This is symptomatic of the fall of the African race. Even the queen who is supposed to be the embodiment of the great mother Osun is a preacher of white man's religion.
Hypocrisy or lack of understanding about what she has gotten herself into. However, Christianity has really dealt with we Africans.

Seniors please i need advice, I plan soft landing in dec to spend about 7weeks. Family of 6 which include a 5months old and a 2 yrs old. I am looking at getting a double stroller from here(i got a fair deal) to use for the 2 youngest kids. but I was thinking since its winter, will I really be needing it? How is movement with kids in winter? I am really indecisive as I dont want to waste money on something if it wont be useful.
My brother I no go lie you - it’s a long thing. You want to have an idea of how cold this place can; multiple the cold air from your freezer by 100 - then imagine struggling with your kids inside it. Please try to get a car to reduce the stress

Good day people.

1. Where can I buy health insurance for family of three? Cheap and affordable options pls. We are landing next month

2. My daughter will need to complete her immunization in February 2019 (one year). Will I have to pay for her to get the immunization if we've not got our health card?

3. Any advice of which medication to bring to Canada to avoid stories that touch?
You may need to hold on to this. Find out if your daughter can have the immunization before you move. Else, there maybe free immunization for kids. The 3 months insurance maybe a waste of money. Also, insurance brokers know how to upsell. You might want 3 months before you know you have done 1 year because they will hook you on tantalizing offers. Furthermore, you need to know what kind of health coverage you want, plus 3 months is not so far. If you fall ill, seeing a doctor won’t exceed $900. Don’t scream, with OHIP, seeing a doctor is free, but you buy drugs. Many drugs are not covered under OHIP

At this stage and I hate to say this - I would prefer Atiku to Buhari. Nigeria went backwards due to Buhari. Guys, you need to see how people are running away from Nigeria. See me take off, come cold weather when my home country is warm and steady because one man said he wants to fight corruption and improverish the entire country.

Please Abeg he should leave

And is the country corruption free now? huhNigeria police is just one out of so many corruption going on now. ..not to talk of other gigantic corrupt cases in presidency..abeg we need economic revival not chanting corruption corruption all the time
Exactly - you cannot talk of corruptionand people are losing their jobs, companies shutting down and the purchasing power of Nigerians falling. The corruption you are fighting seems to be aimed at the opposition and hence, the Nigerian elites in opposition.

We are talking about the average Nigerian - if you cannot revive the economy please leave that place. Everything corruption - Na corruption go pay school fees or house rent or even chop money

House of Representatives would have been nice. So he can go there and shout and make laws that will benefit Nigerians. That’s the place to actually create change.

This is the reason why our society is where it is at the moment.
What happened to those who managed the Lehmann Brothers in America as well as other companies that were bailed in the last recession? Do you think Government gave them free money to bail themselves without being accountable for pervious mismanagement of loans in the past?

Why do you think the law in the West expects a company going down to file for bankruptcy? Do you think it's just a mere formality?
Unfortunately, my statement still stands true. It’s not your business. You are not the credit lender. That’s the job of the creditor; to ensure that loan utilization is 100%. Where loan utilization is not 100%, the credit risk inherent to a loan begins to crystallize and that’s the reason why credit facilitators/lenders/financial institutions request for Security to imitigate their credit risk exposure.

Business decisions may go wrong. External indicators may go against a business or proper forecasting and planning was not done. Possibly, the business maybe run by rogues who do not want to pay. These risks are what credit lenders must consider before lending. Now, if you review the names listed, you will observe a common trait amongst the lenders - They are credit rogues. The question you should be asking is why do credit facilitators disburse credit to these people?

You do not know how company runs. It is not an enterprise but Limited liability company. You cant seize their private properties. Government is equally owing some of these companies billions too. E.G Capital oil and gas. Banks, govt and the companies are all involved in this mess.
Limited liability companies are treated as legal entity - Yes. However, directors are stewards or Trustees that run the affairs of these legal entities. Legally, it will be presumed that such legal entities obtained loans for their benefits and should repay back. However, due to abuses of the corporate veil by directors, many creditors or financial institutions usually seek for personal guarantees from these directors. This is to ensure that the credit facility is not misused and to hold the directors personally liable

They can't touch their private accounts/property except they are a product of embezzlement of company money. Or were collateral for the loan obtained. These are PLC's. The individuals dt own them have limited liability.
Yes they can based on court ruling and also the directors provide personal guarantees over the loans obtained by their companies. Hence, it is legal to go after the private assets of the directors when the recovered sum is insufficient to cover the loan amount

Both you and Ugosample are right.

However, in your case, you must understand that inasmuch as the government bails the bank in cases of bad loans, it is in a bid to stabilize the economy and not because they handed money to the banks before then to give to businesses.
Where I could agree more with you is if those loans were misappropriated and government has to bail the bank or company out, then managers of those businesses ought to face the wrath of the law for such misappropriation of funds.

Unfortunately, the rule of law is weak over here. People can use commercial loans for burial ceremonies and get away with it, and even go ahead to brag on it. On the other hand, the small tax payer will get a loan on same high interest and end up prosecuted unfailingly if he doesn't meet up payment of his small loans.

The Nigerian case is so peculiar because of corruption and failed leadership.
It is not your business how private borrrowers utilize loans being disbursed to them, especially when you are not the creditor who had considered them creditworthy to provide such credit facility to them in the first place.

How does AMCON operate?

How did they get to be owed these huge sums?
They were sold to them by Banks. AMCON is a debt factoring company that’s buys loans/bad debts from credit companies and go after the debtors.

This is not a matter of whether he like her or not. It’s a matter of whether he is about to make the right decision or not. There are certain rules young men don’t adhere to when entering into the dating game -

First Rule

- Never date a colleague. Whether she is pretty like Lucifer and has all the contours in the right places. Never date a colleague. Why - You don’t want to mess with your money or job security.

Second Rule

- Never date your neighbor except you intend to marry her. You really want peace where you reside except you want your business to be out in the open.

Third Rule

- Never date your Boss/Supervisor. Same reason as No 1

Fourth Rule

- Never date a married woman. This is the quickest way to die.

Finally, when choosing a woman, Never date a single mother. Start your own family afresh/brand new.

Ok you are one edge away from being sacked. You have to gather evidence and report the lady immediately. That’s sexual harassment and assault. If she noticed that you are truly not interested, she will haunt you and surely get you sacked because you have belittled and embarrassed her.

Don’t not enter into a relationship with her. Do not grant her wish. Do not have sex with her for once. She would rope you in whether you are the father or not. She would force you or your family to marry her or provide financially for her. That’s her ploy. Run away from her and that also includes reporting her to H.R

Don’t be a blue ball here

Reducing stress as much as possible. Avoiding house chores. Eliminating stress as much as possible.

Thinking I could manage her till December at least I will be better by then and she also should have saved some cash for herself. Sending her off the first month may show lack of tolerance but if within three months issues keep coming up then it means she has serious issues/attitude problem
You’re taking a huge risk keeping that woman in your house. She still cooks your food.
