freshvine: What about in the line of quarrel she called you names like you're a coward, useless and stupid. In that fit of anger she also called your mother a harlot and your family a no good family. As a gentleman, you stood up from the couch and made move to get out cos you can no longer stand her ranting anymore but she seized your car keys, block your way and call you a coward for not being a man to stand and fight. You ignore still and she grabbed your colar and dare you to do the worst... Brother, what will you do? Except she's your source of air, that's it. |

MasterofNL: What is the best way to show your wife that you are not happy with her?
I mean when you are so offended at her.
I am thinking:
1. Stop eating her food. Go out and buy your own food and refuse to eat whatever she cooks.
2. Turn your back to her on the bed and don't make love to her.
3. Don't reply her when she talks to you or asks any question; just ignore her.
What you guys think? There shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all response. It would depend mostly on what her fvck up was. Cheating? Mild disrespect? Insuferableness? An appropriate consequence might be "that's it!" or some sort of attention withdrawal. And man, chop your food...you probably paid for it. |

White007: My question is why the young man's face is splashed on the media after proving his innocent, but the woman who falsely accused him remains totally anonymous, and this happens time and time again. Women who falsely accuse men should not be allowed to retain their anonymity, perhaps then the spurious claims based on regret will start to dry up. And beyond this, what punishment does she stand to face? |

I don't even know this name. Nigeria has a lot of undocumented history. We are a nation that cannot tell our own story. This is why we still recycle a lot of corrupt people in our current politics.
for example............... Hehe, you want children to be taught their grandfathers murdered each other while they slept. We have a very shitty history, thus far. |

But the OP is literally full of shitt. Like literally. Of all the excuses she could come up with, them raping the child managed to get on the list. Sigh Interesting... I've always thought surrogacy na womb for hire. So in the case of a gay couple, if a woman were to donate an egg, who will carry the belle? |

Romance › Re: This Issue With Women And Being Rejected... by BuddhaPalm(m): 10:18pm On May 08, 2016 |
tommychow: Why can't some women be rejected or enter friendzone peacefully? I'm getting really tired of females feeling if they like you and give you the greenest lights, you're automatically meant to go for them. They rant about how most men can't handle being denied relationship or sex but when it happens to them, there'll hate the hell out of your life, you sef go dey fear.
The most current story: There's this chick at work I hardly knew cos I was new there. I got to know her more when we met at a supermarket during lunch break. We clicked fast and became good friends; gisting, gossiping, joking, things normal friends do. We was cool until she started getting too clingy and touchy, calling too often, palpable moodiness when I don't have her time etc. She was going hard on me...but I love my new job and I personally think it's very foolish to have affairs at work. I stayed strong and continue to be just friends with her. She gradually got the message that she was in the f-zone and has begun to despise me. She ignores my greetings, gives me evil witch looks, rudely interrupting my conversations etc. Someone I've never disrespected once o, you'll just wake up and decide to hate a nigga.
I can't react because I'm new there. It's too early to start forming I-don't-take-rubbish. I need my bosses to believe I'm mature and can keep my cool consistently. She's been working in the company for 4 years, she's older than me and earns more. Atm, I can only chop her nonsense drama but it's haaaaard. Plus, I'm desperate to be cool with as many colleagues.
Not generalizing but I see this too often and no one rants about it. These ladies need to stop being hypocrites and chop their yawa nicely. Do they also say "yes" to every Tunde, Femi and Emeka that comes their way? They can go as far as ruining your reputation. Abeg guys have taste too. Women have the same temperament as little children. It becomes all too clear in instances where they don't get their way. Just mind your business, you're there to work and earn a living. Be pleasant to her, as you are towards everyone else. If she doesn't respond to your greetings then you stop greeting her, not because you are angry, but for the same reason you don't greet statues. If she tries to interrupt you, just tune her out... and keep talking. The more she tries, the more she'd make an ass of herself. "No one can interrupt you without your consent" .The best way to stay above her negativity is to treat it as an extended tantrum - which it truly is - from your 2-year-old niece. Throw in a large slice of sympathy too, because she's powerless in the face of what's going on...her ego and emotions have taken over. |

MORNDEW: See Nigerian youth. we should consult A militant. where did he get his security education or certificate? A militant remains a militant. Maybe this government should also consult Al mustapha. Nigerian youths makebuna get sense. The US employed Nazi scientists after WWII. Governments and big companies regularly court and recruit hackers. It's not about the certificate. I believe a better argument, in this case, would be "Why not the Navy or even Civil Defence?" |
Politics › Re: I Won't Apologize Niger-Delta Avengers - Tompolo by BuddhaPalm(m): 9:30pm On May 08, 2016 |
SleekAboki: Tompolo through the amnesty program is today a legit internationally known security consultant. It's not in his overall best interest to be associated with the Avengers who are currently making their bones just as tompolo prior the amnesty deal.
I see some interests desperately trying to rope Tompolo into this mess to negate all the legit international success tompolo made under the last regime.
One strategic mistake buhari advisors did was brazenly going after tompolo and creating a huge power vacuum which the avengers are milking perfectly.
If there be any diplomacy in buhari, he should as a matter of urgency make contact with government Tompolo cos that gentleman is key in solving this delta issue. Sounds legit. Akin to the removal of Saddam. |

Olaoluwa66: A lady locked eyes with me for awhile and after awhile I went to speak with her. I was not so surprised she asked if we had met before, She doesn't know me or have we any mutual friends. This isn't the first time a lady would do this. Am just wondering why some of them act like this after initiating some kind of interest in You. Ladies in the house can you Please Tell us why some of you act like this? Eye-contact from a woman is a strong sign of interest. Of course this does not include instances where you're trying to steal her baby, or just pinched her butt in a bus. Although it's a strong sign of interest, it still gives her space for "plausible deniability". It did not happen if two minutes later it turns out you are: weird, awkward, a psycho, socially incompetent, etc. I still don't understand what you mean by her "acting like this". She didn't act like anything. It was your job, as the male, to move the interaction in the direction you intend it to go. |

Juxtified: lol. I give them 10/10 also.
I hope they won't change this their commendable attitude towards customers when their customer base increases.
I remember GTBank used to be like that until they became 'big boys', now they send you to queue outside the bank, before you now progress slowly into the queue within the banking hall. Not to mention their insulting & lackadaisical attitude. That could also go horribly wrong. Giving a low-level support staff free rein to free-style, "as-the-spirit-leads", is a recipe for disaster. |
