Romance / Re: Why Men Cheat by blimeyVic(m): 9:36pm On Sep 30, 2019 |
Dear Ladies. Don't marry a man that puts you first, in your relationship, and expect him not to cheat on you later on. Marry a man that puts God first, in your relationship, and be sure that he won't cheat on you. Marry a God fearing man. No other formula can keep your better half. #The Spiritual governs the Physical. |

So that people will rush off to withdraw. isn't that a new style for vote buying? Funny politicians. Buhari cannot rig any election. However, it is dedicated party agents who will work together with Youth Corpers that will rig all elections. The question is, "what percentage of the total of youth corpers (Presiding Officers) do you have working for you?". # May God fix our value system. # God Bless Nigeria |

Ladies are increasingly opting for single-parenthood over real marriage, especially when they are succeeding financially. No matter the blame games they play, the truth is always obvious. Whether they fell pregnant or the pregnancy fell on them, it's all a grand plan to become a single mother. Child raising Shouldn't be for one parent alone. A balanced child needs both parents to be on board. Unnecessary lust for so-called "freedom" from badly trained men (mostly trained by self-inflicted single mothers) shouldn't be the reason for ladies to get selfish, at the expense of their child. To fix the society, we must first fix the family; it's process of formation, etc |

Hello Mr. No!! You are not a gold digger, and you aren't being too selective either. Your major problem is that you have some of characteristics of past Nigerian leaders, especially the ones that have led Nigerians into poverty. OP, I'm not sure, but are you sure that you don't have a consumption mentality. According to you, your monthly earning is as high as 7 figures, and you are 35 yrs. By my deductions, you must have being employed for over 3yrs on that salary scale. Then what else are you waiting for? The only criterion you need to tick good, before walking down the aisle with any lady , no matter the size of her family, is that of her moral soundness. Does she have a good and strong character? Is she willing to learn? Does her attitude change towards you when she hears gossips about you? Does she join gangs of haters and gossipers to witch-hunt others? Does she stick to being good, irrespective of who is dishing out the fake or real news to turn her against you? Does she erroneously see sex and good food as the main things that make you happy? Is their a good level of communication between you two? Does she love the concept of having a lovely home over having a comfortable house to live in? Can she spend 24hrs, alone, enjoying the happiness she produced by herself? (VERY VITAL) Can she make herself happy? If yes, then handling external hits on your finances is only a matter of your intellectual prowess. With love in your heart, you can teach every single one of your dependants to fish instead of constantly giving them fish. Finding a good woman is though. Make the right choice today. 3 Likes |

AlphaStyles: Our problem is that successive Nigerian governments have failed our nation, and not that "one side can out gun the other side". Our governments have failed to look inwards as regards to development. Running to Americans or the British government can never give us long lasting solutions. We should look inwards and fund the universities. We have all we need as a nation to be better off. Why should British and American soldiers come from their snow lands to train Soldiers in the harmattan wind? When we develop a research-led mindset, we would have long lasting solutions. We don't deserve these national embarrassments. #God bless Nigeria. |

Will we Nigerians ever get to experience what true living means? #God bless Nigeria. |
Politics / Re: Minimum Wage: 1.5 Million FG Workers To Earn Over N2.3tn by blimeyVic(m): 5:29pm On Nov 11, 2018 |
Nigerian leaders shouldn't be concerned with how much they pay as salaries. Nigerian leaders should be concerned with how to implement projects & processes such that those that are being paid will generate triple of what their burden is on the budget. Nelson Mandela advised that it pays no good to live a life less than that which you are capable of. Nigeria is an entity richly blessed in all capacities that it can compete with America or China. Our leaders possibly have adopted the mentality of subsistence farmers rather than that of creative Industrialists. A leader and the led are doomed when the former can neither think creatively and positively nor coordinate and influence smart thinkers to get the thinking done. #God bless Nigeria. |

If this is actually a case of public fund misappropriation, then I must commend Rochas Okorocha for being a Patriotic Looter. Imagine if all stolen funds were re-invested in Nigeria, then we wouldn't lack jobs, etc, and the herculean task on funds repatriation from foreign countries would be averted while ordinary court direction for change of ownership would be the case. #God bless Nigeria |

davodyguy: Do we have sound economists and a good proportion of the masses are still living in abject poverty? Voodoo economists I believe. The national treasury and state allocations belong to all Nigerians. Political office holders are allowed to manage our collective wealth, but mismanagement has been the order of the day. Therefore, Nigerian workers are asking the politicians not to print new money, but to share more funds from the collective wealth we have given them the opportunity to manage. If all their so-called projects equalled to $10m, they should simply throw in $6m dollars into the sharing bucket. NLC should be persistent. With allegations of politicians favouring a particular religious group or tribe over others, sharing money under the guise of Vote Buying, and looting funds to overseas accounts, an increased minimum wage is the only water that can boil everyone's egg, irrespective of who you are. #God bless Nigeria. 1 Like |

