careful to not blame every crime on herdsmen. Edo state has always had killings from armed robbers, cultists, kidnappers..etc. Iam from there and over the years we've been attacked 3 times, always by fellow Edo"s. Iam not saying herdsmen do not commit violent crimes, but not all violent crime in Edo state can be blamed on them.

None from real Igbo states of south east, they're from rivers, delta.
.
No Real Igbo should rejoice over this.

Idiots from Igbo speaking rivers, delta and other south south states are quick to grab appointments meant for Igbo's of south east, and they always claim they're not Igbo's.

Confused lots.
Haba, you guys keep coming on here to shout that Anioma is Igbo, Rivers is Igbo....when they get appointments you then shout 'True igbos have been marginalised'! na wa for una.
Its clear you only see the SS Igbos as real igbos when it comes to Biafra, so you will not be landlocked and have oil and gas resources. You don't really see them as the same as SE Igbos or you would not be moaning when they get positions in govt, you should be celebrating.
Politics › Re: A Question To People Of The Benin Empire? by bjdon: 10:25pm On Sep 03, 2021
TheLionofLasigi:
What's with the hostility towards Yoruba people online.... I've noticed this, at first I thought it was just banter but it seems Edo people have a beef with Yoruba people..like some kinda unspoken rivalry between distant relatives. Grew up partly in Benin and had an esan girlfriend once and I never noticed this shit.... only online. Or is it just pure politics or people parading as Edo people?
Online is not a true reflection of reality. Edo and Yoruba people do not have any significant beef with each other. There are some ongoing arguments about the origins of both groups and who is superior the Oba of Benin or Oni of Ife, but this does flow to the Edo and Yoruba man on the street. The only issue the average Edo person would have with his Yoruba cousins is the fact you guys cook with way too much peper!! smiley smiley

Business › Re: Naira Sinks To 530 Against Dollar, Pound Hits N720 by bjdon: 2:44pm On Sep 03, 2021
Niara is in free fall and Buhari is busy looking for 60 year old grazing routes, that are not even legal anymore.

I hope in 2023 Nigerians will think twice before voting O. Just because somebody suddenly wears suit and bow-tie does not make them competent. Start looking deeply at all the potential candidates. Are any of them profering detailed plans to overcome our various challenges? 2023 is just around the corner, less than 2 years. Shine your eyes this time!

Politics › Re: 2023: Southern APC Candidate Or Northern PDP Candidate? by bjdon: 10:19pm On Sep 02, 2021
chymeze:
Lols you really think in today's Nigeria that a northerner would vote for a Southerner against his own northern brother, especially with the current ethnoreligious crises? Forget about what happened between obj and Buhari, that was when Nigeria was somewhat united. If APC goes for a South Westerner and PDP go for a popular northerner you can rest assured that APC would lose that election. The North would naturally go for PDP and the South East and South South especially if PDP allocates the VP seat to one of them would vote for PDP. The only move that can possibly help APC retain the seat is either making a South easterner their presidential candidate (thereby getting the votes from South East/south block and thus turning away South East/south votes from PDP's northern candidate, and banking on buhari's support for some northern votes) or making a northerner with moderate views (this option is next to impossible because Buhari will be completing the term of the North) their presidential candidate.
If APC makes a South Westerner their candidate rest assured the game is over for them if PDP will be smart enough to have a northerner combined with a South easterner as his vice
Many people are making the mistake of thinking the north of 2023 will be same north we have known before. Sorry but thats just not the case. Buhari has effectivly divided the north between the Fulanis and the rest. To all intents and purposes, pleateu and Benue states are now southern states. There is NO WAY those states wll vote for either Atiku or Tambuwal(The likley Northen candidates for PDP) Taraba and Kogi are also unlikley to vote for a Fulani. I think either Amachi or Osinbajo have a very good chance of sweeping the south and taking at least 4 states in the North. Anti Fulani sentiment will work to the south's advantage in 2023
Politics › Re: 2023: Southern APC Candidate Or Northern PDP Candidate? by bjdon: 4:11pm On Sep 02, 2021
It all depends on who the candidates are. Here is how I would vote in different match ups (Let's face it, the candidates of both parties are unlikely to come from outside these names):

