leicestercamper:Instead of polluting this thread with your envy, Mess or no mess, PLEASE SHOW US YOUR OWN STATE! I am not from Enugu state, but i am totally impressed with how the state is developing. Please show us your own state or keep quiet and enjoy your weekend pictures here. |
Okoroawusa:I love DEBT! |
I heard FG just concluded plans to borrow $2 billion dollars from Italy! What type of irresponsible government that will be borrowing everywhere from countries paying their Senators less than Nigerian Senators?
|
naptu2:The Sultan can go bleep himself. The Bishop spoke the truth. The security apparatus of this country is colluding with militias called "herdsmen ". Surprisingly when youths protest peacefully, once they are southerners, they invite the military to slaughter them. The sultan should be warning Buhari and Burutai about the consequences of using the military as thugs of Fulani militias. It will get to a point that something will give. Trying to intimidate a Bishop from speaking the obvious truth with DSS interrogation and all that crap will backfire big time. |
IDENNAA:If you listen to the speech, you will hear where he stated the contribution of IGR monthly and total IGR contribution to the budget. |

Buhari wants to collect loans that even in 1,000 years, Nigerian generations will continue in debt and poverty!
|
Imagine releasing the entire state's result of an election only a few hour after the last vote was cast. Fake Prof Mahmud Yakubu would have either declared the results "Inconclusive" or asked Buhari to text him the figures he should announce to give him landslide victory. The more one sees how things are done properly, the more you grieve for what Nigeria has become. |
frosbel2:That is the type of people Buhari has brought from the pits of hell to rule Nigeria. ![]() |
8y88y8:....and Igbos can't descend on Fulanis abi? ![]() |

Guys, Heliu Residences is finally selling!!! N7 million for a fully built 3 bedroom house! This is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity especially for those in UK or USA that want to own property to live or rent in a very decent environment. You own your property. No stories about land, C of O, or people ripping you off trying to construct a house in Nigeria! Message Chief Vera on her channel, and ask how you can reach the Heliu management. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PkY0xDbN4mw |

oneeast:Did you post high or low-density area of Onitsha? You can argue with yourself. Again, i don't measure d*cks with touts. Onitsha has its advantages, however, lack of city planning and a culture of tree planting especially in the high-density areas makes its beauty very difficult to see. Same with Aba. But Aba is doubly inflicted with lack of proper waste management too. Please post your port-Harcourt distracting pics. We are here to enjoy Enugu pics in this thread, so we skip over distracting posts here. In Port Harcourt thread, we will likewise skip Enugu pictures posted there to distract us from enjoying the developments in Port Harcourt. Bottom line, jealousy is a disease. What i love most is that none of you can change anything by denying the fact about what Enugu has managed to become despite the oppression it faced in Nigeria. It would be a better use of your time if you imbibe the best practices here to implore your governor to develop your state, than always a culture of jealousy and pull him down syndrome of Nigerians. |
Jonathan39:If Obiano completes the Anambra Intl. airport, the Awka stadium, and the International Conference center, then added to his flyover, agricultural revolution, completion of the Agulu hotel and malls, I think Obiano would have done extremely excellently! Only time will tell if Obiano can be in the class of failure administrators or in the class of legends that transformed their states despite the difficulties. |
We have to give A LOT of kudos to Gov. Sullivan Chime for his aggressive effort to plant flowers and trees around Enugu. More streets such as the IBB airport road and many critical first impression roads should be adorned with more trees and flowers. I like the airplane roudabout Uguwanyi recently completed there. Other major cities especially Onitsha and Aba must put laws in motion to encourage more planting of trees. I thank Peter Obi for doing the upper Iweka and Inosi onira areas of Onitsha. But they are just a token for the amount of trees needed in Onitsha to purify the air, beautify the city and improve the health of the residents. Aba, seems to be a basket case. But, every effort should be made to also plant flowers and trees along the major roads and public spaces in that city. Finally, it will be great legislation if there is an environmental law in Nigeria that mandates at least ONE TREE in every house compound or in front of the house. Imagine how Nigerian streets and the environment would look if we have a tree in front of every house in Nigeria? Nigeria would transform overnight. High density areas of Onitsha and Aba often resemble Agadez or Mogadishu because of the idea that trees or flowers should not be planted in high density layouts. It makes these places concrete jungles. Not to mention the detrimental impact on the health of the people living there. |
Please show us the bullet-riddled bodies of those Nigerian captors that thought they will be safe moving an American citizen from Niger Republic into Nigeria. Like United States will be afraid of striking Nigeria if their citizen is anywhere in Nigeria. ![]() |
frosbel2:The US forces know their goal is to protect Americans and kill any Nigerians who take them hostage in northern Nigeria. The Nigerian forces cannot confront any organized force and their stock in trade is to abuse anyone that is unarmed found in Nigeria. |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Everyone knows the US did not involve the Nigerian government that would definitely have tipped off the terrorists. Nigeria is thoroughly embarrassed and wants to save face by planting this fake news. This operation underscores how incapable Nigeria military is, and how much distrusted our government is by the international community in its bogus "fight" against Boko Haram . |
If it were an election in Nigeria, we all know Yakubu will declare Trump the winner. Fortunately, it is an election in a civilized country where the votes are counted and the constitution followed. So Trump cannot use "Federal might" to announce fake numbers as Buhari does. |
Ceegar01:Yes, you have a deep technical understanding of the engineering problem. Lack of pillars inside the hall make mounting those heavy beams a challenge. Unlike Onitsha mall which was roofed in sections and had pillars inside the mall to support the roof.

In Buhari's mind, it is a southern problem. That is why he has refused to pick the call of the Lagos Governor. After, this shit, this country must be governed better and the Governors must have the proper powers so that we can blame them for things rightly. Buhari ordered the slaughter of southerners at lekki tollgate and used Fulani troops to pull the trigger, but the Governor was blamed for it! |
This is how most of them really see us! Even when we see them as brothers hosting the capital of Igboland, and thus we don't hold back in joining to develop Enugu. The same mindset why they don't want any development in any other part of Igboland. Thus hiding under all sorts of smokescreen to attack the landmark international airport, ICC, and stadium being built. Imagine the heartache of these guys that they are seen as "foreigners" in a city where they were born and raised! It's such a sad shame!
|
Umunnem, I just want you to know that there are some people here that are so pained to see that our airport is progressing. Don't be fooled by their attempt to hide their feelings about our airport by blasting the stadium or anything else. I now understand the depth of hatred some have for Anambra. I shall NEVER oppose chino when he calls them out. Chino understands them so well and doesn't fall for their deceit at all. Who cares if Ebonyi airport is bigger or not? We want Anambra and Ebonyi to have their own airports and develop. They are both Igboland and that is the bottomline |
dre11:Of course the police man knows what he is talking about. They kill people for mothing every day in Nigeria and nobody asks any questions about the circumstances that necessitated a threat to the Police man that he had to kill the citizens in self defense. |