Sports / Re: Pirlo Names Five Clubs That Can Win Champions League Title This Season by blimeyVic(m): 1:20pm On Nov 01, 2018 |
C Ronaldo didn't leave Real Madrid because the coach saw him as an easy route to money making. C Ronaldo didn't leave Real Madrid because Zidane left. C Ronaldo left Real Madrid because he wanted to win the champions league again. Why did C Ronaldo choose Juventus as the new clubside where he would win the championship again? 1. Juventus is the only shining team that has concurrently beaten Barca at the championship level, and they can repeat it, with or without C Ronaldo. 2. Juventus can beat Real Madrid because all Real Madrid players, including Sergio Ramos, have "too much" respect for C ronaldo and can't stand the idea of playing against him and his formidable team. The battle will be lost mentally. Ronaldo also wants to educate Gareth Bale that he is more skilled than him. This time, not as a team mate, but as an opponent. 3. Juventus as a team has found it difficult to win the champions league and should they win it now, much praise would be showered on C Ronaldo for opting to help them win the trophy. I predict that Juventus will win the champions league title because Mr hardworker can kill himself to achieve it. |

CoolAmbience: With over 100 million citizens, magnificent constitutional powers, and a fat budget , the office of the Nigerian President is an industrial plant that has huge installed capacity. I won't say that that capacity has been under-utilised over the years, but I would conclude that only a skilled manager can spot the gaps and bridge them. Gaps aren't standalone projects. Gaps encompass both projects and interlinked systems. #God bless Nigeria #Let the people's manager win come 2019 1 Like |

kotv: Okonjo Iweala is a better option ofcourse, but maybe she turned down the offer. Peter Obi is a smart man and an industrialist too, but it also depends on Atiku to allow him room for self-expression as Buhari entertained with Osibanjo. Apart from Peter Obi's encounter & the consequent poor relationship with Obiano, I believe he is clean to be adopted as a running mate. In all, if picking Iweala would have bagged a 100% landslide victory for the PDP, picking Peter Obi has reduced it down by some %, in my humble opinion. I wish Atiku/Peter the best. #God bless Nigeria. |

We need a perfect combination of candidates that will transform Nigeria and the entire Nigerian populace for good. Nigerians are first humans before inheriting any religious, tribal, and/or gender attributes. We are so sick and tired of these rules, selfish interests, and meaningless politicking that divides us. Neither do we need a Muslim-Christain combination nor a Northerner-Easterner combination. Nigerians need a sound leadership cadre that will set us on the path of growth and development. # God bless Nigeria. |

PDP members should make sure they vote for Atiku to emerge as their presidential candidate. If by mistake 'the votes come miss road", then Saraki might be chosen. No other aspirant on display there can actually stage a good fight against President Buhari come 2019. There is a big difference between fielding either a final year student (Atiku ) or a year 1 student (Saraki) to go up against a final year student (Buhari) in an academic competition as against fielding any primary school pupil (other PDP aspirants). In as much as I care less about who wins, I hope the most mentally sound candidate emerges. I pray to see a Nigeria where we will rely on working institutions for our collective progress than on a single man occupying a position. #God bless Nigeria. |

Politics / Re: Atiku Leads AIT Public Perception Votes On Who Is A Great Threat To Buhari by blimeyVic(m): 9:36pm On Oct 03, 2018 |
engrjacuzzi: Such change that you, and everyone of us, yearn for can only be produced by the private sector. Selfless individuals who will have the ability and will to affect the live of the common man, standing on a sound "spiritual and academic background" (obasanjo, 2017). It will be difficult to achieve anything exceptional relying on government. To be frank, what is actually driving evil in our land is not greed , but the fear of hunger. Hunger means different thing to different people. To a corrupt politician it means not able to maintain his security attachés, to a corrupt civil servant it means the inability to buy a new tokumbo car, and to a political thug it means the inability to maintain his harem. What most politicians do is to steal public funds for themselves and also share some to those on the lower rungs ( party loyalists and political thugs) and those on the upper rung (godfathers). Anything less, they are ousted, ask Ambode & he will advice you never to tamper with that formula. Neither do they know any other means of making good money nor do they have the patience to learn. In all, what they are all doing is to keep MR poverty away. So you see, only the private sector can move Nigeria forward. People should create systems and institutions that will drive growth. I'm sorry to say this, but corruption might have become the culture in Nigeria. It is practised everywhere and by everyone in their daily dealing, and not just only when desperate people snatch ballot boxes. # God bless and save Nigeria. 1 Like |

Saraki is a nice shot any day. However, PDP as a party should weigh various things first. Atiku has being in the system for a long time and his name also resonates in the mind of a lot of people. Saraki would perform excellently if elected, but the game is not really for new comers right now. It's for the very old and experienced. If most Nigerians are willing to vote out Buhari, then to avoid confusion a very popular and experienced politician should be put forth by the opposition. Ambode has proven to be the first prominent and powerful Nigerian politician who believes in the ideals and ideology of his party, as shown in his insisting to run for the APC ticket even with the knowledge of an impending defeat. He didn't migrate, he stayed with his party - APC. These are not times for political miscalculation or dilly-dallying, if PDP must win, they must imbibe the amboderian spirit, unite and put forth a viable candidate - ATIKU. Saraki is a sound politician, I admired not only his classy speech at the Russian parliament, but I also liked the mode of delivery. On the other hand, Atiku owns a world class university - he is enlightened too. Saraki has successfully waged war against the forces that came for him and so has many other PDP top-shots. Now is the time for them to pool their individual ruggedity to form an acidic jagabanistic force. A crude force that the APC can't withstand, especially with the support of the masses. APC vs PDP. Let the best rule. # God bless Nigeria. 1 Like |