PDP APC My vote
Atiku GEJ GEJ
Tambuwal Osinbanjo Osinbajo
Tambuwaal Tinubu Stay at home
Atiku Tinubu Stay at home
Obi GEJ Obi
Obi Osinbajo Osinbajo
Obi Tinubu Obi
GEJ Tinubu GEJ
Obi Amachi Obi
Atiku Amachi Amachi
Tambuwal Amachi Amachi
Politics › Re: If Goodluck Jonathan Leaves Pdp And Joins Apc, Will You Vote For Him ??? by bjdon: 12:10pm On Sep 02, 2021
It all depends on who the PDP field. If its GEJ in ACP vs any Northerner in PDP, GEJ gets my vote 100%. if PDP field a southerner then PDP get my vote.

We have had a former senior intelligence officer make a public claim that the sponsors of Islamic terrorism in Nigeria, are high officials in Buhari's government. Can Osinbajo put his hand on the bible and declare this is false if not then his continued support of this government must be seen as support for the Islamist agenda.
To ge clear he does not have to resign, Atiku did not resign when he opposed Obasanjo. All he needs to do is make hes opposition clear to the Islamist agenda.

Now with 2023 coming they will do the same and start shouting 'Sai Tinubu', 'Sai Osinbanjo', 'Sai Obi' refusing to accept that all those people want is to continue to dominate them and protect the interests of the ruling classes.
Politics › Re: Osinbajo, Resign And Save Your Name by bjdon: 7:54am On Aug 27, 2021
Some of you may be too young to remember Tai Solarin. He was a fierce govt critic, but later accepted appointment from Babangida. After that his name was tarnished and all credibility gone. Osinbajo will be associated with a govt that promoted islamic extremism and Fulani nationalists. His name will be tarnished for all time

Sorry but no way. NO southerner that coroprated with Buhri can become president in 2023. No Tinubu, No Osinbajo, No Amachei. None of them. It's either a PDP southerner who never supported Buhari or let it stay in the North.

You can't support a Fulani Islamic fundementalist for 8 years, a man who has presided over thousands of innocent deaths all in the name of Fulani supramacy, then expect to come in 2023 and be elected president. Never!!

At least I know SS, SE, and middle belt will NEVER vote for Osibnajo or Tinubu

This is why I say those southerners talking about presidency in 2023 are crazy.

Nigeria is gone. Think about it. Islamic fundamentalists have infiltrated every tier of the armed forces and security services. Even if there is a southern president in 2023, do you really think the person will survive for long? The moment he tries to move against these entrenched forces it will be 'plane crash' or 'brief illness'.
The south needs to make it's move now, forget Tinubu and the other traitors. SS, SE, SS need to speak as one and declare a total boycott of the 2023 elections and demand instead an immediate referendum on weather or not to continue with the 1914 amalgamation. I say again, the Nigeria we all knew is FINISHED. Look at Afghanistan, Lebanon, Yemen to see what the future holds if we don't act now.

People in the east will not support this because they are benefiting as well by getting their own commission from bandits. Do you think we in the North we don't know what has been going on??
President is from the North
Chief of Army staff is from the North
NSA is from the North
DG if DSS is from the North
IGP is from the North

Yet you are trying to blame westerners for the security problems in Nigeria. Surely you need urgent psychiatric help.
Politics › Re: Terrorists Have Infiltrated The NDA - ACF by bjdon: 12:07pm On Aug 25, 2021
Southerns SHINE your eyes. Nigeria is finished. Forget about 2023. Do you think if a southerner wins in 2023 he will survive 2 years eith the current lax security? Islamists have penetrated the core of the nations military. It's time for the South to come together and demand an amicable divorce from the North. Sadly northern Nigeria is reaping what it sowed. By not educating their people, they left a fertile breeding ground for extreme ideologies to grow. Their destiny will be the same as Afghanistan, Somalia..etc. We need to leave them while there is still time

If its to raid Kanu's family, house, you will seem with full power
If it's to shoot unarmed protestors in Leki, their manhood will be fully hard
When it comes to defending themselves from 'UGM', suddenly they become impotent and helpless.

I don't understand why Igbo's want to the Presidency in 2023. Would it not make more sense to support another region, but ensure that the price for that is a commitment that Federal investment in critical infrastructure will be implemented in the SE. The SE can easily be the Singapore of Africa. All that is needed, is constant power and good rail access
