The only thing BIPARTISAN about this impeachment are the votes AGAINST impeachment
It is a shame the Democrats have resorted to this. They seem to forget that one day a Democrat will become President. They are certainly lowering the standards because they cannot beat Trump at the election. Yet, they do not want radical progressives like Bernie to win the nomination because he is not sponsored by the elites and their biddings would not be accomplished.

I used to dislike Trump because the media spun the narratives but seeing his accomplishments and the constant nagging from the intelligence communities and the media, I don like the guy

They protested his 2016 victory.

Tried to rig the Electoral College.

Objected to certifying the results.

Spied on his transition.

Boycotted his inauguration.

Immediately started impeachment.

Called him illegitimate.

Falsely accused him of treason.

And he’s still winning.
The lowest unemployment rate in over 50 years. Armstrong China to a trade deal. Ensured NATO countries pay their bills. Withdrew from frivolous wars. Reduced illegal immigration into America. Repealed NAFTA and proposed a new legislation that focuses more on American businesses.

If America don't want Trump, maybe Nigeria can have him.

Thanks to everyone that has followed my trip up to this point.

I'm currently lodged at the Southern Sun Hotel, a nice hotel close to Ikoyi Lagos.

It's a very upscale hotel with tight security, one of the few hotels you might want to stay at whenever you visit Lagos.

It's very nice here albeit expensive.

My room is located on the 7th Floor.

Lying that he did not receive blòwjòb from Monica lewinski.
Why do you think trump has refused to testify under oath to both Mueller and the house investigations. Once he says good morning/afternoon/evening, he would have already commited perjury, as Trump is incapable of telling the truth.
Recall the Muller report did not indict Trump. Also, the Inspector General Report has indicated the FBI involved in a lot of lies, misrepresentation, and falsification of evidence, so they could get a warrant from FISA court to spy on Trump. From day one, they wanted Trump impeached because he is uncontrollable. I never liked Trump, but he is delivering on his electoral promises.

*Correction - removed from office as a result of impeachment.* Donald Trump will not the first president to be impeached. Nixon would have been impeached but he resigned. Bill Clinton was impeached but Democrat Senators overturned the votes.

Romance › Re: He Wants To Propose To Her Before Traveling Abroad, Please Advise. by Boss13: 10:49pm On Dec 17, 2019
Spiritfun:
I met this beautiful girl sometimes two years ago. She's intelligent, smart and well mannered. I professed my love for her some two months into our friendship but she outrightly said NO.

I decided not to give up on her but to show her more love and care. As days went by, our friendship grew stronger, my love for her grew as well. Our life's goals are so similar that I find it very difficult to let her go.

I made sure I took the center stage in her life by doing everything necessary to help her build her dreams and its working perfectly.

I started showing her off on my social media handles just to test her reaction but contrary to my expectations, she loved it. I was proud that somehow I have perforated her defences.

Along the line, she started professing love to me too and that was the best moment of my emotional life. Then I decided to propose to her again but alas, she said NO and I was very sad and frustrated and she noticed it. At that point, I decided to give up on her and focus on other goals in life. She pleaded with me not to let our friendship die because she's afraid of losing me. I didn't bother to ask her for explanation on why I should still remain her friend without knowing where it will lead to in the end. I didn't also bother to ask her reasons for turning me down two times. I just agreed to her plea and ended the conversation.

I tactically started avoiding her to enable me heal but she would complain and plead with me to keep the friendship. I sucumbed because this girl has almost all the qualities I need in a wife and because of my standard, it's really difficult for me to find someone else that matches my preferences.

I know almost all her secrets and she knows mine too except my plans to travel abroad, preferably Canada. I made sure I did not let her know about this for some reasons.

Then, I found myself being obsessed with her again and she's been all over me too.

Now the crux of the matter is that I have perfected my plans to travel on or before February next year and I want to give her the last chance and propose to her again. I've conditioned my mind to accept whatever response she will give me and move on with or without her.

My major problem is whether to tell her about my travel plans before I propose to her or vice-versa. I know she also nurses the dream of living abroad. I'm afraid she might accept my proposal if I let her know about my Canada plans if I let her know about it before proposing to her.

Kindly advise me on this please cos I don't want to make any mistakes. I LOVE THIS GIRL and I'm certain that will make a good wife for me.
I will say this once. When you enter Canada you may regret trying to propose. There are different breeds. Dont forget to bring neck relaxer cos your neck will break from looking.
Crime › Re: Angela Okorie: How Hired Assassins Shot Me (Graphic Video) by Boss13: 10:01pm On Dec 15, 2019
WUdec:
Bloody liar. Let me give you facts

1. The pics she released showed her shutting the right eye for the first pic and the left eye for the second pic

2. Nobody shooting at a vehicle would miss the subject after shooting for "30 minutes". Note, not one guy, but "guys" shot at one car from different angles

3. No one shot in the head and had various bullets pierced through the skull ever survived in Nigeria. Why? Because our emergency units would never respond fast enough or operate that fast due to lack of equipment

4. Different shots hitting the head would cause cracks to the skull, causing internal bleeding which would lead to immediate death. Plus, in most cases, not all bullets may be pulled out. Some would be left in especially if they proved a hazard if they were pulled out next to the brain.
So the shell casing would be left there for yrs

5. Nobody shot or hurt that much would be allowed access to social media or would even flaunt it that fast

6. No one recovers from 10 shots to the body or head in 2 days. Most would be laying in a coma or would still be receiving treatment in week 2. Just a few days and she came out with a vid talking fully well and all that

7. Brain damage or loss of memory would be the results if various shots hit the head. Plus most victims black out after the first shot. This supposed victim remembers every detail

8. Bullet wounds don't look like that on fair skin plus, if these assassins did not get in the car or have access to the interior, how did she get 2 swollen eyes.

