Yuugen: So true.
So true. People come here to form as if Canada is heaven, they won't tell u how they're living check to check, abt all the bills they've to pay every month (heating, water, electricity, internet, car, mortgage, etc), abt healthcare not being completely free but there r things you pay out of pocket for, abt their 30k, 50k, 70k student loans or other debts on their neck they've to be making monthly payments toward. I'm in the U.S but have friends in Canada and know how their reality What’s the difference between the US and Canada? Ain’t they almost the same. |

seunfly: Why did every organization always dive into the job of another organisation's core area in Nigeria? Often times the organization that specialized in such area are underfunded and another over funded will take over their duties. Why will army danble into the work of National Park service that employed specialist in game reserve and management, while they have not been able to secure the territorial integrity of this nation properly. I wonder. If the army does not know it’s job, it needs to be reminded |

I can understand the woman’s frustration. This election is an eye opener. There is huge poverty in Nigeria yet Buhari was re-elected based on ethnicity support. It seems the priorities of the North are different from the South.
That’s why I like how the Igbos voted. They voted on who would improve their lives and not a failed unhealthy politician. |

Ekpekus: Operation DIY works for me.. if e too hard, I call my guy to finish work for the hair.. who get that kind money to dey waste every 2weeks.. Yea - I have friends and acquaintances that are shocked. When I was in Nigeria I cut my hair twice a week coz I take my appearance seriously. Here the barbers are not so good or they make good money and are not customer centric. Anyways I got to find a better barber yesterday but I have to travel 45Km. Well, that’s what I really miss from Nigeria. Quality barbers at an arm stretch. Also, I miss Naija bars, cat fish pepper soup and suya. If you want a quality bar, you book an appointment and get a table reserved, even at clubs. Quite the opposite in Nigeria where you walk in and your money do most of the talking. If you don’t make reservations, you better pray the weather is so horrible that people don’t turn up else no hope. |

This seems more personal to me than the corrupt practices he is accused of. He has not been charged for his offenses. He has sue for his release. I think it’s more of torture than corruption |

olawalepopoola: I am really baffled by the way the Igbos are trying to claim other people's land. Other tribes accommodate them politically? In history we have heard Ibos in Yoruba political spheres and some of them even working in our states civil services. Some years back in Jigawa State an Igbo was made a special adviser to the Governor Sule Lamido, but they can't do so Hausa/Fulani in their region. My question is, has an Yoruba occupied political positions in the five Southeastern states of Nigeria? If not Iqgbos are more tribalistic than any tribe in Nigeria. How are old are you? Are you aware Lagos was Nigerians capital and a cosmopolitan city? I think you were not born when the capital moved to Abuja. What is your own opinion about Abuja where all Nigerians reside in the city |
