He saved 156 million dollars and built the Onitsha to umunya expressway, old road, Tarzan flyover and hundreds of kilometers of rural roads not to mention the secretariat building in Awka, the Anambra state university teaching hospital and FUNDED the completion of Agulu Lake Hotel and the Onitsha Mall. Moreover he invested state money in Hero brewery which clearly is paying dividend to the state.

Obiano has spent a lot of money in projects of questionable value. The oil rig Bridge with no record of oil production till date, three flyovers of in Awka which trailers cannot climb, a last minute attempt to build an airport when three are within 40km of the state. An ICC in Awka probably the only project of note which is heavily delayed by poor project management. He is rushing to finish the FIFA mini stadium in Awka for which FIFA gave ANSG money since 2012.

Meanwhile all inner roads in the state capital are collapsing, roads in Onitsha are collapsing.

the leader of Arewa Youths consultative forum(IYF) comrade Yerima Shetima said that he is giving IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu seven days ultimatum to dissolve the Eastern Security Network or he do the unthinkable or that he will unite all the terrorists in the North to come & fight against the Igbos in the East.

Yerima also berated the Yoruba leaders for supporting IPOB leader Maxi Nnamdi Kanu for creating Eastern Security Network (ESN) and promised to be ruthless against them when he finally leads his army.

" I have watched the video of the so called Eastern Security Network formed by Nnamdi kanu.

I welcome this challenge and I will tell Nnamdi Kanu that he is a learner.

I will assemble my own warriors including all the terrorist groups operating in the north to be ready.

If after seven days, this so called Eastern security Network is not dissolved, then we will March to Igbo land.

As for the Yorubas who are the most stupid and treacherous tribe in Nigeria, we are going to see them in a dimensions they won't imagine for this betrayals.

Ths business magnate cum-politician, who was special guest of honour at the commissioning of Blujay Lounge, a beautiful edifice located close to the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), Lekki, Lagos, recently, called on other Nigerians abroad to emulate the investment drive of Imo, who he described as a successful businessman and patriotic Nigerian.

Kalu said: "Imo I want to thank you for remembering to invest in Nigeria. Most people in Canada, America, Britain, Milan and what have, do not even want to come back home.

"I also want to thank your wife and children for supporting you to build this beautiful edifice and boasting the home economy."

Before the Senate Chip went ahead to cut the ceremonial tape and officially declared the Lounge open, he acknowledged the presence of a community of hospitality operators who have created a paradise of services in Aba, Owerri, Onitsha, Oort Harcourt, Enugu and other major cities in Nigeria.

Kalu pointed out that the hospitality giants have all done what is proper as patriotic Nigerians.

Speaking as a mentor to several younger entrepreneurs, Kalu recalled that when he started, he had invested well. "If I had squandered my initial money living reckless life, I wouldn't be where I am today. But I invested well with my conscientious, my whole self and with my everything. I can never go back.

"You have equally invested well, but that is not the end. You have to build a franchise like these your brothers have done. I want to see you establish branches in Aba, Port Harvout, Enugu, Owerri, Abuja, Jos etc.

"Don't side track your wife and children; they are the biggest investment you have. The best investment I have is my wife and children, every other investment is secondary. Friends can fail, enemies can fail but family will never fail you," the Senate Chip Whip counselled.

He continued: "This edifice stands out. Manage it with partnership; people who have stake in your investment. Pay your workers good salaries, you cannot invest millions of naira here and pay your workers N25,000. They will mismanage this edifice. So be wise, learn the secret of the business. That is why these your brothers who are gurus of hospitality business in Aba, Owerri, Onitsha and other parts of the country are succeeding."

If you want to know if Yorubas are truly on the fore-front of calumny campaign against airport development in the southeast region, then do yourself a favor and do a little google search on Internationalization of Enugu airport will kill domestic airlines, case on the Unviability of Owerri airport, downgrade Asaba airport because the runway is too dangerous, Anambra airport is an unneeded white elephant project etc. You will find that all those taking their time to dissuade the development of these airports in the southeast are 100% Yorubas. Yet, the same people don't often find the need for such press releases for airports in the north, even when it is clear some northern airports are probably only patronized by the state government officials and in many cases using the federal government resources for their construction.

What is it about southeast airports that gives Yorubas sleepless nights?? Even when the airports are not funded by the federal government as in the north, but by the cash strapped state governments or even the ordinary citizens.

Could whoever is responsible for sanitation in Onitsha metropolis look into this issue. They're approaching the issue of sweeping inner streets in a half-hearted manner...to put it mildly. This is why open gutters within the city should be covered, or sunk underground with sidewalks on top! Also, there should be a quick intervention mechanism on newly spotted potholes before they develop into craters like what we're seeing in the clip! On this particular street, there's zero effort at aesthetics and maintaining a neat and clean environment.