9. Both eyes are as a result of GBH (Grievious Bodily Harm) and in this case it is premeditated. Both eyes were punched.

10. A group of guys shot at a car for that long and no bystanders got hit.

This is a publicity stunt and would not be the first of many.

Its a shame how low these nollywood girls stoop for fame, attention and sexual connections. All industries in the Nigerian entertainment industry have truly lost their morals in a bid to copy western stupidity.
Good analysis. I have been shot at before when armed robbers where trying to rob me at traffic. Trust me, the last thing on your mind would be social media. Knowing these guys who survive on attention, they can do anything to trend. Those in the business know.

I dont believe her one bit. They wanted to carry her and she refused and they spray bullets on the car. Madam, this story is the same BS pastors tell their members. If you pump bullets into a vehicle for 5 mins, you would be shocked.

This happens in Nigeria because we do not have an active policing society and our media is in comatose. We should not be hearing from the victim on how she was almost killed. The police would have communicated the story to the media. You got shot and you can still use one eye to look at your phone.

Madam if bullets actually enter your brain, you wont be able to remember your name and phone. You will be in intensive care unit (ICU) in one of the teaching hospitals in Nigeria. Stop this nonsense.

I won't humor you further with any response after this; people take advantage of what the government offers because they pay taxes. Subsidizing child care is not a hand me down and won't it be foolish that subsidy exists and I do not take advantage of it, just because I want to prove that I can afford not to. You seem pretty predisposed to being a nuisance; if you cannot add value to a conversation, the thing to do would be to push your tongue down your throat when your brain starts to push you to talk nonsense.
I think you need to come down from your high old horse and humble yourself. Don't paint a different picture.

Subsidy and welfare programs exist for low income bracket individuals. It is mandatory to pay taxes regardless of your income status. Child welfare and day care subsidies are not for high middle class income earners or the super rich. Also, It's not about taking advantage of government welfare system, but your income bracket classification.

Like I said previously, if you can afford it you won't be thinking of welfare, subsidies or benefits. I understand on social media platforms, especially those utilized by Nigerians, everyone is rich. However, please note these programs are handouts and not programs people arrogantly take advantage of and loosely talk about in public spaces.

I am alone with my kids in canada and am looking to start working soon. Considering the high cost of daycare, does it make sense to hire a nanny instead to take care of the kids (eg 5 kids of different ages all less than 7) at home; the school aged kids would go to school and be dropped off at home when they close.
Is there any scenario where the cost of a nanny is subsidized?

I would really appreciate the opinions, advice and/or discussions of people who are very familiar with this.
Laughs - who do you think wants to be your Nanny? Do you think labor/services are cheap? People operating within this industry charge by the hour.

To be honest, it's not wanting my kids to be like me...

The Canadian culture is very very ALOOF... Younger me wanted to be British... Damn the rest of world... Older me, I now understand culture better...

Everyone is saying they want Canadian kids... Yet... Get invited to a prayer meeting in this same Canada and see parents praying the Nigerian way and the children are looking completely lost...

This are things the environment teaches... It takes more than parents to raise a child... The environment also contributes...

My reason for leaving Nigeria is very different from every other person...

The same people saying let's leave our children here at some point will go back home... And now whether I like it or not... For better or worse... Nigeria is home

I also belonged in the school of thought... If I die here (Canada)... I'll just get buried here... It took me a long while... But Nigeria is home...

And the way I'll raise my kids is to be able to switch being Nigerian and International seamlessly without the culture shock...
Very well said.

I feel sorry for Busola. This drama all started after her husband, Timi attacked Pastor Biodun for sleeping with his church members on social media and she was also accused of sleeping with Pastor Biodun by an anonymous source.

In my opinion, she was pressured to come out and narrate the circumstances of that event. There were also loopholes in her stories which under cross examination would fall flat. I dont know why the case was thrown out - maybe due to statue of limitation or other technicalities. However, in my opinion, I fear her marriage would be in some jeopardy and not ready for too much public attention.

Only low self esteem and poor women will stay in such situations...
So the high self esteemed women will leave their marriage and move back to their parents house right? Is that not gross irresponsibility?

Do you even think there is any perfect marriage anywhere? There is never one. If you think there is a special person out there without issues, then you must be smoking delta cannabis.

Successful marriages work because both couples were determined to make it work regardless of the various frequent issues and challenges they encountered. Only irresponsible and selfish people abandon their marriages especially when there life is not at risk.

Guy you come dey make assumptions, life isn’t as straightforward as we assume! Well I did seek and we did all that was prescribed, years and monies and pains later when God said it was time we got the answers.
Please use appropriate titles when referring to people especially strangers. You said so yourself when decribing where you work - about how educated you are. Therefore, I didnt make any assumptions. Educated people make use of their logical reasoning to address things. Else you are inferring your education is worthless. I know being educated in Nigeria is cramming a lot of books to pass exams. However, this should not be the case. University education challenges the thought process of the scholar. If you embark on miracle seeking adventures after you claim you are educated and you tour churches to solve a medical condition, then you are a semi-illiterate that needs to rethink the education they had.

Yes I am in a far better place all around that’s why I can talk about my past without any pain. Looking back, firstly I won’t have gotten married so early and to someone I barely knew who was so much older than me. I would have focused more on building a career after school and marry only when I was stable and to someone deserving of me.
You considered yourself educated. Why didnt you seek medical attention to your miscarriages with the view of finding a lasting solution or do you feel medical intervention isn't a form of miracle too.
